Zhengzheng’s class teacher shook his head: "Zhengzheng was brought up by his older sister; I heard his parents died in a car accident when he was very young."

"Is that so? How pitiful," another teacher sighed continuously, "But this handso guy looks a lot like Zhengzheng, don’t you think?"

The class teacher thought carefully and suddenly realized: "Yes, I knew he looked familiar, now that you ntion it, he does resemble him."

Zhengzheng walked beside Nan Zhan, feeling exceptionally secure in the sight of his tall and upright silhouette.

Tong Da’s father ca to pick him up; Tong Da received a red flower award today and was praised. His dad was so happy he let him sit on his neck. Tong Da was already chubby, and his father even more so; the two of them stacked together looked like a skewer of candied hawthorns.

Tong Da, sitting on his dad’s neck, biting an ice cream, saw Zhengzheng and called out from afar: "Jian Zheng."

Jian Zheng turned his head and waved at him.

"Jian Zheng, who is this big brother? Is he your sister’s boyfriend?" With his big round eyes, Tong Da asked curiously.

Zhengzheng didn’t know how to answer when Nan Zhan already smiled at Tong Da, "Goodbye, kid."

Although Tong Da didn’t get an answer to his question, Nan Zhan’s smile and sudden greeting made him sit up straight and readily reply: "Goodbye, big brother."

He quickly forgot about his previous question.

"What would you like to eat tonight?" Once in the car, Nan Zhan pointed to the back seat, "Minors sit in the back."

Only then did Zhengzheng reluctantly crawl back to the rear seat from the co-driver’s, and that’s when he noticed there was a child safety seat that he didn’t see the last ti he was in the car.

Feeling that it was specially bought for him, Zhengzheng’s face instantly bead with joy.

"Isn’t my sister eating with us?" Zhengzheng climbed onto the seat and fastened the seat belt.

"She has plans with her friends and won’t join our activity."

"Then you decide, I’m good with anything."

In the end, Nan Zhan took Zhengzheng to a children’s amusent park’s underwater restaurant, where they could watch the sea animals swimming by outside the glass do while enjoying delicious food.

Of course, it was pricey.

Compared to the gourt food, Zhengzheng seed more interested in the animals outside; he ate his al hastily and then pressed his face against the glass do, looking out. What surprised Nan Zhan was that he knew all the nas of those sea animals by heart, including several species of fish whose nas even he couldn’t recall; yet Zhengzheng could proficiently talk about their habits.

After the al, Nan Zhan took him to the mariti amusent park upstairs, where they could ride the water carousel, play the rapids adventure, and even get close to dolphins.

"Hey, little guy, want a photo with the dolphins? Take a snapshot with your dad," the dolphin trainer invited warmly.

Zhengzheng had been playing with the small dolphin for half a day, and hearing the trainer’s suggestion, he was sowhat tempted but ultimately shook his head and declined.

"Let’s do it, the paynt’s already taken care of," said Nan Zhan, who had co over at so point, standing behind him.

Zhengzheng was overjoyed and pulled at his arm, saying, "Let’s take it together."

Nan Zhan didn’t like taking photos because the most pictures he had seen were of various cri scenes, eerie and bloody. However, facing Zhengzheng’s silent plea, he thought of his own dull childhood—even trips to the amusent park were accompanied by Aunt Xian.

He vividly rembered his eighth birthday, when Nan Hanzheng had rented out an amusent park for his celebration. At the ti, aside from the staff, there was only him and Aunt Xian, everyone served him, and all the amusent facilities were there for his enjoynt. To outsiders, the child seed distinguished and elevated, but through the young eyes of Nan Zhan, all he could see was boundless loneliness.

"Young master, shall we go back?" Aunt Xian looked at Nan Zhan, who was sitting on the steps eating cotton candy, with a bit of heartache. He was excited when he heard the amusent park had been rented out, but it turned out to be a solo ga. Sigh, another boring birthday; it was thought to be different this year.

