Chapter 1028: Chapter 91: Clash of Two Armies

“Boom!” The pitch-black cha suddenly erupted with terrifying Energy Light, and Xu Mo shot out like a mountain of flesh. The Monster swung its massive claws down, its gigantic form even able to envelop the cha.

Yet the cha drew a spectacular arc, narrowly avoiding a frontal strike, plunging into the creature’s abdon. The sharp blue War Saber sliced forward with a sizzling sound, splitting open the Monster’s belly. The cha appeared on the other end of the creature, which then plumted towards the ground below.

“Senior Brother Xu Mo,” Lowell ca over to join, and Augustus also approached. It was their first ti seeing Xu Mo piloting a cha, and they were surprised by his formidable skills.

Xu Mo looked up and saw a horde of Monsters in the sky above, on a barren planet enshrouded by machinery. These Monsters were being bred and used as a forr Empire’s trial ground.

Moreover, the chanical Body encasing the planet shimred with cold, dark Energy Light, capable of detecting energy levels across the entire planet. If it reached the level of a Skywalker, it would autonomously shoot to kill. Imagining the lethal power of this chanical Body enveloping the planet is staggering.

In this way, the planet could not give rise to Skywalker-level Monsters, preventing catastrophic destruction for the human Transcendents who ca for trials.

“How terrifying the Empire’s power was back then,” Xu Mo mused internally. It was an audacious feat to encircle a planet as a Trial Ground for nurturing talented descendants.

Now, however, the Empire Trial Field has beco a battleground for top forces from major Star Domains in Emperor River.

“Mystic God Temple cultivators, assemble.” A voice sounded from afar—it was Proto’s voice. Instantly, Transcendents from various Mystic God Temples converged in that direction.

As the top figure at the Mystic God Temple headquarters, Proto held trendous influence.

“Let’s go,” Xu Mo said, and they too headed in that direction. At tis like this, it’s wise not to stand out too much. Being unsociable could be dangerous since all forces entered as teams.

For example, being targeted by the Kales Empire while scattered would be fatal. No matter how strong one’s individual power is, without being a Skywalker, one can’t withstand the assault of an army.

The strong figures of the Mystic God Temple gathered together, with Proto leading them towards the main force in the direction where Heath O’Brien was. At this mont, Heath O’Brien was clad in a domineering black Armor, completely encasing him. Behind him were the military personnel from the O’Brian Republic, as well as talented Cultivators from different regions of O’Brian.

Coupled with practitioners from the Mystic God Temple, they ford a powerful legion, numbering in the tens of thousands.

In other directions, forces from various Star Domains also began to converge. Although they might belong to different factions outside, even from the sa Star Domain, they knew that they had to unite inside the Empire Trial Field.

Each Star Domain consisted of many planets, with Cultivators from various powers. Like the Odyssey Star Domain, which was an alliance army of major families, they stood together here as well.

The people of the Tyr Star Domain were the most conspicuous. Many of them were of the Giant race. Led by the Giants, they charged to slay the Monsters. The giants’ sizes were comparable to the Monsters, extrely fierce, charging into the distance with overwhelming montum.

The Empire Trial Field is rumored to have been set up by the Old Imperial Royal Family to train the elite Transcendents of the Royal Family and the Empire, containing relics and Treasures left by the Ancient Imperial Family.

Blood rain began to fall from the sky as many chanical Bodies appeared in the high sky, transforming into machines to cleanse and slay the Monsters from above.

“Coriade Star Domain ‘chanics’,” murmured Proto. The Coriade Star Domain was the most technologically focused Star Domain with many powerful chanics. They held the title “chanic” in the Coriade Star Domain.

In another direction, the people of the Saint Tiya Star Domain shone with brilliant light as if clad in Holy Robes, charging towards the distance.

The Transcendent corps of the Kales Empire also began to gather. They didn’t move, but were eyeing the O’Brian Republic. The ongoing war between the republic and the Empire seed to continue at the Empire Trial Field.

Quickly, the armies of both sides ford a standoff. The terrifying aura pressed down on this space, making even the Monsters in the sky hesitant to attack these forces.

“The son of the O’Brian Republic Leader, Heath O’Brien, is right across. Killing him earns the Empire a first-class rit,” a cold voice echoed. Shouts resounded from the Kales Empire’s army, and a bloodthirsty killing aura surged forth.

Like the leader of the O’Brian Republic, the Emperor of the Kales Empire was also a legendary figure, hailing from the Kales Family. He had built an Iron Blood Army, conquered various planets, and established the Empire. Unlike the O’Brian Republic, the Empire’s rule was more severe but also fair in rewards and punishnts, famous for its strict military discipline.

