Not located that far away from Hillstown was a city known as Biro. This city also possessed quite a huge population, but even then, it obviously could not compete with Hillstown. But even then, the population in that city numbered into about 2 million.
Just like any other city present within the world, it had been devastated the mont that the apocalypse descended. The number of deaths was quite high, and the number of zombies was the highest.
The humans in that city faced a great disadvantage, and had no choice but to retreat from the center of the city into the outskirts of the city. The only problem was that there was a forest that was in between the two cities, Biro and Hillstown.
Since there was a forest that was close by, in the end, monsters surged out of that forest and attacked the city. So, the city was being attacked by both monsters and zombies at the sa ti, making the humans in that city to face despair.
Everybody was struggling to survive, while after a month or so, several survivor camps had already been ford, as humans finally began getting stronger, and they began striking at those that were attacking them. Of course, with the current power that they possess, it was impossible for them to be able to counter attack the zombies and the monsters. They could only defend themselves.
During the second month, the zombies and the monsters actually collaborated with each other with the aim of eliminating the humans in that city. At that mont, all the humans in that city understood that it was definitely the end for them considering that there was nowhere to retreat, with the zombies from the front, and the monsters from the back.
But it was at that mont that sobody rose up. It was a young man with a blonde hair. He always put on a mask on his face, and nobody had ever seen his face other than the color of his eyes which were blue.
The strength that he possessed was incredible, and he was capable of dealing with the leaders of both the zombies and the monsters. In the end, due to the morale that they were given, the humans began fighting back against the zombies and the monsters at the sa ti.
It was true that they possessed a human that was extrely strong on their side, but even then, the numbers of the zombies and the monsters were extrely high. So, they were at a great disadvantage.
But even then, all the humans at that ti were determined to fight to the death. If they did not fight, they were obviously going to be killed. So, they attacked ferociously, while that blonde-haired guy kept on attacking, causing large number of monsters and zombies to perish under his attacks.
At that mont, everybody understood that this person was extrely formidable. Apart from being capable of taking care of the leaders of the two races at the sa ti, he was actually currently still having enough energy to be able to deal with this large group of zombies and monsters.
Without leaders, the two races were no longer formidable as they were not following the strategy that they had been using at the very start. Additionally, they began fighting against each other the mont that they encountered each other, considering that the leaders who had brought the collaboration were no longer there.
Since the two races began fighting against each other, it suddenly beca a three-way battle. It was a good thing that at that mont, the intelligence of both the monsters and the zombies was actually not that high, and those that could control monsters or zombies could only control a small group.
In the end, the humans began taking advantage of the intelligence that they possessed, and began retreating. The mont that they did so, they left the battlefield to the monsters and the zombies. As for themselves, they began recovering from the injuries that they had suffered or recovering the energy that they had spent.
The battle between the zombies and the monsters ended up with the monsters being destroyed due to the advantage that the zombies possessed in terms of numbers. As for the humans, they imdiately charged in, and dealt with the zombies who were no longer in millions, but instead, just a few hundred thousand.
Of course, the majority of the zombies were only mobs, possessing a small amount of power, and those that had already reached high levels at that ti were dealt with by the blonde-haired guy with other guys that had already reached the sa power level.
Finally, after many casualties, they had finally managed to deal with all the forces present within the city, leaving behind only the humans.
Understanding that there was going to be great danger if even a single zombie managed to survive, they moved around the city, with the intention of making sure that there was not even a single zombie that was surviving within the city.
At the sa ti, a territory was constructed as they had found a territory construction token. As expected, the leader of the territory was none other than the blonde-haired guy.
Since there was no any enemy close by, the territory was capable of expanding quite quickly, and the construction of the city was the best among the cities in the surrounding areas.
In order to level up, they began entering into the forest that was located close by, considering that they had to keep up with the apocalypse. And slowly, they began dealing with the monsters within the forest, before they finally realized that the monsters had suddenly retreated.
The blonde-haired guy on the other hand moved out personally to investigate the situation around. It was only recently that he ca back and inford them that he had found sowhere that they could utilize in order to increase their own strength.
That was the reason why a month ago, they ca to this place, where there was a dungeon. Additionally, they realized that within this dungeon, there were monsters that kept on spawning.
They could not help but get excited, as they began hunting the monsters, while leveling up. Since it was the third stage of the apocalypse, they were capable of leveling up quite easily, and in no ti at all, several gold rank mutant warriors had already been born, and there was no lack of those that had already reached the diamond rank.
And just like every other day during the past month, there was another group that was already inside the dungeon, wanting to level up. The only problem with this dungeon was that there was a limit to the number of people that could enter into the dungeon at the sa ti.
For that reason, they could only give those people that possessed special professions the chance of going in first, before those that had the highest rits to enter next.
Of course, not everybody ca from the territory that was located in Biro city. Otherwise, they would definitely be risking the territory being attacked during the ti that they were away.
Currently, they had already decided to monopolize this place, making sure that nobody else took it over. After all, this was an advantage that they had to take, and if another person managed to enter into this place, they would have to fight against each other, because the number of people that could enter into the dungeon was limited.
Who would accept to see another person entering the dungeon to level up, while they just remained outside? It was impossible for them to agree to that, and it was definitely going to cause a fight.
Currently, the number of people from Biro city that was stationed here already numbered up to about 20,000. All these were considered as elites, and they were taking turns to enter into the dungeon in order to level up.
Sohow, within less than a month, they had managed to actually construct a small town here. The houses were not that luxurious, but it was definitely going to improve later on, considering that they had already begun thinking of setting up another territory here.
But of course, that was sothing that was going to take so ti, considering that the distance between their own territory and this place was quite far, and moving between them was quite dangerous as well.
The blonde-haired guy was also present, and he was stationed within the best building in the entire town. Although it was called a town, it was not that much developed, considering that vegetation could be seen within the town, but it was still under the process of construction. In any case, it was not as if all those that had co over possessed the construction profession, but instead, they were actually combatants.
The blonde-haired guy was currently sitting in his room when suddenly, he frowned. Then, he looked towards a certain direction, as if he could see through the walls, and felt that there was sothing wrong.
"As expected, soone has already found this place. Maybe they found it first, but even then, we have to make sure that this place remains ours. This is our only advantage after all." He mumbled to himself, before he stood up and went out of the room.
The mont that he went out, he t up with the leaders of the elite troop that he had brought over, and imdiately inford them to get ready for a battle.
Of course they were confused considering that they could not see any enemy. But even then, knowing the power of this guy, they imdiately followed what he had said, and each and every one of them entered into a combat-ready mode.
