The roaring cheers gradually ceased as the lights of the Extraordinary Tournant swept across the arena, and the venue quieted down.
Even so, the audience was still sowhat excited.
It was ti for the top four to erge, Augustine would take the first place.
At this mont, a chanical voice announced, "The first match of the Extraordinary Tournant, Prins versus Rhein."
There was no nonsense; the rules of the battle were clear, and the chanical voice simply declared the fight to begin.
Prins, a chanical Master from Camp Star, the third-seeded contestant.
Rhein, a Krusu Star People, an Energy Manipulator, the fourth-seeded contestant.
As the two descended, despite both being Alien Race contestants, the cheers were still deafening.
This duel should be the closest in terms of strength of the three duels today, and in a sense, it should be the most exciting of the day. The anticipation was only less than the battle between Augustine and Xu Mo due to Augustine’s identity from Royal Academy and the grudge between them.
As they landed, Prins in his cha charged straight towards Rhein, who held the Death Scythe, with energy raging around him radiating purple Energy Light, and the blade glead with a terrifying purple glow.
In the next mont, his body also surged forward, moving incredibly fast to et the cha head-on, and the two collided mid-way.
The Camp Star People were known as natural cha pilots, and Prins was considered the third-seeded contestant. How strong was his cha skill?
Xu Mo was very curious; this fight should force Prins to reveal his Combat Power.
Prins’s cha was custom-made, tailored for Camp Star People, smaller in size and more agile. Prins wielded an Energy Blade.
Prins struck with his blade, and Rhein’s scythe slashed out in kind, clashing in an instant.
"So fast..." Xu Mo thought to himself; both Prins and Rhein struck with terrifying speed. Xu Mo admitted that if he piloted a cha, he wouldn’t be able to match Prins’s speed, which might also be due to the other’s cha.
Not just fast, but the force of the impact was strong as well.
"This is the cha Technique of Camp Star People," Xu Mo mused internally as Prins pressured Rhein into retreating. Even if Rhein could control energy, it was still difficult for him to withstand the cha’s direct assault.
Their battle speed increased, with terrifying energy cyclones appearing around them. Rhein leapt into the air to deliver a slash from above, only to see Prins also soar up, eting Rhein in the air for a midair collision.
The audience quieted down, their eyes glued to the ferocious battle on the field.
Royal Academy’s cha prodigy Lantis was known as the Flying Devil, but at this mont, witnessing Prins’s complete cha technique outburst, they realized the difference. This was the pinnacle of cha control, flawless, a perfect fusion of man and machine.
Even Xu Mo had to admit that his cha skill was currently inferior to Prins’s.
The Camp Star People were deserving of their reputation as natural chanical Masters, and Prins was among the best of them.
"Flawless." Xu Mo looked at Prins, pondering how powerful a flawless cha could be when charging, even Rhein’s speed couldn’t grasp a weakness of the cha, leaving him no choice but to clash head-on.
The victor of this duel would likely be Prins; it would be hard for Rhein to overco him.
As the crowd predicted, Prins ultimately defeated Rhein, but not without his cha nearly being destroyed, paying a significant toll.
The third-seeded contestant won.
Prins rose into the air, securing a spot among the top four. His next opponent would likely be Titan Star’s top-seeded contestant, which ant Prins’s final rank should be third.
The top five seeded contestants would likely secure the top five spots; only Augustine’s position remained uncertain for now.
"The second match, Tanis versus Su Ze," the chanical voice announced once more as two figures descended.
Cheers erupted; Su Ze, having defeated Norton College’s top genius, secured the seventh rank and gained trendous popularity. When he appeared, countless people from the Coastal City Group cheered for him.
Although, ninety percent believed Su Ze was bound to lose this battle. In truth, Su Ze didn’t have even a ten percent chance of winning; it was only because he ca from the Extraordinary Academy that he received that slight rate of support.
Su Ze was strong, but he was unfortunate to face the top-seeded contestant Tanis in the quarterfinals.
As expected, there was little suspense in this battle. Tanis, still as unstoppable as ever, defeated Su Ze; there was a significant gap between them.
So far, no one had threatened Tanis.
The next round would tell if Camp Star’s chanical Master Prins could pose a threat to him.
In the current survey for the champion of the Extraordinary Tournant, Tanis had the highest voice.
After the fight concluded, the audience continued with their cheers. Though Su Ze lost the battle, making it this far was a victory. He bowed out of the tournant ranked sixth in the Extraordinary Tournant.
The Titan Star People locked in the top four.
Now, three Aliens had secured the top four positions—the Titan Star People, the Camp Star People, and the Lancelot Star People—also the top three seeded contestants.
Only one spot remained in the top four, to be decided by the fight between Augustine and Xu Mo.
This fight was also the focus of the day’s battles.
Though this fight too was deed to have little suspense.
"The third match, Augustine versus Xu Mo!" As the chanical voice rang out, two figures plumted down, and at that mont, cheers thundered.