On the O’Brian Republic’s side, beneath Heath O’Brien’s Armor was a stern face, eyes radiating chilling air. His coming this ti bore certain risks, but as the son of the O’Brian Republic Leader, his brothers and sisters were all very outstanding, especially his elder brother Ares O’Brien, who was already a top-tier Great Practitioner. Remaining in his comfort zone would likely lead to marginalization.

His father, the Leader of the O’Brian Republic, was no simple character, with very high expectations for his children.

“The leading figure from the Kales Empire this ti is Prince Lonco Kales. If anyone kills this Fake Empire’s prince, the republic will award them a dal and a significant reward,” Heath O’Brien announced.

“Boom, boom, boom…”

The ground emitted a violent sound, and from the direction of the Empire army’s flank, monsters erged, with the Empire’s Transcendents riding on their backs, moving forward step by step with imnse impact.

In the central position, an Empire Warrior clad in black armor, holding a long spear, rode a monster forward. The monster was completely black, its body covered in dark scales, and the scales on its body seed to bear sharp spikes, with a sharp head and eyes exuding a dark, murderous aura.

Many people from the Kales Empire brought monsters into the Empire Trial Field.

The figure moved to the center between the two armies, pointing the long spear toward the O’Brian Republic side, coldly saying, “Heath O’Brien, co out and fight.”

Heath O’Brien naturally did not co out to fight. From behind the crowd, a soldier of the Republic walked forward, clad in armor, traversing the air, also holding a long spear.

Xu Mo in the crowd gazed towards the battlefield, his brows slightly furrowed inside the cha. Kales Empire was extrely aggressive, seemingly looking to start a war with the O’Brian Republic right upon arrival, which was not a good sign.

The scale was already significant enough to be called war. If it fully erupted, even top Transcendents might die on the battlefield, as those coming were top elite individuals.

They were going to stay here for three years—it was just the first day.

In the wide battlefield in the center, the Empire’s warrior charged forward wildly sitting on a monster, dark Energy Light flickering on him, directly rushing into the sky.

The Republic’s soldier brandished his long spear, transforming into a silver lightning shooting downward.

Just then, the Empire soldier leaped from the monster’s back, attacking mid-air with a black Heavy Spear swirling out, ferociously overpowering the Republic Transcendent.

“Zizi…” Bright lightning light shot out as the Republic Transcendent accelerated, blasting forth.

With an explosive sound, the black long spear aggressively slamd down, as the Republic Transcendent suddenly felt his body beco heavy, his speed slowed, and he lifted his spear to block. A great force descended, causing his body to jolt downward.

At that mont, the fierce monster, like a black lightning bolt, enormous and with black sharp claws, struck down, and the Republic Transcendent raised his spear to block, but with another loud boom, his body lost balance.

The figure in the sky swooped down, and a flurry of black gun shadows appeared in the air.

With a crackling sound, the Republic Transcendent’s head was hit by the Heavy Spear, directly caving in, disregarding the armor defense, and the head tilted.

The monster pounced, its giant black claws directly grabbing the opponent’s head and twisting it out of place, emitting a crackling explosive sound.

People from the O’Brian Republic were internally shocked, realizing that the Transcendent had been killed.

The Empire warrior rode the monster into battle, with the monster being equally strong, equating to having two fighters.

“A gravity Transcendent, with exceptionally domineering power,” whispered Augustus. Xu Mo also felt it; that Empire warrior did not casually co forward, with very high Combat Power, possibly an elite from Kales Empire.

Indeed, each Transcendent entering the Empire Trial Field was an elite from various forces.

A clanging sound emanated from Kales Empire, brimming with battle intent, with the black long spear in the central battlefield pointed toward Heath O’Brien’s direction, full of provocation.

Heath O’Brien frowned, looking at Proto beside him.

Clearly, Heath O’Brien hopes for those from the Mystic God Temple to battle.

In fact, there were top figures around him, his confidants.

Proto looked back, and an O’Brian Mystic God Temple Transcendent stepped forward, coming from the Capital Star Ao Temple.

“The Empire Warrior’s Combat Power is very strong, in that fight just now, probably not all their power was unleashed. Kales Empire ca prepared,” said Xu Mo looking forward, as if talking to the people around him but was also hinting at the Mystic God Temple Transcendent wanting to step out.

The Mystic God Temple Transcendent paused his steps for a mont, looking towards Xu Mo’s direction, and others also glanced at the cha, sowhat boosting morale.

The Mystic God Temple Transcendent paused montarily then continued heading towards the battlefield.