"Wouldn’t it be a sha to leave like this?" Little Nan Zhan suddenly got up from the ground, walked to a stall selling balloons, picked one, and wrote sothing on it. He released each balloon he wrote on, and those hydrogen balloons quickly flew out of the amusent park.

Soon after, there was a chirping noise outside; many children who had found balloons rushed over.

"This balloon says you can play for free today," a child holding a balloon said to the security guard.

The guard seed bewildered, until Nan Zhan walked over and instructed him faintly, "This amusent park is mine today, and these people are my guests. Let them in."

The desolate amusent park suddenly burst into lively activity as Nan Zhan saw everyone happily playing and then said to Aunt Xian, "Let’s go."

Since then, he had never been to an amusent park again. So say, loneliness is a person’s carnival, while a carnival is the loneliness of a crowd.

Nan Zhan was still imrsed in his mories when a life jacket was handed to him: "Let’s go whitewater rafting together."

Nan Zhan looked down at the expectant Zhengzheng, as if seeing himself when he was younger, and he accepted without hesitation: "Okay."

Zhengzheng said, "That uncle just now said you were my dad."

Nan Zhan was taken aback and reached out to touch his head.

Zhengzheng looked up and smiled at him, "Let’s go."

Helan Ying suppressed the rage in her heart as she walked out of the restroom and heard arguing before she even made it back to their private room.

"Have you no sha? We clearly ordered this dessert first, why would you serve it to them instead?" Feng Piaopiao said, her hands tightly clutching the plate in the waiter’s hand.

On the other side, Gao Ruobing was already so angry that her face was turning red: "How dare soone as poor as you dine here?"

Helan Ying went over and asked sternly, "What’s going on?"

Gao Ruobing, seeing her savior, quickly said with a wronged tone, "Aunt Helan, this is the Opera dessert I ordered for you, but when the waiter was bringing it in, it was intercepted by these shrews, insisting it was their order."

"Oh, why don’t we check the ti we placed our orders and see who ordered first?" Feng Piaopiao stood with her hands on her hips, not willing to back down, "We were already halfway through our al when you ca in, I’ve been waiting a long ti for this dessert, why should it be served to you first?"

Jian Si quietly tugged at her, not wanting to argue over a dessert and draw attention, as many custors were already watching them.

"Forget it, Bingbing, the plate has been touched by dirty hands, I’ve lost my appetite now, let’s go," Helan Ying said, without even giving them a glance, turning around to leave.

"Who are you calling dirty hands?" The two words Feng Piaopiao detested the most were "Miss" and "dirty," and upon hearing this, she imdiately flared up, threw the plate, and lunged at Helan Ying, with Jian Si unable to hold her back.

As a result, Helan Ying’s face was scratched with a shallow cut. She touched her face in disbelief and said in a harsh voice, "Scum, shrew."

The ensuing chaos was intense as Feng Piaopiao grappled with Helan Ying and Gao Ruobing, while Jian Si tried to break up the fight. It’s unclear who pushed her, but Jian Si stumbled forward and fell, accidentally knocking Helan Ying to the ground. Helan Ying’s forehead hit a chair and started to bleed.

"I’m sorry, I’m so sorry." Jian Si imdiately apologized upon seeing blood on Helan Ying’s forehead, regretting that such a trivial matter had escalated so terribly, never intending to harm anyone.

Helan Ying touched her forehead and saw the trace of fresh blood on her hand. Her gaze instantly turned as cold as frost: "Do you know who I am?"

Before long,

"Take these two crazy won away," Helan Ying’s forehead had been given basic treatnt,

"Fine, I won’t stoop to their level, but today you must have them held in detention," Helan Ying had never suffered such an affront before, usually treated with respect and deference by everyone; this was the first ti soone had dared to hit and insult her.

Jian Si saw the station chief treat Helan Ying with such respect and could guess her high status, internally shaking her head at Feng Piaopiao: "When will you ever change your temper?"

Feng Piaopiao snorted, "That Gao Ruobing, I just can’t stand her, and this woman, dressed like a person but with words that could poison soone to death, she and her entire lineage are the dirty ones."

"Enough, talk less," Jian Si said, "do you even know who that is?"
