With great fury visible on its face, the default Strike ca at Solomon. Solomon knew it was controlled by pure rage. It attacks without calculations which gives him chances.. Though the attacks were brutal and left him gasping for breath, only dodging to avoid being killed, Solomon’s eyes narrowed.
His fingers crossed over the card, adjusting them.
Just as the default gave a strike. With Solomon leaping in the air, his legs bent, avoiding the default’s attacks .
Finally, the cards were thrown with speed at the default’s hands. The cards fanned out racing almost at lightning speed. When the cards finally got close to the default’s hands, bloody sounds resonated across the room.
The cards dug into the thick, woody hands — though they looked like thick wood, they were still flesh. As the cards went into the hand, obvious red fluid rushed out, forcing a scream to erupt from the default imdiately.
Not wasting ti, Solomon gritted his teeth and rushed forward, taking his chance — aiming at the default’s eyes with the cards. In a stabbing motion, Solomon stabbed the default user’s eyes repeatedly. His expression was blank, ssy with no hesitation — he did it fast.
"I’ll take my revenge!!!" roared the default user.
Twitching the corner of his mouth in a small smirk, Solomon mocked, "You can seek your revenge in hell... fatty."
It was the last remark before a rageful roar ca from the monster. After a long ti, and enough red fluid having poured out from the default, its body started dematerializing — beyond imagination.
Solomon took a deep breath once the monster’s body disappeared. His eyes trailed to his bloody hand and bloodied cards. He just flung them instantly across the room.
[30,000$ soul coin credit to host > A-Class default user successfully killed mission > still incomplete mission title: building a business, earn imdiate profit consequences of failure: crippleness mission ti left > 5 hours, one day] I almost forgot about that.
"Brother!" The call distracted Solomon out of his rhythm. Turning his head, he saw his sister, and he rembered that she was still in the room. Hehe, I’m out of energy for any explanation...
"Brother, are you ok?" Yuvia finally reached Solomon, squatting to examine his body like a worried mother. "Yuvia, I’m totally fine. Ok." Solomon forced a smile, darting his eyes away — hopefully Yuvia doesn’t ask questions about what happened just now.
"Brother, what was that thing... And you just killed it... it was a person that transford into that."
Her tone was that of a sense of justice, almost as if she was against Solomon killing the default user. Solomon cracked his head, trying to figure out what to tell Yuvia.
"That thing almost killed you, and I couldn’t let it. And besides Yuvia, I’m pretty good with cards," chuckled Solomon with a joking air around him.
There was no need for any explanation. The system was not revealed. Yuvia had only seen him with cards. Everything was ok... Besides, weird things happen in the D-Class area, so this could be one of them.
"I don’t know what that thing was, Yuvia. Who knows what all these high-class people might be up to."
As Solomon said this, with his tone sounding casual and full of hate for the higher class, Yuvia observed him — and Solomon gulped, almost scared for a mont that Yuvia wasn’t buying what he was saying.
"Brother, you are safe and that’s all that matters... you saved , Solomon. You aren’t a hero. I can’t believe a little brother is protecting her older sister." Yuvia hugged Solomon with cheer, lightening the atmosphere.
An awkward exclamation mark appeared on his head — he hadn’t expected such a reaction. Well, it seems that she has bought what he said... but has she really bought what he said? She was Yuvia, his sister, and she wasn’t dumb. Anyways, she didn’t notice anything about the system... he was safe from her sharp brain and thoughts.
"Solomon, you killed that man... I an that thing. Let’s get out of this place. Another exit — the n of the A-Class man are outside... the casino leader — we wouldn’t want to get on their bad side now!" Yuvia, getting up from the floor, stared at the door as she stated her words. Alarm bells blared in his mind.
Another problem. He almost forgot about it — the casino leader alone is a gangster, Not that he can’t handle a gangster, but he was exhausted. He has the system mission pending — which was more important.
"Solomon, what are we going to do?" Yuvia turned to him, concerned. What
Solomon looked up as he started thinking, but then his eyes followed, staring at the roof intently. Not wasting ti, Solomon rose from the floor.
"We are going through the roof, Yuvia."
"The roof, how?!" Yuvia asked, her expression clueless as to how that was possible.
Solomon lips twitched and said sarcastically, "By digging our heads into it like worms, of course, dumbass." He chuckled at the end of his words.
"I see what you did there, you little brat. I don’t have your ti right now. Leaving here is more important... what are your ideas to get out of this roof, Solomon?"
Solomon’s expression beca serious, looking at the rooftop, then walking in the direction where a card was laying. Picking the card, he stared at it... "With this, we can go across the rooftop." This was the idea that ca to his mind, though an experint needed to be done... he wasn’t so sure if the card was strong enough to cut through the roof.
This roof was literally made of platinum and aluminum all together... "Better try than never."
Solomon’s expression beca sharp before thrusting the card above the rooftop. After a mont, the card flew up to the roof, then stabbed the roof.
"That seems like a useless effort," Solomon said with a displeased smile, his mind still on the roof, calculating how that small, tiny piece of card could cut a hole in the roof big enough.
Voices followed the door approached by banging sounds.
"Brother, they are here!"
