"Actually, I like you."
Stella Jacobs looked at Holly Sawyer with a radiant smile, speaking slowly, her eyes filled with laughter.
Holly Sawyer is very pretty, has a great personality, and her presence makes people like her.
"Thank you for liking ."
Holly curved her lips into a smile, gladly accepting Stella Jacobs’ affection.
When others praise her, she naturally accepts it graciously.
"You’re very honest."
"Thank you."
"To be honest, you and Leo are quite a match."
Stella Jacobs took a sip of hot milk, speaking gently.
It sounded sincere, though Holly Sawyer couldn’t be sure because she didn’t know Stella Jacobs well or her feelings toward Leo Grant.
Holly Sawyer: "Thank you."
"I like him."
Stella suddenly looked up at Holly, speaking with unusual seriousness, her gaze also earnest.
"So?"
Holly smirked.
Stella pursed her lips, not speaking.
"So, are you trying to make leave willingly and send off with a huge check? Or are you discussing Leo with , proving you know him better to disgust ?"
Holly raised an eyebrow, looking directly at Stella, her tone calm and steady with little fluctuation.
"That’s not it."
Stella was amused by Holly’s words and covered her mouth with her hand, laughter sparkling in her eyes.
This young lady is truly interesting.
"So go ahead, I’m listening."
Holly yawned, folded her hands behind her head, and watched Stella with interest.
Her first impression of Stella was quite good, though she wasn’t sure if in-depth acquaintance would maintain that impression.
Rosalie Jennings didn’t give her a good impression at first glance.
"I only like him; he’s excellent, and I’m not the only one who likes him."
Stella gently shook her head and spoke slowly.
Holly remained silent, waiting for Stella to continue.
"I’ve known him for so long, but nothing ever cos of it. I’ve never hoped to be together with him; I just wanted to et you, that’s all."
Stella slightly curled her lips, her tone still gentle.
They were like childhood sweethearts; if there were feelings, they’d have been together already, leaving no room for others.
She liked Leo, always thought it was her own business, never expecting a response from him.
Upon learning Leo has a girlfriend, she wanted to see if Leo’s girlfriend was exceptional.
If so, she could let go easily, but if not, perhaps she would feel dissatisfied.
"Now that I’ve seen, so?"
Holly raised an eyebrow, looking at Stella aningfully.
"You’re great, can we be friends?"
Stella’s tone was especially gentle, her smile soft, and her gaze at Holly filled with anticipation.
"We could be friends, but..."
Holly looked at Stella, stopping halfway through her sentence.
Stella: "But what?"
"I’m not frivolous; friendships aren’t just ford by saying so."
Holly stated this with a smile.
Friendships also require understanding to develop, not rely deciding and imdiately becoming friends.
"I understand."
Stella nodded.
The two chatted for a while longer before Stella took her leave.
Holly continued cracking sunflower seeds and watching TV.
She had a favorable impression of Stella.

When Leo ca ho that evening, the living room was already filled with the aroma of cooking, Holly wore an apron around her waist, and as she turned to look at Leo, her smile was extrely gentle.
"Back already? I’ve finished making the al."
Holly playfully blinked, laughter coloring her eyes.
"Why’d you go into the kitchen?"
Leo stood at the doorway, montarily stunned, then furrowed his brows.
He’d co ho late, had texted Holly to eat so snacks if she was hungry, saying he’d cook when he got back.
"I wanted to cook for my brother."
Holly stepped forward, gently dusting off Leo’s suit jacket, brushing away the cold.
Her smile was as bright as a flower.
"Brother can’t bear to see you in the kitchen, you know that."
Leo lightly tapped Holly’s forehead, a slight punishnt for her disobedience.
How could he bear seeing the young lady in the kitchen? Though the al cooked by her would be warm and cozy, filled with happiness.
But he cared for the young lady more.
"I know, but Holly also cares for her brother being so busy."
Holly took Leo’s docunt folder, placed it aside, and spoke slowly.
Leo cared for her, and she cared for him too.
"Silly."
Leo ruffled Holly’s hair, the smile on his lips was suprely gentle.
"Let’s eat then."
Holly turned to go to the kitchen to serve the food.
Leo hugged Holly’s waist from behind, pulling the young lady tightly into his embrace, his chin resting on her shoulder.
"What’s up?"
Holly turned her head with a puzzled expression.
Leo turned Holly’s body towards him, staring at her directly.
Holly blinked.
Leo lowered his head, capturing the young lady’s ruby lips, holding Holly’s head, deepening the kiss bit by bit.
At first, he was afraid she’d be shy, scared to overwhelm her, and never dared to kiss her so openly.
Today marked a start, subsequently he seed unable to restrain himself.
"Dummy, you still don’t know to close your eyes."
Leo gently rubbed Holly’s nose, speaking softly.
The young lady’s eyes had been wide open, with uncertainty mixed in them.
Very cute.
"You never asked if I agreed."
Holly’s face was flushed; she lightly punched Leo’s chest, annoyed.
This morning, he asked if she agreed, although she was caught off guard, she’d agreed.
Just now, Leo hadn’t asked her!
"Okay, next ti I’ll ask you in advance."
Seeing Holly’s blushing face, Leo’s voice was brimming with joy.
The young lady was truly adorable.
She was cute when shy, cute when angry.
"There’ll be a next ti?"
Holly glared at Leo, turned, and escaped into the kitchen.
"Let do it, you sit outside."
Leo followed Holly into the kitchen, his tone light and cheerful.
"I..."
"If you don’t go out, I’m going to kiss you."
Leo stared directly at Holly, lowering his head, his gaze on her enticing red lips.
Holly: "..."
Holly glared at Leo and fled in embarrassnt.
Hmm, truly shy.
Watching the young lady’s rabbit-like form, the smile on Leo’s lips deepened, his gaze softening.
The young lady was easily shy, her skin thin.
