Chapter 2006: Chapter 1952–1953: Holy Spirit Divine Body, the King’s Ambition

“Daojun, the holder of the Heavenly Authority, enforcer of the Heavenly Dao, the Supre of Heaven and Earth!” Zhu Jiuyin Ancestor Witch revealed a complex expression in his eyes.

Although he followed the Path of the God-Devil and Witch God Dao, possessing the battle strength of a Daojun, he had once tested himself against the Witch God Sect Leader to verify his own battle power.

However, he had never truly engaged in an unreserved confrontation with a Daojun strong figure. Each ti he acted, he easily crushed his opponents, never fully exerting himself, causing him to overlook many things.

Even though Zhu Jiuyin Ancestor Witch’s power was comparable to a Daojun, he had not crossed the Heaven’s Tribulation, or perhaps to act low-key, he did not reveal his power, lacking the recognition of Heaven and Earth’s will. When truly facing Bai Qicang, this Daojun, he discovered his greatest weakness.

“You have never experienced the Heaven’s Tribulation and yet possess the battle strength of a Daojun. While this allows you to deceive the heavens, it is also your greatest flaw; all your power cos from yourself, and Heaven cannot provide any support!” Bai Qicang’s expression was solemn as countless talismans encircled him, flashing, and with thunder roaring, he instantly conjured a powerful Talisman Sword, sweeping towards Zhu Jiuyin grandiosely.

Daojun, Monarch of the Dao, is not just an exaggerated term, but signifies mastery over the Daoist Rules that one cultivates, especially in the absence of other Daojuns, one can harness more power.

At this mont, Bai Qicang, having just proven his Daojun status, still benefited from Heaven’s favor which had not completely dissipated, allowing him to leverage Daoist Rules far beyond his own mastery.

In contrast, though Zhu Jiuyin Ancestor Witch’s path was one of ticulous progress, all the power he could unleash was solely what he had mastered, unable to tap into more of the Tao’s power from the greater Dao.

“Ti Dao, reverse attack on the Dao, shatter destiny, sever karma, create the future!” The sundial shone brightly, with the ancient chi echoing, emanating Zhu Jiuyin’s deep voice. At this mont, he had to exhaust more Primordial Qi to withstand this move.

The sword light glead, the long sword clashed, tearing through chaos, slicing through ti, penetrating Yin and Yang,

Zhu Jiuyin’s form also revealed a deep crack, but it vanished without a trace in an instant.

One had to admit that Bai Qicang had advanced the Talisman Sword Skill to an extrely profound realm, the sword he unleashed by utilizing Daoist Rules’ power was far beyond what he could normally execute, sufficient to harm Zhu Jiuyin.

As the two engaged, a terrifying tremor emanated from the Chaos Void. A colossal figure rapidly enlarged, growing taller by the mont, transforming into a giant of ten thousand feet, towering within the Chaos Void, causing the entire void to tremble and quiver.

The ten-thousand-foot body, surrounded by countless radiant lights, each of which represented a type of Divine Gold, had gathered almost all known Divine Golds from the world within those lights.

The strong figures witnessing this scene were all dumbfounded, astonished, not knowing what to say.

Divine Gold, the most top-tier and rare artifact refining material on earth, each piece is essential for crafting Immortal Artifacts and Divine Weapon treasures.

For all beings, it is sothing to covet with utmost longing yet remains elusive. A small piece of Divine Gold suffices as a primary material for forging an Immortal Artifact. Now, the shining Divine Gold light on this ten-thousand-foot body, casting countless Immortal Artifacts, has been incredibly extravagantly integrated into one’s body.

“Holy Spirit Body, this Mid-Day National Lord has indeed taken this path.”

“Indeed, Holy Spirit Bodies are originally constructed with Spirit Stones bred by the Earth, seizing the creation of Heaven and Earth, inherently gifted, unparalleled in talent, born as extraordinarily powerful beings. Now this Mid-Day National Lord has collected so many Divine Golds and integrated them, this constructed Divine Body may even surpass a Human Immortal’s Divine Demon Body.”

“How could a Human Immortal’s Divine Demon Body compare to such a Divine Body? The Holy Spirit Divine Body itself is enough to rival a Human Immortal’s Divine Demon Body, fusing so many Divine Golds, perhaps only a Human Immortal’s Divine Demon Body creating its Divine Treasure Great World can compare.”

Nurous knowledgeable strong figures exclaid, marveling at the scene unfolding in the Chaos Void.

Upon the appearance of this body, they all realized this was the Mid-Day National Lord’s sign of proving as Daojun, but they hadn’t expected the Lord’s Holy Spirit Body to be so formidable.

It was well-known that during the Bloody Trial before the War of Sealing Gods, Mid-Day National Lord had revealed his seizure of a Holy Spirit Body, stirring envy among many.

However, at that ti, the Immortal Path had appeared, and True Immortals looked down upon it, whereas the strong who desired it couldn’t match the then Supre Overlord level Mid-Day National Lord, plus the fact that he wasn’t a solitary Independent Practitioner, so no one paid attention to it anymore.

Especially with the later developnt of the Path of Human Immortal, those truly intending to take the Body Refining thod mostly chose the Path of Human Immortal, with little concern for the Mid-Day National Lord’s Holy Spirit Body.

After all, even if the Holy Spirit Body inherently has a great advantage, stepping into the True Immortal level also imposes substantial bounds, and breaking through this restriction requires an enormous cost, truly succeeding and being constrained by it simultaneously.
