"You’ll underestimate ? Perfect. After all, there’s no greater complint than the indifference of a fool," the boy affird as he adjusted his glasses.
The ogre lord emitted an imposing scream from one of its heads, while the smaller head began conjuring spells in whispers.
The green giant raised its mace as the tattoos on its arm glowed silver.
When the mace descended, it did so with much more force than anyone would have expected.
Aku didn’t have ti to escape, and that mace hit him directly.
Or at least that’s what Gerald saw.
"Pfft, HAHAHAHA! Really? After acting so arrogant, you couldn’t block even one attack? How pathetic," Gerald mocked.
However, the truth was different. Aku had crouched while his spear, which was stuck in the ground beside him, served as protection.
Without saying anything, the boy waited for Slaignir to erge from his shadow, then left mounted on it.
"[Auraelnur]," the demon king indicated as purple sparks erging from his hand materialized a bow in his hand.
That bow resembled a harp due to the number of strings it had.
This bow had been created from the remains of a fallen star that had been corrupted.
Depending on how and where you touched the string, a different effect could appear.
Aku tensed two middle strings, gripping them slightly in the middle.
The bow, dark with silver strings, lit up a vivid yellow as two lightning arrows materialized on the bow.
Upon releasing them, the arrows shot toward the arc.
"᚛ ᚓᚄᚉᚒᚇᚑ ᚇᚓ ᚁᚔᚓᚂ ᚉᚑᚅᚈᚏᚐ ᚓᚂ ᚏᚐᚔᚑ ᚜" the ogre’s small head whispered quickly. As it did, the tattoos all over the ogre’s body glowed bronze.
The arrows hit the ogre, exploding in bursts of electricity, however, the ogre didn’t receive a scratch from the attack.
"See? While one handles attacking, the other uses magic either to enhance or protect. Together they’re unstoppable," Gerald affird with pride.
Aku didn’t respond as he ran in circles around the ogre mounted on Slaignir.
The demon king didn’t understand why Gerald revealed what his summon did, but he wasn’t going to waste that information, so he began thinking of a plan.
Again, Aku tensed his bow and aid at the ogre. This ti he shot 5 water arrows.
"᚛ ᚓᚄᚉᚒᚇᚑ ᚇᚓ ᚁᚔᚓᚂ ᚉᚑᚅᚈᚏᚐ ᚐᚐᚐᚌᚒᚐ ᚜"
The ogre had acted quickly, and with the sa bronze color as before, the damage from the arrows was erased.
"Hey, I already told you that’s useless. Are you stupid or what?" Gerald complained as he also began moving his staff, preparing sothing.
While that was happening, with a sudden movent, the ogre threw a blow with its mace at Aku.
Slaignir dodged it with a jump, but was t by an attack with the ogre’s chain, who attacked them using its other arm.
Aku acted quickly, firing six air arrows that released sonic explosions upon contact with the chain, deflecting it by a hair and saving himself from the blow.
"᚛ ᚚᚐᚅᚈᚐᚅᚑ ᚃᚔᚄᚉᚑᚄᚑ ᚜" the ogre then said in whispers.
The ground where Slaignir was going to land turned to mud, causing it to sink instantly.
"Ha! And if you don’t attack, you’ll give [Ogre Lord] ti to attack! It’s the perfect strategy!" the hero acclaid with a smile as he continued moving his staff.
Aku didn’t hesitate, aiming the bow with different finger positions.
The first arrow flew out, made of solid darkness.
It was easily blocked with a swing of the ogre’s mace, however, in doing so, a thick fog spread throughout the place.
Soon everyone’s visibility was compromised, but Aku acted quickly, firing three light arrows at the ogre.
However, the light was visible in the darkness, allowing the ogre to counterattack.
"᚛ ᚓᚄᚉᚒᚇᚑ ᚇᚓ ᚚᚔᚓᚂ ᚉᚑᚅᚈᚏᚐ ᚂᚐ ᚂᚒᚎ ᚜" it hurried to conjure, as again its tattoos glowed bronze.
The arrows exploded, releasing a blinding light that dispersed the darkness.
Gerald smiled.
"It was a good plan but poor execu—"
But the hero couldn’t finish his sentence. Three more arrows exploded against the ogre.
They were wind arrows, the sa ones Aku had used to deflect the chain.
The troll’s smaller head was hit by three sonic explosions that burst its eardrums and eyeballs, even making so teeth explode.
Another arrow flew toward Gerald. It was fire, but was quickly blocked by the ogre’s arm.
The explosion of flas it released was such that Gerald was hit by the shockwave, staggering and falling from the troll’s shoulder.
"Huaaaaaa! [Hobgoblin Ninja Squadron]!" he hurried to say as he fell.
Quickly, several magic circles glowed, and from them erged several tall goblins dressed as ninjas.
One of them acted quickly, preventing its master from dying from the fall. anwhile, Aku was tensing all the bow’s strings, aiming at the stunned ogre.
It was ti to end the combat.
