Fu Bin helped Chu Ci find a seat and thoughtfully assisted her with taking off her coat.

With so many people in the room, Chu Ci had to play along, putting on a smiling face as if they were a loving couple.

"Mr. Fu, you’re accompanying your wife to class as well."

The gentleman sitting in the front row was Fu Bin’s business partner, Zhang Chao; the two often dined together.

Upon hearing the voice, Fu Bin lifted his head: "Yes, my wife has just beco pregnant recently, and I don’t feel at ease letting her co alone."

"So Miss Chu is really your wife, congratulations! How about we have a al together after class?"

Chu Ci lifted her head with an official-looking smile: "I’m very sorry, but I have plans with a friend after class."

"No problem, no problem, we’ll arrange another day; we’ll be seeing each other every day anyway."

Once the teacher ca in, they stopped chatting; today’s class was mainly pregnancy yoga.

Having practiced yoga before, Chu Ci perford the motions quite adeptly, but occasionally, the movents that involved touching Fu Bin made her feel a bit uncomfortable.

After class, Fu Bin handed a towel to Chu Ci: "Here, wipe off the sweat."

Chu Ci took the towel and wiped the sweat off her neck: "You should return to the company first, I can drive ho by myself."

"I’m not going back to the company, I’ll accompany you straight ho."

Fu Bin unscrewed the lid of the thermos and handed the water to Chu Ci: "Drink so water, you’ve sweat a lot."

Zhang Chao, nearby, chuckled: "I didn’t expect Mr. Fu to be so considerate to Mrs. Fu, really enviable."

"Taking care of your own wife is always worth it."

Chu Ci was nearly at her limit of pretending; she put down the water bottle and picked up her coat, nodding to Zhang Chao: "We’ll be leaving now."

"See you tomorrow, Mrs. Fu."

After leaving the training class, Chu Ci frowned at Fu Bin: "It’s just an act, don’t get too into character, it’s not like you’re going for an Oscar."

"This is just being myself; as the mother of my child, I should naturally take good care of you."

"Thank you for your kindness, I can take care of myself. You don’t need to accompany tomorrow."

"Depends on my mood."

Fu Bin’s handso brows exuded laziness, with a faint smile playing on his thin lips.

Chu Ci let out a long breath, the wisps of hair on her forehead slightly swaying: "Pregnant won shouldn’t get angry. Can you stop hovering around , it’s affecting my mood."

"Even though you don’t want to see , my daughter is dying to et her real dad, so you’ll have to adjust your attitude and not harbor such hostility towards ."

Fu Bin looked at Chu Ci with one hand in his pocket, his smile deepening.

"You’re crazy, which ear of yours heard my child say she wants to see you? And how do you know it’s a daughter?"

"It’s a father-daughter telepathy."

Chu Ci didn’t want to argue with him any longer and walked straight out of the doorway.

"Get in my car. I’ll have my assistant drive yours back."

Fu Bin unexpectedly took Chu Ci’s car keys from her hand and then opened the passenger door of his car, signaling her to get in.

Looking at the people coming and going, Chu Ci could only pretend with a smile and get in the car.

Once ho, Chu Ci went to the bedroom to take a hot shower; she was sticky all over from the sweat.

After showering, Chu Ci took a set of ho clothes from the wardrobe and changed before heading downstairs, only to see Qin Mi changing shoes in the foyer.
