Chapter 17: Celestira
I threw the remaining rubble off my sister’s body.
“lla…” Her body was bloody and hurt. Her remaining left half side was burnt, from the bottom reaching up to her neck.
I pulled her towards , feeling her breath and heartbeat.
“lla, lla, please say sothing.” My voice was shaking.
She wasn’t saying anything. Clearly lost a lot of blood and… she had lost her left leg and arm.
(“ You know you're unable to heal her ”)
“I know!” I picked her up in my arms, “I’m taking her to an actual hospital.”
(“ Follow my directions ”)
An image of a dic appeared in my mind. With the direction and location also shown.
“What’s that?” I asked, but followed the instruction and flew into the air and [Burst] towards the location as fast as I could.
(“ Your best bet at saving your sister ”)
Replied Espr. I tried to move fast to get to this person as soon as possible.
(“ He has the best healing skills in the whole area, and he’s not too busy ”)
I still hadn’t deactivated either [Primal Guardian Lord] or [Unleashed Awakening]. Mostly due to the fact that I doubted Espoiramissa would keep the reduced levelling active if I did that.
Scanning from the sky, there were multiple dical areas set up with tables where several seriously injured rested on.
I noticed the dical response was very lacking, which ant that the other healers weren’t able to reach here. Those bastards block the terminals?! I was angry people were dying due to them, and it was their fault as well that people couldn’t get the support they needed. My sister's life was in danger!
I landed in the dical area run by the man Espr showed. Hearing the loud thud of my landing he ran over, and after seeing .
Frightened, he yelled, “Ah! Who are you!” before quickly calming seeing lla's body.
“I’ve brought an injured person,” I calmly ask “She was in the centre of the impact, think you can treat her?”
“Put her down here,” the man quickly went into action, gesturing to the empty table.
I watched as the doctor quickly activated his skills. Attempting to stabilise her, starting a process that felt like hours but only lasted thirty seconds. First, he placed a device over her mouth which stuck the air out–which did make scared–but more importantly removed the smoke. Afterwards, he pressed so buttons to pump clean air through her. Once he made sure she was breathing properly he went to his supply box to pick so new tools.
He used multiple skills simultaneously to heal her internal injuries while using a pair of needles and a tweezer to remove the small rocks that buried themselves into her body. Then brought over a blood supply, and did the necessary steps to pump it into lla so she wouldn’t die of exsanguination.
(“ Depends ‘how’. But you would know better than ”)
If people lost limbs there were multiple ways it could be fixed–potions, skills or robotics. Potions were however expensive, robotics were cheap but I needed to know lla's opinion on them and skills… Most people who had reached the level to be able to recover limbs were away, hired for large amounts to do work in important places.
“I need to go,” I turned around to face the mall.
“I need a na,” the man yelled as my knees bent ready to jump.
I replied, “I’m–”
(“ He has a lie detection skill. Be Careful you might blow your cover ”)
Fuck you. I could feel the grin forming on its non-existent face. I knew what it wanted to say… Haaaa… I couldn’t say my real na at the mont. It would just get in trouble.
“–Celestira.”
For the ti being… it was easier if Celestira was here and Ceella was at ho. We will see how well [Unleashed Awakening] changed my appearance later. For now, it should be fine…
Flying into the sky, I landed on the roof of the mall. Then Espr asked.
(“ Now what do you want to do? My Celestira ”)
“Don’t call that,” I snapped.
(“ Why? It’s your na ”)
Determined I said, “I still have Ceella Stella, so call that.”
(“ Sure. My Cel ”)
It bugged greatly when they called Celestira or My Cel.
The issue was when I was like this–with [Primal Guardian Lord] and [Unleashed Awakening] active I had the second na Celestira Luxpoir. The na was gifted upon to , by Espoiramissa after our deal.
(“ Like I asked, what will you do now? You haven’t deactivated the skills ”)
Asking questions when it already knew what I was planning. If I hadn’t deactivated the skill it only ant one thing.
I’m… going to kill them.
“Espr, I need your help.” I asked, “Give the location of every Dominous Hood mber in the mall.”
(“ Sure. But. It will cost you ”)
“...Fine.”
The images appeared in my mind, it gave a bit of a headache but I could deal with it. There was three deep underground that I wouldn’t be able to hit–but I would still try. However, the other ten were in the mall and surrounding area.
Easy picking.
“[Shooting Star Fall]–[Star Arrow]” Casting two magic skills together, I rge their effects. A large arrow of starlight appeared in my right hand. Okay locked on.
Umph! I threw it straight into the sky, leaving a trail of sparkling light behind it.
The one large [Star Arrow] flew far into the air, before–

–it broke apart into thirteen [Star Arrows] that flew extrely fast. Each aid at one of the mbers.
“Now, die for .”
I had the pleasure to watch each. And. Every. Arrow. Hit the targets they should’ve. As expected the three aid for those underground didn’t reach. But I was close. So I prepared my next attack.
(“ I’m tired. Cutting the feed now, the rest is up to you ”)
Declared Espr, deciding to no longer help. Right at the final mont. It was fine however, the important tasks were out of the way. And lla was safe.
I jumped back into the opening in the roof. Ready to break into whatever rooms were down underneath the floor, where the fire originated from. The holes that ford by the fire were already covered in rubble again, but it wouldn’t hard be to clear so debris.

A man made of lightning blasted through the floor and did it for .
“Damn, this stupid device.”
Three Hood mbers had been trying to get the device out of the lock containing it without breaking open the seals on the device itself.
Safe to say, they haven’t been doing a good job. Within minutes of trying they already broke one seal causing the death of thousands.

As the three Hood mbers tried to carefully open the lock. One of them took a couple of steps back.
The individual who stayed invested on the lock this entire ti said, “Co on, just a little more to the left.”
The female mber replied, “Okay, okay, okay. I got it.”
“Help push, Choi… Choi?” He turned around to see his boss had stepped back. The muscle of the operation, prepared in case they had to fight anything that appeared from the device.
“Everyone is dead, Mack.”
“Wah–t? What?” ssing up his words thanks to his initial confusion, Mack quickly realised the reality of the situation. “Everyone else?”
“Everyone who was able to make it into the barrier, yes,” Choi sighed, “And thanks to our own jamming tech, we can’t inform base.”
“Well what are we going to do now?” asked Bree.
“Let think,” Choi shook his hands in the air. After 5.9 seconds he spoke again.
“I’ve got an idea,” he pointed at Bree and Mack. “You two will forcibly take the disc–”
“But that will free the Malcroaza?”
“I know!” He yelled to silence Mack, “You will need to do it fast, and run. While that’s happening I fight the one who killed our troops as a distraction. Then whoever lives or dies, the Malcroaza will finish off the job.”
“But the artefact will lose most of its functions!”
“That’s a loss we have to take! Unless you also want to die here, but this is an order.”
“Choi!”
Choi moved into position, in an area where the fire had weakened the ceiling earlier, “I won’t give you ti to wait.” Lightning ford all around him, and he shot through the floor.

“Let’s get a move on, Bree.”
“Understood…” said Bree sadly, “But what could make Choi worry so much?”
“I say listen to the man who has the best instinct skills in Hood. Now let’s move!
