"Not going back, what for?"

Before Leo Grant could answer, Holly replied for him.

Rosalie Jennings was silent for a mont, unsure of what to say.

Her gaze fell on Leo’s tie, a striking royal blue, and it seed like Leo’s deanor had changed a bit as well.

She rembered that Leo’s bow ties used to be exclusively black and white, never any other color.

"Please move aside, we’re in a hurry."

Leo’s brows furrowed slightly, his voice was a bit chilly, giving off a distant, icy feeling.

Apart from Holly, he was indifferent to everyone, leaving his tenderness only for Holly.

His gentleness was exclusively Holly’s.

Holly’s phone rang, and she answered the call.

"The things have arrived, let’s go get them."

Holly looked at Leo with a smile, her voice soft.

The tea set had arrived.

"Okay."

Leo nodded and left the mall with Holly.

Rosalie softly bit her lip and followed them.

"Boss, your items."

The person delivering the goods didn’t know Holly, but he spoke to her respectfully, presenting a whole set of packaged tea sets.

"Thanks for the trouble."

Holly accepted the tea set and gave the person a gentle nod, her tone sincere.

"No trouble at all, it’s my duty to work for the boss."

The delivery person gently shook his head, speaking softly.

He didn’t find it troubleso; it was just a small task of delivering items.

After delivering the goods, he didn’t linger and left after saying goodbye to Holly.

Rosalie heard the man’s respectful words without missing a single one, and she was sowhat surprised.

So, what exactly was Holly’s identity?

From the beginning, Holly didn’t hide her extraordinary identity much.

Boss?

"This would be a great gift for Grandpa, it’s quite suitable."

Holly handed the item to Leo, speaking slowly with a playful tone in her voice.

She had bought it at an auction a couple of years ago for a high price, thinking it looked nice, and had kept it since, unused.

Now, it would finally co in handy.

"Thoughtful of you."

Leo chuckled, his voice tinged with a sense of joy.

"Have you t the family?"

Rosalie clearly heard the word "Grandpa" from their conversation and looked at Leo and Holly with a surprised gaze.

They hadn’t known each other for long, nor been together for long, and yet they’ve already t the family?

It happened very quickly indeed.

In the year she was with Leo, he never introduced her to his friends or took her to et them; he never brought her to gatherings unless she insisted on going.

Other couples held hands, but she and Leo always walked side by side with a small gap between them.

Or she followed behind Leo.

At that ti, Rosalie was keenly aware that Leo didn’t like her; he was just playing by the rules of the ga, able to afford it.

They were boyfriend and girlfriend, but didn’t seem like it.

Now, seeing Holly and Leo so sweet together, Rosalie felt more bitterness in her heart, unable to warm Leo’s heart in a year’s ti.

Holly had ward his heart in just a few short months.

Oh no, maybe just a matter of days.

From the start, Leo had treated Holly specially, and after they got together, it beca even more special.

"Yes, we’re finalizing the wedding date soon, and we hope you can join us then."

Holly slightly curled her lips, her smile as gentle as a spring breeze, her eyes glistening with humor.

Holly linked arms with Leo, her face resting on his arm, filled with joy.

"Yes, we’ll send you an invitation."

Leo echoed Holly’s words, looking tenderly at her, seemingly having only her in his eyes.

Rosalie was taken aback, biting her lip lightly, her eyes filled with disbelief.

How long have they known each other?

And they’re getting married?

"Let’s go, don’t waste any more ti, Grandpa is waiting for us."

Leo gently patted Holly’s head, wrapping his arm around her shoulders as they left.

"Okay."

Holly responded.

The two walked farther and farther away, their figures disappearing from Rosalie’s sight.

Rosalie clenched her fists tightly, her eyes slightly reddened.

"You’re finalizing the wedding date? How co I didn’t know about this?"

As they walked away, Leo turned his head to look at Holly, slowly asking, with a hint of amusent in his eyes.

Wedding date?

Even he didn’t know!

"Oh, I just said it casually."

Holly lightly bit her lip, slowly speaking, with a playful tone in her voice.

"Since Holly is so eager to get married, I should make my stance clear."

Leo’s eyes softened as he looked at Holly.

Holly was puzzled: "Hmm?"

"Young girls are afraid of the cold, so winter isn’t suitable for a wedding. Now that spring has arrived and the weather is warming up, I think it’s a good ti for a wedding."

Leo said gently, his voice tinged with joy.

Marriage, after all, is a beautiful thing.

"Yes, it’s quite suitable."

Holly touched her nose, slowly agreeing.

It didn’t seem bad at all.

"Not against it?"

Holly’s agreent surprised Leo a bit.

He thought the young girl might have hesitated for a bit; he didn’t expect her to say nothing.

"No."

Holly gently shook her head.

Why oppose it? She wouldn’t oppose it.

"Since you’re not opposed, then it’s settled."

Leo gently patted Holly’s head, his voice filled with a sense of joy.

Holly gently blinked her eyes.

They got into the car, and Leo drove in the opposite direction of the Grant Family’s old residence, making Holly hesitate for a mont.

"Aren’t we going to the old residence? You’re going the wrong way."

Holly reminded, her puzzled gaze landing on Leo.

She never rembered Leo losing his sense of direction.

"We’re going to the civil affairs bureau."

Leo’s gaze remained fixed ahead as he spoke softly.

Holly: "..."

Civil affairs bureau?

You’re kidding, right?

Holly asked, "Did you bring your ID card?"

"I’ll have soone send it over."

"Did you bring the household registration book?"

"I’ll have soone send it over."

Holly: "..."

Alright, he can indeed have soone deliver it.

"It’s New Year’s Day, the civil affairs bureau is closed."

Holly leaned back in her seat, lazily pointing it out.

"I can have soone open it imdiately."

Leo said.

Holly: "..."

Capitalist overlord?

Absolutely staggering.

"Brother, you need to celebrate the New Year, and so do other people. Don’t exploit others during the New Year; let them have a good holiday."

Holly looked at Leo, speaking slowly with a hint of gentle coaxing in her tone.
