Chapter 1778: Chapter 1724–Chapter 1725 The Four Saints of the Big Dipper

Indecision will not accomplish great deeds!

This is the life creed of the Great Emperor Ziwei.

Whether it was exerting every effort to seize the honor of the Great Emperor Ziwei during the War of Sealing Gods, the gradual distancing from the Sky chanism Pavilion afterwards, or even the idea of collaborating with the Jade Emperor to break free of constraints.

Each of these decisions was a genuine idea from his heart, and absolutely made without any hesitation.

Opportunities are fleeting, and hesitation might an missing them.

Decisions might be wrong, or they might succeed, but indecision definitely cannot succeed.

With this mindset, it doesn’t matter what the Longevity Taoist Monarch’s thoughts are; since he has obtained the Great Star Technique, he has decisively accepted it, regardless of what might happen in the future. Strengthening oneself now is without any issue.

Moreover, since the other party could act this way, it proves that he still has value; under this premise, he can also take the opportunity to do things he couldn’t do before.

For example, reclaim his authority!

The once Great Emperor Ziwei dared not do these things because he feared the existence of the Divine Dao Incarnation, the Emperor of Longevity, of the Longevity Taoist Monarch, avoiding conflict with the opposite side.

But now that the Longevity Taoist Monarch has sched against him, although it feels unpleasant, it also proves that he is a valuable part of the opponent’s plan, temporarily worth investing in.

Then he can completely seize this opportunity to conquer other Star Gods, refine his authority, and use this to test the Taoist Monarch’s tolerance level to see how much value he truly has in their eyes.

If he holds enough value in the Taoist Monarch’s eyes, then when he begins to subdue those Star Gods, even if the Taoist Monarch doesn’t directly stop him, they will at least remain neutral and express a laissez-faire attitude.

Upon learning the news of the Myriad Laws Realm, the Great Emperor Ziwei imdiately dispatched the Star Gods under his command. The goal was not to definitely seize any Supre Divine Power, but at the very least, to prevent other Star Gods from obtaining a Supre Divine Power.

Weakening opponents is strengthening oneself; now, although he holds an advantage among the many Star Gods of the Heavenly Court, he is still not able to overpower all opponents; at least those forces, if truly united, would be a significant threat to him.

Even though the Great Emperor Ziwei believes that with enough ti, without interference, he can definitely suppress opponents to beco the ultimate Ti.

But with the current changing situation, where would there be abundant ti? These many Dao Lords are making moves, each preparing; no one knows what unexpected events will occur next.

Moreover, his intention to subdue the authority of other Star Gods is not sothing many people would want to see, not just those veteran Daoist Monarchs but even the newly ascended Dao Lords think so.

Newly ascended Dao Lords are not united; they hope for the birth of new Dao Lords to support themselves against many veteran Daoist Monarchs, but they also don’t want to see more newly ascended Dao Lords becoming stronger than them, affecting their status.

It is just like the current situation of the Great Emperor Ziwei; being able to contend with Taoist Monarch Tianji, the power displayed by the Great Emperor Ziwei is indeed a force among the many newly ascended Dao Lords that cannot be ignored, yet it also instills fear in these newly ascended Dao Lords.

They do not wish to see themselves united to take authority from many veteran Daoist Monarchs, only for it to be taken by later cors, creating opportunities for others.

So, although the Great Emperor Ziwei’s current situation seems highly advantageous, he is also teetering on the brink at the peak of the storm, watched by many. Therefore, he needs even more to seize opportunities to enhance himself, giving no one else a chance.

Since it is the order of the Great Emperor Ziwei, these Star Lords under his command naturally received the command and ca. The first they must stop is none other than the Fate Controller Star Lord.

Beidou governs death, Southern Dipper governs life.

This single phrase can actually reveal that these Beidou and Southern Dipper Star Lords within the Heavenly Court hold authority in opposing positions.

If they all belonged to the Great Emperor Ziwei’s command, with a superior’s suppression and adjustnt, even though there would be competition and conflict between the two sides, conflicts could still be controlled within a certain range.

However, because the Beidou Star Lords are under the governance of the Great Emperor Ziwei, while the Southern Dipper Star Lords obey the Emperor of Longevity’s decrees, this causes the two sides to belong to different factions, essentially irreconcilable by anyone.

Or perhaps soone could reconcile, but they wouldn’t, at least for the Great Emperor Ziwei, the many conflicts between his subordinates, the Beidou Star Lords, and the Southern Dipper Star Lords, he not only does not oppose but is glad to see them transpire.

Only in this way can he suppress these Star Lords, implent his will, and continually erode the authority of his Star Master.

As for the Emperor of Longevity, he has never cared about these mundane affairs, allowing the Southern Dipper Star Lords to handle them at will.

In today’s Heavenly Court, it is okay with the latterly enfeoffed Gods, but the forr Gods, who fought their way out of the Conferred God War, each of them earned their current status by walking on the edge of life and death.

Perhaps they respect and fear many Taoist Monarchs, but with many other Gods as True Immortals, there is no one who must inherently submit to another, nor anyone who would see themselves as inherently lesser.
