Most readers of this story are fantastic people. They understood exactly what I was saying when I pleaded with everyone to drop the negativity for a while. Unfortunately, there are way too many readers who believe that, if a story is being posted here, they have every right to say anything they want no matter the circumstance.

Okay, well then fine. The obvious answer to that is simply not to post on Royal Road.

I'm not going to make that decision in the heat of the mont, though. Instead, I'm taking a step back and re-evaluating.
