"Bleeggh..." Neraxis vomited his guts out, trying to keep himself together as he turned to the girls. "How the fuck are you all okay?"
"We were in the city while you were down there," Elena replied with a shrug. "Most people can't even survive the traversal if they're not in the city, but you're a bit more special than that, I guess."
"You don't say..." Neraxis replied, feeling like sothing was about to co out again.
However, before it could, he suddenly fell to the ground as the city seemingly ca to a stop.
I don't like this city... Neraxis slowly stood up and glanced off into the horizon.
To his surprise, they were above a major city, and he noticed they were beginning to descend into so sort of crater.
"Is this like a pitstop?" Neraxis asked in wonder.
"Sothing like that... though it's a bit unusual," Elena comnted. "The floating city has locations where it heads to every single ti. This city created a spot specifically for the floating city to nest... but aside from that, in 12 hours, it's going to depart to another location."
"Fair enough..." Neraxis nodded as he watched the city descend. Then, with a loud creaking sound, the floating city finally stopped.
"Okay, who wants to go shopping?" Elena asked with excitent; however, no one spoke up.
"Huh? Really? Not even you, Amara? Eris...?"
"Where's the obelisk?" Amara cut straight to the point. "We need to get out of here."
"Obelisk... obelisk... oh, that!" Elena muttered before nodding. "It should be in the wilderness sowhere. No one knows the location since it moves constantly."
Bruh... Neraxis sighed. "Any way to pinpoint its location?"
"Not unless you have one of those magical compasses. But even then, buying one would cost you more than what you have," Elena replied with a shrug. "But you can just adventure here for a bit and get out eventually."
"No can do, stupid elf," Eris chid in. "We need out and fast. What's the best way to get out?"
"Well, that's..."
Elena's words were suddenly dulled out by one thing in particular.
Neraxis had been glancing around through the crowd of people who seed unfazed by another city that had arrived.
And yet, he spotted one individual in particular who made him alert. Valthor, one of the leaders of Eternal Night.
Well shit... it looks like they're here. Probably the Eternal Sin too, Neraxis thought, watching as Valthor's figure began walking further and further away from him.
However, Neraxis didn't hesitate to swiftly run after him.
Amara and the rest of the girls imdiately noticed this; however, none of them followed. After all, they had no clue where he was going.
But Neraxis was a bit disappointed in Amara. She wanted to deal with the Eternal Sin, but she couldn't even recognize Valthor when he was mixed among the crowd.
If that was the Eternal Sin himself, then we'd have been fucked, Neraxis thought, frowning.
He turned the corner, then another, until finally, he was only a couple dozen ters away from Valthor.
Even if this wasn't the Valthor from his world, killing him would still bring Neraxis so satisfaction.
Therefore, he unsheathed his sword and began taking rhythmic, yet silent, steps toward Valthor, mixing in with the crowd.
Neraxis didn't make a single sound as he approached, and then, just as he was about to stab his sword through Valthor's chest, he felt a kick to his side.
His eyes widened as he flew toward a nearby wall, practically splattering on it.

"Ugh..." Neraxis groaned, looking up just to see three ard guards staring at him with hardened gazes.
They didn't speak. However, when Neraxis glanced to the side, he finally realized what had happened.
There were several more people who had co from his world, and a few of them had tried killing soone.
Yet, just as their weapons reached the throats of the individuals, they were sent flying back by the sa three guards that stood in front of Neraxis.
Is this so sort of ga-like safe haven shit? Neraxis wondered, turning to the side.
The mont he did, he realized Valthor had been staring at him with a wide, nacing grin. Yet, before Neraxis could stand up and run after him, the guards grabbed him by the collar, and then...
