“tamorphs?” Blanc muttered, trying to rember if he had ever read about such people.

But after a few monts, he turned towards his first wife, “Celine, my love, do you know anything about them?”

Celine shook her head, “They are most fascinating, but no, I do not.”

“Either way,” said Blanc, turning back towards the two won on his right, “Since you do not wish to tell who you three are, I assu we can end our talks here.”

“What are you doing?” asked the tailed woman on the right.

As she asked that question, Blanc moved his hand towards Lune, “Can I borrow that, Little Flower?”

With a nod from Lune, she gave her chakram to him.

Blanc offered her a grateful smile as he took it in his hand and placed it on top of the man’s neck.

“Don’t!” yelled the sa woman, while the other stood silent, watching coldly.

“Oh, why not? You have called us enemies. And I do not really show rcy to my enemies,” Blanc sighed, placing the weapon down on the man’s chest, ready to sever his neck at a mont’s notice.

Still, he didn’t, as he spoke again, “Or, you can tell us why we have been labeled as enemies even though we do not know or have issues against one another.”

“Escaping like a coward… You are an enemy,” the man muttered through his wounds.

“Ladies,” said Blanc, turning towards the two, “It seems this fool does not listen to my words, so I suggest you tell him yourself to calm down, or I will make sure he will stay silent forever.”

“Heru, you got yourself in this when it was not your business to do so. You received your orders, yet you chose not to listen to them. Now shut up and let us handle this,” said the woman on the left.

This made the man go silent, ceasing whatever he had planned to say next.

“Good boy,” smiled Blanc as he slapped him lightly.

“Please, don’t agitate him further,” said the white-eyed woman on the left.

“Yes, yes,” Blanc sighed, “Now, can we receive a proper answer?”

“We are the ones attacking the village behind you, as well as many others, and since you are fleeing, it’s safe to assu you are fleeing one of those battles, which makes you an enemy of ours,” the white-eyed woman explained.

Blanc sighed, hearing her, “We are not from this Domain, though. And since when are children and civilians enemies of an unknown army?”

“What do you an?” asked the tailed woman, “How does carrying weapons make you a civilian?”

This story has been taken without authorization. Report any sightings.

Blanc was getting tired already of it all and wished for all of this to be over, one way or another.

Should I just let the bastard go and be on our way? Blanc asked himself.

He also wondered if it ca to a fight, if they could win against the two won.

And against the tailed woman, they could, but that white-eye woman had a pressure on her that was uncomfortable enough to make Blanc doubt his own might.

Which made him click his tongue out of frustration at his own lack of power.

“Hubby?” Miyanna asked, seeing his frustration.

“Nothing to worry about, my love,” he said to her as he got lost in thought once more while the two won waited for an answer.

He was not in the right state of mind, especially since he was still high on the adrenaline of the earlier battle, for him to speak properly and pull all the information they needed, and clear the situation.

Luckily, behind him stood the perfect person.

However, he would have to involve both to be fair to them.

So, he turned to the won once more.

“I will let my wives decide what follows. Talk to them and if they deem it necessary, none would leave this place today,” Blanc said, before turning to Celine and Miyanna, “Could I ask that of you two?”

“Of course you can, my love,” Celine smiled as she offered him a proud nod before putting her sword in its sheath and turning towards the two.

Miyanna sheathed the sword she received from Blanc, but could not help but ask, “Are you sure I can help?”

“If you two cannot, then I have no chance,” Blanc replied.

“Co, sister,” Celine said to Miyanna, stopping a few feet away.

“O-okay,” Miyanna nodded, heading towards her, leaving Blanc, Kael, and Lune with the man.

Though the won began talking not far away from them, it was difficult for most to hear their conversation.

And even though Blanc did not have an issue, he decided not to listen to it but instead to trust his wives as he turned and watched the man.

“You look better with all these wounds on your face, Heru. It gives you a manly charm,” Blanc grinned.

“Fuck off,” Heru managed to mutter.

This made Blanc chuckle as he turned towards his younger brother and sister, “Kael, put down your weapon. Little Flower, could you bring my knife and sword to , then I can give this back to you.”

With a nod from Lune, she went off to grab everything her brother instructed, while Kael put the arrow back in its quiver and placed the bow back on his back.

“I miss the silence,” Kael muttered while doing so.

A smirk left Blanc’s lips, not one that made fun of his words, but one that could not agree more. “So do I, Little Kael.”

Though he got married, though he was stronger, though he knew what they needed to do for now, all this ca at a price that was heavy enough that he alone could not bear.

And while grateful he had soone to share this burden with, he felt guilty that so of those burdens were shared with his younger siblings.

Luckily, they did not have to share his nightmares or the choices he had to make when he decided to put to death an innocent old woman.

And although he would do all that again if it ensured the sa result, he could feel the weight he felt days ago, which he tried to let go of, slowly returning.

The distractions he used were slowly fading away.

And the stress of it all was returning in its place.

“Here you go, Brother,” said Lune, bringing everything, including Blanc’s bow.

“Thank you, Little Flower, now go, you two, rest and eat sothing until all this is solved,” said Blanc to the twins.

“Will it take long?” Lune asked, turning slightly towards the four won.

“Hopefully not,” Blanc said, matching her sight.
