Early the next morning, Uchiha Nagisa stord into Kyosuke's room.

Thump!

With a heavy slam, she successfully "startled" Kyosuke awake from his deep sleep.

Then, seeing Kyosuke's "panicked" look, the little girl couldn't help but giggle.

However, she soon composed herself, put on a stern face, and said in a stiff tone, "You smashed my pond and killed a lot of my favorite little fish. Tell , how are you going to compensate ?"

Kyosuke looked at her struggling to maintain a serious expression and said with a "wronged" look, "Then you tell , how should I compensate you?"

In fact, he had been awake since the little girl had entered the courtyard. But he had keenly sensed sothing was off from the sound of her footsteps, which was why he had acted as he did.

The purpose was to find a way to quell the little girl's anger. After all, he had indeed almost completely destroyed her beloved courtyard last night. It was only right to let her have her way today.

"Hmph, then I command you to go shopping with today," Nagisa said, looking down her nose at Kyosuke.

"Alright, alright, as you wish, my lady," Kyosuke said with a forced, wry smile.

In a corner of Konoha's comrcial street, a conflict was unfolding.

On one side of the conflict was one of the Sand's Genin participants in the Chunin Exams, the user of the "Seven Heavens Breathing thod," Kuro.

And on the other side were Konoha ninja, Kyosuke's old acquaintance, Hyuga Saori, and another ninja from the Hyuga clan.

At this mont, Kuro was shalessly pointing his finger at Hyuga Saori and saying sothing, his expression incredibly arrogant.

Saori, on the other hand, was suppressing her anger, allowing Kuro to point and curse at her.

This scene was, coincidentally, witnessed by the strolling Kyosuke and Nagisa.

Without a second thought, he led a curious Nagisa toward the scene of the conflict.

Before he even got close, Kuro's arrogant voice reached his ears.

"I'm telling you, if she doesn't apologize to today, then don't bla for reporting this to the Daimyō and holding you Konoha accountable."

At this point, Hyuga Saori could no longer suppress her anger. She raised her hand, ready to teach this arrogant fool a lesson.

However, the Hyuga clansman beside her stepped forward and stopped her.

"Don't you understand his true purpose?" the Hyuga clansman said coolly, completely ignoring Kuro's presence. "He wants to start a conflict and then accuse Konoha of 'bullying the weak'."

Here, his gaze grew even colder. "Once this matter is brought before the Daimyō of both countries, can you bear the responsibility for that cri? Apologize now!"

Strangely, Saori, who was usually sowhat lawless, stood there silently, allowing him to berate her.

It was as if she was afraid of sothing.

Seeing this, Kyosuke finally couldn't help but intervene.

"An outsider is insulting a mber of your Hyuga clan. As a fellow clansman, not only do you not help, but you even start to criticize your own people. Heh, is this the Hyuga clan's way? I've truly learned sothing today," Kyosuke said with a sneer, looking at the Hyuga mber.

"When did the affairs of my Hyuga clan beco the business of your Uchiha clan? Are you even worthy?!" The Hyuga mber was stunned for a mont when he saw that it was Kyosuke who had spoken. He then imdiately mocked him without hesitation.

With that, he ignored Kyosuke, turned back to Hyuga Saori, and snorted coldly again. "Apologize to now."

"Hahaha, is this Konoha's Will of Fire? How ridiculous," the lone Kuro said, shalessly taunting the group.

Just then, Uchiha Nagisa, who was standing to the side, couldn't take it anymore.

"Pah! What are you, that you're worthy of looking down on Konoha?" With that, she looked Kuro up and down, then said with disdain, "Go take a look at yourself in a puddle of your own piss, you Sand ninja."

"Oh, and where did this little brat co from? How dare you..." Kuro glared at Nagisa, and just as he was about to start ranting again, a shocking killing intent instantly enveloped him, forcing his words back down his throat.

Kuro quickly turned his head and saw that the source of this killing intent was a grim-faced Uchiha Kyosuke.

"If you dare to say another word to , I'll kill you today. And I an it," Kyosuke said, his crimson Sharingan fixed on him.

At the sa ti, several figures instantly appeared around Kyosuke, completely surrounding Kuro.

These were the clan's secret operatives, responsible for protecting the two of them.

"Heh, I don't believe you'd dare to touch today," Kuro said, after a brief mont of panic, his arrogant deanor returning. He even pointed a finger at Kyosuke.

"You don't believe ?" Kyosuke looked at him with cold eyes, then ordered one of the secret operatives, "Kill him."

These secret operatives didn't care about any political factors. Utterly loyal to the Uchiha clan, upon hearing Kyosuke's command, they all drew their kunai, preparing to kill the talkative brat before them.

This ti, the arrogant look on Kuro's face was finally gone.

He had realized that these lunatics in front of him actually dared to risk starting a war to kill him.

Because of this, he panicked and was about to say sothing.

Unfortunately, the secret operative's kunai had already reached his throat before he could speak. In less than half a second, his blood would have splattered on the spot.

Just as Kuro was about to die, an unexpected hand appeared and pulled him back from the brink of death in the nick of ti.

Everyone, including Kyosuke, had not seen when this person had arrived on the scene.

This showed that the newcor's strength was far superior to everyone else's.

This person was the coincidentally arrived Namikaze Minato.

However, even though they sensed the enemy's strength, as secret operatives, until they received the order to stop, they had to complete their mission, even if it ant death.

Seeing this, Minato couldn't help but shout at Kyosuke, "Calm down."

At the sa ti, Kyosuke also gave a slight wave of his hand, indicating that they could stop.

Instantly, the secret operatives vanished as quickly as they had appeared.

"Brother Minato, for your sake, I'll spare his life today," Kyosuke said coldly, then turned and left with Uchiha Nagisa.

He knew that now that Minato had appeared, there would be no fight today. Since that was the case, why should he stay and argue with Kuro?

But as he was leaving, Kyosuke had already made up his mind.

No matter what it took, he had to be in the sa group as Kuro in the third exam.

He was going to kill him with his own hands, in front of everyone.

After Kyosuke and the others had left, Kuro also quietly slipped away at so point.

Only Minato, Saori, and the other Hyuga clan mber were left at the scene.

"Since the matter has been resolved, I will take my leave now," Minato said, nodding to the two of them, then vanished with a Body Flicker.

"Hmph." After Minato had left, the Hyuga man couldn't help but snort coldly again. He looked at Saori, who was standing there with her head bowed in silence, and felt a surge of anger.

"You almost caused such a huge ss today. Tell , what should your punishnt be?"

However, no matter how he scolded her, Hyuga Saori remained silent, allowing him to berate her.

After a while, the Hyuga man was probably tired of scolding her. He gave her one last glare and then turned to leave.

But what he didn't notice was that Hyuga Saori's downcast eyes were already filled with a bone-chilling killing intent.
