The Insect Queen’s movents were unknown to Nian Shutong, but their battle strategy remained unchanged.

Various large weapons were used on the battlefield for the first ti, with continuous, resounding explosions filling the air.

Many adventurers and legion mbers drove armored vehicles, wielding massive weapons on their shoulders, blasting away at the Insect Race in front of them.

"Ha ha ha ha ha ha!"

"Feels amazing!"

"This is the most satisfying battle I’ve fought in years!"

"Damn right!"

"Brothers, blast them! Blow them to hell!"

As soon as they finished shouting, a squad of small bombers flew over, dropping bombs from above that landed precisely in the center of the Insect Race.

"Bullseye!"

"Thanks, brother!"

The people below waved repeatedly at the aircraft as it passed, relishing the sheer satisfaction.

Rubble’s weapon developnt, and research against electromagnetic fields, over the past half year, had been integrated into various weapons, with significant contributions from the Lei Family.

All of their weapons research facilities worked under Rubble, modifying a series of weapons, maximizing firepower.

In large-scale weapon attacks, people with high cultivation levels had no worries in battle. If they were exhausted, it didn’t matter—they could use Crystal Stones freely, all top-grade.

If the Crystal Stones weren’t effective, no worries—there were elixirs.

All strategic resources were utilized to the extre by Fu Yunhe and Nian Shutong.

Fight! And fight with everything you’ve got.

The battle near the barrier grew more exhilarating, realizing the thrill of fighting the Insect Race for the first ti. On the other side of the boundary, the Insect Race’s goat-faced leader began setting up formations, albeit solemnly, as they had to sacrifice Insect lives to break the barrier.

The grand formation was ready, and the Insect Race there began to sacrifice themselves one after another.

With the sacrifices, anomalies began appearing on Nian Shutong’s side of the insect battlefield.

An invisible boundary started to show red lines, resembling bloodshot eyes from countless sleepless nights.

Nian Shutong imdiately contacted Fu Yunhe.

"Can you deduce where the Insect Queen is?"

"Currently simulating."

Fu Yunhe’s spiritual power, enhanced by the Star Network, had an extrely strong predictive ability.

Nian Shutong remained silent, waiting for Fu Yunhe’s results.

About ten minutes later, Fu Yunhe ntioned two locations.

"I’ll head west, you go to the other one." Nian Shutong finished speaking and was about to hang up when Fu Yunhe managed to shout, "Be careful."

But there was no more response.

Fu Yunhe was on his way to the calculated battlefield, while also coordinating others to continue fighting.

The battle was far from over; in fact, it had just begun.

"All personnel, take note! The Insect Race is erging, and many high-level insects will appear. Do not sacrifice yourselves needlessly. Lower-ranked soldiers, hold your weapons and retreat."

"Higher-ranked individuals, move forward and engage."

"If you are running out of Spiritual Energy, imdiately use a Crystal Stone to recover and maintain your optimal state."

Fu Yunhe issued precise orders, prompting everyone into action.

Lower-ranked soldiers took up their weapons and began retreating as they stood, while the higher-ranked ones interspersed between them advanced. However, the lower-ranked soldiers didn’t completely withdraw; they stayed behind ready.

Those with weapons used curved weapons to form arrays, while those without arranged formations as taught by Fu Yunhe.

The logistics departnt worked tirelessly to ensure adequate weapon and material supplies for everyone.

Human unity is a peculiar thing; no matter how much intrigue existed before, at this mont of human crisis, we are simply human.

Nian Shutong and Fu Yunhe were in position, and so was everyone else.

Nobody attacked the barrier, as doing so would only aid the Insect Race. Gradually, the barrier began to turn red but was also thinning.

It thinned to the point where silhouettes and sounds could be seen and heard on both sides.

"Queen, what are you doing!"

"What do you want to do!"

A man’s voice ca from the other side of the barrier, followed by the Insect Queen’s voice, the one that had left its echo in the Imperial Palace.

"Wu Yao, don’t you know this formation requires human blood? If we can’t get the Commander’s blood, yours will do."

"You—you can’t! We have an agreent; you can’t! No—"

Wu Yao’s voice was no longer heard, and people on the interstellar side could roughly guess Wu Yao’s fate.

"Wu Yao was the genius brother of the Wu Family Ancestor."

Mr. Yu’s explanation made Nian Shutong nod, comnting, "Making deals with the devil, what a fool!"

"Ha ha ha ha ha! Right, definitely a fool!"

It was Mr. Yu’s first ti cursing, and it felt particularly satisfying.

The barrier grew thinner and thinner, like a balloon inflated to its limit, on the brink of explosion.

"BOOM———"

With a crisp sound, the barrier burst.

The Insect Queen, the goat-faced Insect Think Tank, and countless insects, endless in sight, appeared before Nian Shutong and the others.

"Good, luckily you chose this place."

Nian Shutong said just this one thing, followed by a shout: "Kill!"

Who the hell has the ti to chitchat with you about the Wu Family’s dilemmas or the Insect Race’s history? Killing the goddamn Queen on the opposite side was her only thought.

Nian Shutong’s moves didn’t worry the Insect Queen, who casually raised a foot to block Nian Shutong’s power.

"Aah———"

The Insect Queen lost a foot.

"You! How is your strength so powerful! Impossible, it’s impossible!"

"With , nothing is impossible!"

Nian Shutong attacked again, swiftly slashing three more tis, and the Insect Queen lost another three feet, leaving only four on one side. She was immobilized.

"You’re nothing but discarded trash, worse than the Insect Race. Why? Why?"

The Insect Queen seed agitated—why was this happening?

Nian Shutong didn’t even bother to reply, swiftly slicing down, leaving the Insect Queen footless, just a small head and a massive, immobile body remaining.

With the final blow, Nian Shutong severed the Insect Queen’s head and hacked her mountain-like body into pieces. Was the battle over?

Although people at the back were still fighting, Nian Shutong’s actions were too fast—within a minute, the Insect Queen was dead.
