Vacuse didn’t like the sound of what he just heard. He narrowed his eyes. "Captain ra, do you know about the numbers of Accord?"

She nodded with a dark look on her face. "There are seventeen numbers of the Accord. They are the most powerful mbers of the Black Accord. To think one of their mbers would be here!"

Vacuse nodded. "Then we have to get out of here, as it seems things are about to beco really dangerous. Co, Kagerou, I have a task for you. Take my ring, you’ll find so artifacts inside..."

On the other hand, it seed Ragna was waiting for just that, as he shuddered when the eye focused on him and said he should begin. But he also straightened and nodded. He put his hand on the flag and brought it close to his nose.

He inhaled sharply, and the last white in the flag was stripped away. It entered his nose in a stream of energy. Cracking sounds echoed out from him as if his very bones were taking charge and changing.

His flesh also smoothed as if the white energy from the flag was a power that removed all blemishes. His eyes shone hotly like condensed lightning.

He smiled. "Vacuse Vorrakyn, it’s a sha that I wasn’t allowed to kill you. But I can still make you suffer..."

The voice snorted impatiently. "Enough. Give the thing first!"

Ragna shivered, then hurriedly nodded. He raised his hand, where a bolt of light gathered, and then he pressed it on the ground.

Imdiately, savage writing in bold red flickered to life, covering the entire floor and so of the walls. Not only that, throughout the whole Fortress, the red writing appeared. It was the magical defensive formation of the Fortress!

The High Chief and First General noticed imdiately, as they were directly connected to the formation.

The High Chief howled as he dodged a fist strike that stripped the ground of the smooth floor. "What are you doing, Ragna? Stop this madness at once!"

Ragna laughed. "How can I stop my gift and ticket to the Black Accord? With this, I’ll join people that will give protection! This is the only way to take my own life into my hands!"

The High Chief began to fight harder with the construct. It was as if he knew exactly what Ragna was after. Besides, their control over the formation had been ripped away.

anwhile, Vacuse and his team, even those fighting Lyra, had begun retreating. But that was when Ragna looked up and gestured at the formation.

Red, hard light warped around the main building, sealing it off. "Vacuse, Vacuse. Why are you running away? Don’t you want to witness one of my greatest victories? Don’t you want to know what I prepared for the Black Accord?

"Beneath this very building is a part of the flesh of a Titled Monster that was killed a long ti ago! Every major power on the continent, including us, ca together to kill it! A lot of people forged terrifying weapons and artifacts with its remains, but we have always preserved our own.

"We tap it a little for a power source, but we have never really done anything with it. As one of our backup plans, it was kept there to be used in a ti of need! But now, it’s my gift to the Black Accord!"

Vacuse’s eyes glead imdiately, and his eyes turned greedy when he rembered how he had eaten a finger and advanced imdiately.

But then he swallowed and shook his head. "...it’s not the sa! I don’t have the power to summon my real Dragon now..."

As Ragna was speaking, the ground in front of him changed from solid to liquid. The formation writing flickered wildly, and rumbling sounds echoed from the ground.

He began gesturing at the lting pit. The atmosphere in the room turned gloomy and heavy as sothing began to rise from the ground.

It must be the Titled Monster, and it caused an insane amount of pressure to weigh down on everyone and everything. Not only that, a strange energy leaked into the air that suddenly caused intense fear to fill the hearts of everyone regardless of their power stage, even the eye narrowed.

The High Chief grunted as the construct punched him on the side. He gestured impatiently, using a blast of energy to send it reeling back. A look of resolution and acceptance appeared on his face as he shouted, "First General! I now give you the right and authority to use THAT thing! You can use that artifact now!"

Imdiately, a cracking sound shattered the air from outside, followed by a shockwave that blasted most of the remaining roof away.

Just like when the eye of the Black Accord appeared, sothing extraordinary was suddenly felt outside, so powerful it grabbed the attention of everyone and everything.

The eye flickered, and then a cold chuckle followed. "So the Orcs have sothing like that? Impressive! Ragna, it seems you won’t be joining the Accord after all!"

Before Ragna could even reply, the roof was slapped away. Red light poured into the hall as sothing impossibly tall appeared above, looming against the building.

It was a giant version of the First General, made of red light. Vacuse looked at it but had to look away as his eyes began hurting with the amount of power contained within the projection.

"Enough!" The projection looked down at the constructs still fighting, opened its mouth, and two beams shot down with destructive red lightning that warped around them.

Vacuse felt a chill as he saw that the red lightning was draining away the energy from the construct and adding it to the First General’s projection.

Then the First General focused on Ragna. His giant hand ca down on the eye and popped it as if it was nothing. "Don’t interfere in Orc’s business!"

By this ti, the power contained within the flag had failed, and Ragna looked as if he didn’t know how everything had turned out so wrong.
