After speaking, she turned around and went upstairs.
Shi Yu originally intended to chase after her, but Fu Bin blocked him forcefully: "Can’t you understand human language, or are you asking for a beating? Get lost quickly."

Fu Bin flicked cigarette ash to the ground and spoke calmly: "How much is the penalty?"
"Twenty million."
"Send the account info to my phone later, I’ll arrange for soone to transfer the money. Also, don’t take any work or social engagents for Chu Ci during her pregnancy."
Su Yan blinked in disbelief and nodded repeatedly: "Okay, I understand."
Only after Fu Bin left did Su Yan slowly co to realize, suddenly feeling like Chu Ci was about to marry into wealth.
Su Yan entered the villa, changed her shoes at the entrance, and looked up to ask Aunt Li: "Hasn’t Chu Ci gotten up yet?"
"Miss Chu is already up; she’s in her bedroom."
Su Yan nodded and headed upstairs.
She opened the bedroom door, and Chu Ci was sitting on the sofa reading a book about maternal and infant care.
"Oh my gosh, your pregnancy news is almost everywhere on the entertainnt pages! How can you have the leisure to read here?"
Chu Ci closed the book in her hand, with a slight smile on her lips: "Have you helped postpone all my work?"
"Yes, everything is postponed, but the movie we signed with Director Yan is about to start shooting. You saying you won’t join has Director Yan almost in the hospital with anger; he’s asking us for twenty million in damages."
Chu Ci raised her arm and casually tied her hair up: "Transfer the money to Director Yan and help apologize, as we breached the contract first."
"Well... I t Mr. Fu at the door earlier; he said he’d transfer the money to Director Yan."
Chu Ci frowned and looked at Su Yan: "Don’t discuss my matters with him in the future, and I’ll pay that penalty myself."
Su Yan felt her heart ache, as if bleeding profusely. Although Chu Ci is wealthy, there’s no need to scramble to pay the penalty, especially such a large amount.
