As if her earlier thoughts brought Celine’s body the motivation it needed, she finished eating and was about to start cleaning before she addressed Kael and Lune.

“Have you had your fill, little ones?” she asked them.

“Mhm,” Lune nodded, “once again, very tasty!”

“Thank your brother for that, I barely helped,” Celine explained, offering her a smile.

“I thank the Vita and you, sister, for the al,” Kael said, stuffed and pleased.

“Nonsense, I am just happy you enjoyed it,” she replied, “now I think it is ti for a bath.”

“Oh, how I’ve waited for those words the entire day,” Kael stretched as he replied.

“Lune, if you wish, you can bathe with us if you do not like the idea of bathing with Kael. And Kael can jump really quickly with Blanc while he is still there,” said Celine.

“Us?” asked Lune, confused, “Who is us?”

“Miyanna and I,” replied Celine, “We can’t let her be dirty, now can we?”

“No, we cannot,” nodded Lune.

“Wait, hold o-” started Miyanna, wanting to complain, but Celine continued as if not hearing her.

“Good girl. Now, how is it?”

“I will go with Kael once Blanc cos out. We’ve bathed together for most of our lives,” Lune said, unbothered.

“Kael, is it fine with you?” Celine asked.

Kael shrugged his shoulders, going towards their room, “We are twins. We do almost everything together, so of course I do not mind. Co, Lune, let’s grab so clothes.”

And with those words, they were off.

Leaving only Celine and Miyanna at the table, now full of empty bowls, and a table to be cleaned out.

“What is this about us two taking a bath together?” Miyanna asked.

“Could you help clean this table? Seems like a lot of work to be done alone,” said Celine, ignoring her question.

“Wait a fucking mont, I ain’t doing anything until you answer,” Miyanna hissed at her.

Celine sighed, matching her stare, “Is it such a rude thing to ask a fellow woman to enjoy a bath together in commoner society?”

“What? No. It is no-... You are playing with my mind, Blondie. I asked a question. You cannot answer with another question,” explained Miyanna, offended by Celine’s attitude.

“Blondie?” muttered Celine, taken aback by the nickna, “Rude of you to call by the color of my hair, but savages are savages until the end.”

“I will savagely beat your pretty face,” Miyanna replied.

“Should I take that as a ‘Yes’ to my invitation?” Celine asked.

“What the… fine. Yes, yes, I’ll co take a bath with you,” said Miyanna, giving up.

A defeat for Miyanna. As Celine’s wits and silver tongue won this conversation of theirs. Even though Miyanna did not know what this defeat was for, or why it angered her so deeply.

“What is this about a bath?” asked a voice climbing the steps, “The water is perfect. I almost fell asleep.”

Out of the door of the kitchen ca Blanc, a sight that truly showed the Noble Blood in him. He stepped with grace, even barefoot, on the rock of the cave.

He was wearing a white linen tunic that covered his upper body perfectly. The issue was that he had nothing to dry his skin with before putting it on, so the water made the tunic take the shape of his chest here and there.

Quite the look that made the two won staring at him not even notice the Mark that was visible on his forearm.

His undergarnts he used as pants during the night, were of gray painted wool, woven to the utmost perfection, making it seem as if it were cotton.

The issue… was the sa as before. Not dry enough.

Yes.

That went half as well as one would expect.

But by might alone, to be able to not react in any way, shape, or form, the two won kept silent about that part.

Celine, with a smile that almost questioned all her thoughts from before, spoke, “Y-yes, we were speaking about how Miyanna and I should bathe together.”

“You two? Together?” asked Blanc, shocked, “Why?”

“Why not?” shrugged Celine.

“Are you offended by bathing with your wife?” asked Miyanna, a smug, victorious look on her face. Despite the earlier defeat.

“If I were offended by that, or by you, perhaps your leg would have been in the stew, next to the rabbit. So no, Miyanna. I am not offended,” said Blanc, copying the smug look from Miyanna, as her own dissipated, replaced by pure shock.

Unable to say another word, Blanc turned to Celine, “Are you certain it is a wise idea?”

“Yes, I feel it is,” nodded Celine, “Either way, we go after Kael and Lune, so there is still plenty of ti to think it through.”

‘I see, well, if you have thought it through, then I won’t question it. I just made sure,” Blanc replied, turning towards their room. “Before we rest for the night, I will go get sothing warm on and do a quick check around the cave.”

With a nod from Celine, he got ready, and after receiving a kiss from her and a sweet ‘take care’, with the bow and a few arrows in his hands, he went out, leaving the two won, once again, alone.

But certainly with more on their minds. Both, though, had different thoughts altogether because of what they saw earlier.

But they both excused themselves and returned to their rooms to get ready, just in ti for Kael and Lune to head to the bath.

Their bath took less than twenty minutes, as, after Blanc returned from the outside, the uncomfortable silence from the pool made him check it out, only to find both twins asleep.

Laughing, he woke them up and sent them back to their room to sleep.

Before heading into his and Celine’s room.

“I’m back, love. You can go bathe now. I’ve sent Lune and Kael to their room,” said Blanc as Celine was looking through her things.

“How was everything outside?” asked Celine.

Blanc watched her for a mont, not sure why he had been ignored earlier, but still replied, “Ah, it was fine. Nothing to worry about, besides Miyanna.”

“Nothing to worry about there, she will not leave anywhere. You’ve heard her,” said Celine.

“If I were to believe everything I’ve heard from the mouths of the commoners, then the High-Monarch had wings and could transform into a giant,” chuckled Blanc, lying on the bed, and letting himself fall into the comfort of it.

“True enough, but she will not. Either way, I’m going now,” said Celine, getting to her feet, but not before she turned around and placed one of her feet on Blanc’s chest.

“Oh my, and here I thought you were angry,” smiled Blanc.

“Don’t you dare fall asleep,” began Celine, pressing her foot harder on his ribs, “We have things to talk about and do. And I did not get the chance to see the newest Mark of yours.”

“I am also curious what a Mark, especially one from a rabbit, on one’s cock, would make do,” laughed Blanc.

“Language, you savage thing,” muttered Celine, pressing her foot as hard as she could on his chest.

“Should I say the sa things to you later? Your silver tongue loosens quite a bit during the night, did you know that?” asked Blanc, a smug look on his face as he struggled to breathe.

“Bastard,” muttered Celine, preparing herself to break so ribs, her cheeks a deep crimson from embarrassnt.

“Do not delay it, then. Go bathe. I will wait. Awake. I promise,” said Blanc, smiling.

“You better be,” replied Celine, turning around and leaving the room towards Miyanna’s.
