Capítulo 1112: Chapter 160: Space Hunt (Part 2)

The swarm of drones surrounded the area in mid-air, emitting piercing sound waves, invading the inside of the starship.

“They are invading the signal,” said Xiao Qi.

Xu Mo put on his helt, and a mont later, the signal was invaded, and a face appeared on the screen.

“Mr. Ross.” The figure was a middle-aged man, appearing to be in his forties or fifties, with deep-set eyes, a legitimate mber of the Tang Family from Chloe Star, Tang Yuan.

“I am Tang Yuan from the Tang Family, and I want to make a deal with you, how about it?” Tang Yuan’s voice ca through.

“What kind of deal?” Xu Mo’s voice ca out after chanical processing, unfamiliar to the opponent, making it difficult for them to recognize it.

“Join our Tang Family, with Mr. Ross’s talents, there will certainly be a better stage for you, how about it?” Tang Yuan said.

“What are the terms?” Xu Mo asked.

“Mr. Ross is a smart man,” Tang Yuan laughed, “I need all the information on the Blue Star Technology Group. Mr. Ross can offer the markets conquered for the Blue Star Technology Group and their bases to the Tang Family. I think such a grand gift would be enough for the Tang Family to value Mr. Ross.”

The Tang Family wanted a living Ross, not just a dead one.

A living Ross had greater value.

According to their understanding, Ross and Ye Qingdie were the ones who knew Blue Star Technology best. Ye Qingdie was extrely cautious and never left Chloe Star. On the contrary, Ross often went out, making it evidently easier to approach Ross.

“How did you track ?” Xu Mo asked.

“There is never a lack of smart people in this world, is there?” Tang Yuan replied, “I believe Mr. Ross can make the right choice.”

“Mr. Ross, this is in space, not Chloe Star, not bound by Chloe Star’s laws. Consider the consequences carefully, after all, once you start firing, there’s no control over the situation,” Tang Yuan’s voice carried a tone of threat.

Precisely because this was in space, Tang Yuan dared to act with such impunity.

Even if soone finds out, they wouldn’t care because this area was outside Chloe Star’s legal jurisdiction.

Xu Mo pondered for a mont, seemingly in consideration.

“Mr. Ross, ti is limited,” Tang Yuan continued.

“How do I ensure your sincerity?” Xu Mo asked, “If you directly read my mory and take my life, what can I do?”

“Mr. Ross, please believe in the Tang Family’s desire for talent. As long as you surrender with sincerity, there’s no need for us to harm you, isn’t that right?” Tang Yuan said with a smile.

Ross continued to remain silent, and then said, “Surrender.”

“No, Mr. Ross, have you forgotten about your identity?” Xiao Qi shouted loudly, feeling secretly pleased; is this going to be about playing the role?

“If we don’t surrender, everyone dies; we have no choice,” Xu Mo continued.

Xiao Qi struggled internally and finally made up his mind, shutting down the starship’s defense systems, leaving the starship without defense.

“Mr. Ross, please wait a mont; I’ll send soone over to receive the starship and invite ‘Mr. Ross’ to co over for detailed discussions,” Tang Yuan smiled brightly, without suspicion. Under such circumstances, Ross was already in a dood situation, unable to struggle.

However, for safety reasons, they still needed to control the warship and Ross first.

“Alright.” Xu Mo nodded, and from the starship opposite, heavily ard Transcendents ca out, heading this way.

As they arrived here, Xiao Qi opened the hatch, allowing them to enter, while Xu Mo turned to walk outside. Facing the ard team approaching, terrifying spiritual power invaded instantly.

“Boom…” The heads of all the Transcendents in the team seed to explode, as terrifying spiritual power controlled their thoughts.

“Follow my command,” a voice rang out in their minds.

“Yes.”

A simultaneous response sounded in their minds, followed by several individuals escorting Xu Mo; a few entered the control room, aiming weapons at Xiao Qi and Shadow, then looking at the screen, they said, “Mr. Tang, the target is under control.”

