"What floor is Lu Jinghan’s office on?"
The young receptionist looked at Su Luo with a polite smile on her lips, "Miss, do you have an appointnt with President Lu?"
"No."
"I’m really sorry, but you can’t see President Lu without an appointnt."
Su Luo wasn’t angry. She pulled out her phone from her leather jacket pocket and dialed Lu Jinghan’s number. It rang for quite a while before it was answered.
"Jing Han, I’m in your company’s lobby right now. The little receptionist said I can’t see you without an appointnt. How about I make an appointnt with you now?"
Su Luo leaned against the marble front desk, her clear voice tinged with a hint of feminine charm.
Lu Jinghan flicked the ash from his cigarette into the ashtray with his bony fingers, his brows slightly furrowed, "Co up then."
After hanging up, Feng Yi smirked with schadenfreude, "Doesn’t feel good to be pestered, huh? Do you need to make myself scarce?"
"Sit here quietly, and don’t go anywhere."
Su Luo soon took the elevator up, pushed open the office door, and walked in, her gaze falling on Feng Yi, "Could you step out for a bit? I have sothing to discuss with Jing Han alone."
"Just say whatever you want; Feng Yi and I have work to discuss later."
Lu Jinghan exhaled a puff of smoke, his chiseled face showing no emotion.
Su Luo placed her hands on the desk, her clear eyes fixed on Lu Jinghan, "I’m going to chase after you again, until you agree to be mine."
"I was very clear on the phone last night; I don’t want to say it again."
"That’s fine. You used to turn down like this, and later you still agreed to be my boyfriend."
Feng Yi suddenly wanted to laugh. She chased him for three years and they were together for a week without even holding hands. Can that even be called dating?
Lu Jinghan pinched the bridge of his nose with the hand holding the cigarette, "Don’t waste your efforts; it’s useless."
"You never know until you try if it’s a waste of effort or not."
Su Luo, full of confidence, looked at Lu Jinghan and paused before saying, "I just rescued your wife overseas, and you deleted from WeChat. You’re really sothing. Now hurry up and add back."
Lu Jinghan stubbed out the cigarette butt in the ashtray, "Not a chance. Also, don’t call anymore. Even if you do, I won’t answer."
"You know I always love a challenge. The more you refuse, the more it fuels my determination."
Nearby, Feng Yi couldn’t hold back his laughter any longer, "Su Luo, you should really consider if you actually like Jing Han. I think it’s just possessiveness; what’s unattainable is always stirring."
"Scram, I really like him, no doubt about it."
"If there’s nothing else, please leave. Also, don’t co to my company anymore."
Lu Jinghan lowered his head and began to process the docunts on his desk, completely ignoring Su Luo as if she were invisible.
"Fine, you get busy. I’ll co back to see you tomorrow."
After watching Su Luo leave, Feng Yi slapped the desk and laughed heartily, almost out of breath from laughing.
"She acts like a female bandit. I’m starting to worry for you."
Lu Jinghan reluctantly looked up, "I really need to get her back on track as soon as possible."
"You’re not thinking of calling the chief, are you?"
"What else? You’ve seen her bizarre tactics before. I don’t want Xiao Xi to hear about this and get upset."
