Han Xi expressed her opinion straightforwardly. How could it be that she just glanced a few tis? Her eyes had never left Lu Jinghan since she entered the room.

Liao Tingting curled her red lips into a slight smile and raised her eyebrows, "It seems Miss Han really loves Mr. Lu."

Whether she was being too sensitive or not, Han Xi kept feeling that this Liao Tingting ca here specifically for Lu Jinghan.

"Miss Liao, it’s better if you call Mrs. Lu."

Lu Jinghan watched his little wife overturn the vinegar pot, and the smile at the corner of his mouth deepened.

"Alright, then I’ll call you Mrs. Lu."

Liao Tingting maintained a breezy smile, but a barely discernible flicker of ruthlessness flashed in her eyes.

Sitting across from them, Liao Tingxiao leaned forward to place peeled crab at onto Han Xi’s plate, "The crab at here is delicious, you should try it."

"Thank you, Mr. Liao, but my stomach hasn’t been well recently, so I can’t eat such cold-natured food like crab at."

"I thought you’d like it. But no worries, your health is more important." Liao Tingxiao withdrew his hand, saying with a slight smile.

Han Xi wasn’t having stomach issues; she just didn’t want to eat crab at peeled by any man other than Lu Jinghan.

After the al, Lu Jinghan picked up the coat on the sofa and helped Han Xi put it on, smilingly looking at Liao Tingxiao, "Thank you for the hospitality today, Mr. Liao."

"Not at all. I should be the one thanking Han Xi."

Han Xi finished putting on her coat and nodded towards Liao Tingxiao, "Mr. Liao, we’ll be leaving now."

"Sure, let’s et up again soti."

The four of them walked out of the club together. Only after watching Lu Jinghan’s car leave did Liao Tingxiao drive away.

Han Xi sat leaning against the passenger seat, watching the rapidly retreating street scenery outside the car window, and spoke gloomily, "Lu Jinghan, that Liao Tingting seems to like you a lot."

"Hmm, are you getting jealous?"

"No."

"Why does Mrs. Lu always say things that contradict her feelings?"

Han Xi rested her elbow on the car window, pouting and ignoring Lu Jinghan.

Lu Jinghan lightly smiled, pulled the car to a stop by the roadside, unclasped his seatbelt, and leaned over to Han Xi, turning her little face that was facing away from him with his broad palm.

"Earlier, Liao Tingxiao personally peeled crab at for you. Wasn’t his intention towards you more obvious?"

"I didn’t eat it."

"And I didn’t even glance at Liao Tingting, so why are you upset?"

Lu Jinghan’s attractive fingertip gently stroked Han Xi’s cheek, and his eyes, deep as whirlpools, were filled with affection.

"I just don’t want other won staring at you like that."

Suddenly, Han Xi felt she was being so dramatic. It clearly wasn’t Lu Jinghan’s fault, so why was she still giving him the cold shoulder?

Lu Jinghan gripped the back of Han Xi’s head, his lips curved into a shallow smile, and he kissed her hard on the lips, as if there were nectar and honey to be greedily drawn.

The surrounding air suddenly beca thin, and in the quiet car, the sound of their kissing could be heard.

Lu Jinghan’s palm slowly slid along Han Xi’s waist, slowly exploring inside.....

Startled, Han Xi exclaid, "Not here..... Jing..... mmm."

Han Xi’s unfinished words fell completely into Lu Jinghan’s stormy kisses, with the last bit of reason in her mind about to be swallowed up.

Just as they were about to lose control, the phone in Han Xi’s bag rang.

"Jinghan... don’t... there’s a call, let answer it."

Han Xi, breathing unevenly, pushed Lu Jinghan away, her face already flushed due to lack of oxygen.