Tang Yuan did not notice their montary hesitation outside, during which Xu Mo had taken advantage of the gap to control them.

Witnessing this scene, Tang Yuan’s smile widened.

This mission went more smoothly than expected, but understandable—who isn’t afraid of death?

Capturing Ross ant Blue Star Technology Group could essentially be in their grasp.

Xu Mo was escorted into Tang Yuan’s starship, surrounded by nurous heavily ard figures, weapons aid at close range.

Tang Yuan appeared, waved his hand, and said, “Welco, Mr. Ross, you can remove your gear now.”

“Alright.” Xu Mo nodded, taking off the helt.

The instant Tang Yuan saw Xu Mo’s face, his expression beca extraordinarily fascinating.

Due to preconceived notions, he had entirely failed to consider that the ‘Ross’ he thought of was not the actual Ross, as the intelligence clearly specified.

However, it was a trap.

“Kill.” Tang Yuan had no ti to react but barely managed to utter one word.

Surrounding ard forces imdiately prepared to fire, but before they could take any action, they heard continuous popping sounds. Those heavily ard bodies fell without any wounds, dying instantly.

Tang Yuan watched Xu Mo in terror, and the next mont, his body floated in the air, spiritual power likewise being invaded. In an instant, his mories were transparent, holding no secrets before Xu Mo.

“Issue the command to halt all starships and instruct actual controllers to co here,” Xu Mo said to Tang Yuan.

“Yes.” Tang Yuan responded chanically and walked towards the control room, issuing commands.

So starship controllers were suspicious but still so followed the orders, heading to the main ship; however, so doubted and inquired about Tang Yuan’s situation. Yet Tang Yuan ca up with an excuse, and still so individuals didn’t act.

Gradually, people arrived at the main ship, but upon boarding, they were imdiately controlled by Xu Mo.

After Xu Mo reached the Skywalker Realm, individuals below the Skywalker level could not withstand his spiritual control.

Thereafter, everyone returned to their own starships, while Xu Mo also returned to his starship.

“Is it done?” Xiao Qi asked.

“Yes.” Xu Mo nodded, looking outside.

Suddenly, Tang Yuan’s main ship and the starships he controlled directly fired, launching attacks against those starships that were not controlled.

Instantly, an internal war erupted within the Tang Family’s fleet.

Xu Mo and Xiao Qi watched with the stance of bystanders, observing the internal conflict without intervening.

“What a pity for these starships,” Xiao Qi lanted.

“They’re only small starships. If they were large starships, I wouldn’t be willing,” Xu Mo said.

In outer space, above the war fleet, a huge entity appeared there, hovering in space, deploying screening devices, isolating what happened here.

Xu Mo glanced outside; in front of these small starships, the Chiyou seed like a giant shark.

None of the starships here would escape.

Due to the existence of the carrier, Xu Mo could communicate with the Chiyou at any ti. The Chiyou could cooperate with his actions in space, making this a hunting operation without suspense from start to finish. Even if he didn’t use spiritual power to control Tang Yuan, he had multiple ways to wipe out this fleet.

While Xu Mo and the others were on a hunt, elsewhere in space, a massive starship was moving slowly. This was a giant starship, entirely black, not arc-shaped but pointed, surrounded by spikes, ferocious and terrifying.

In the central control room of the starship, many people were moving about, and a person controlling the starship said at the screen, “The Tang Family fleet’s signal has disappeared.”

“Hmm?” Not far away, a man in a black robe frowned.

Could the Tang Family not even handle this?

The fleet signal disappearing generally indicated a crisis; otherwise, it wouldn’t disappear without reason.

“Is the location of signal disappearance locked?” the black-robed man asked.

“It’s locked,” replied the person controlling the starship.

“Go check it out,” the black-robed man said, and the starship promptly accelerated forward.
