As Li Chenghao spoke, his gaze flicked imperceptibly to the outside, seeing that all his n had been subdued by Lu Jinghan’s subordinates.

As the sound of the dropping dagger rang out, Lu Jinghan pulled Han Xi into his embrace, finally releasing the tightly wound tension in his heart.
Han Xi wrapped her arms tightly around Lu Jinghan, the torrents of her tears soaking through his black shirt.

Lu Jinghan cupped Han Xi’s tear-streaked face, filled with heartache.

Han Xi’s throat was tight, her reddened eyes filled with bitter grief.
Lu Jinghan embraced Han Xi, his gun steady in his right hand as he aid it squarely at Li Chenghao’s temple, his finger slowly squeezing the trigger.
"Jing Han, he didn’t do anything to , nothing happened."
Han Xi’s small hand covered Lu Jinghan’s hand on the gun: "I don’t want you to kill."
Lu Jinghan’s gaze darkened as he looked at Li Chenghao pressed to the ground by Feng Yi. After a few minutes of hesitation, he finally put away the gun.
"I’ll leave him to you guys to handle."
"Alright, quickly take Little Sister-in-law back ho."
Fu Bin patted Lu Jinghan on the shoulder, giving him a look that promised he would deal with this thoroughly.
Lu Jinghan entwined his fingers tightly with Han Xi’s, leaving the chapel together.
"Lu Jinghan, if you have the guts, just kill . Otherwise, I will always be your nesis."
Feng Yi harshly kicked Li Chenghao in the stomach: "Do you really dare to be so arrogant? Do you believe I’ll cripple you right now?"

Han Xi’s small hand clutched tightly at his shirt collar, murmuring now and then, "Jing Han..."
