369 Alone (Part 3)
Fang Tianliu was speechless.
Subconsciously, he still felt that she was still that sharp-tongued girl he used to know. In the past, Li Xiangjun had never shown any weakness in front of him.
“You…”
“You can leave.” Li Xiangjun stayed hidden in the blanket. “I need to get up and wash up now. It’ll be troubleso if you stay here.”

Fang Tianliu looked around and sat down on a chair not far away. “Go wash up in the next room. I’ll sit here for a while. Don’t worry Miss Li, I am not a beast. I won’t touch a pregnant woman like you.”
“Do you really have to talk to
like this?”
Li Xiangjun turned over and sat up. She took her jacket from the shelf beside her and put it on. She raised her head and looked at Fang Tianliu. “Can you co over and help ?”
Fang Tianliu kept looking out the door, but his gaze never left Li Xiangjun.
“With?” Fang Tianliu pointed at himself with a confused look. “What can I help you with?”
She didn’t look like she was unwell.
“I accidentally tied a dead knot on the belt buckle of my skirt. Can you co over and help
untie it? You know what? Forget it.” Li Xiangjun saw that he did not move and her voice was obviously dejected. “If you don’t want to help, can you go outside and call Madam Qin to help ?”
“Didn’t you hear? Madam Qin and the others left for Huai County this morning.” Fang Tianliu stood up as he spoke. “Other than you and , there’s only Doctor Sun left in the house.”
“I didn’t know that…” Li Xiangjun’s tone was a little anxious. “I can’t… When did they… Who will-”
“I’ll do it.”
Fang Tianliu had already walked up to her.
Li Xiangjun’s clothes were half open, and Fang Tianliu could see her fine cotton inner clothes.
Her bulging stomach moved. Fang Tianliu subconsciously took a step back, his eyes filled with shock.
“Don’t be afraid.”
Li Xiangjun wanted to laugh, but she was afraid that he would get angry and so she tried her best to hold it in. “The child kicked my stomach just now.”
“He kicked you?” Fang Tianliu quickly looked up at Li Xiangjun and then lowered his head to look at her stomach. His fingers nervously raised and retracted. “Doesn’t it hurt?”
“It doesn’t hurt. I actually like it when he moves around. That way I won’t have to worry about him.”
Li Xiangjun’s voice was gentle. As she spoke, she placed her hand on her stomach. “Do you want to feel it?”
Fang Tianliu hesitated. “Can I?”
Li Xiangjun grabbed his hand and placed it on her belly. She moved his hand around her belly and changed a few places. “Maybe he’s tired from playing. He doesn’t want to move now.”
She lowered her eyes with a gentle gaze.
Fang Tianliu looked at her face in a daze, his eyes not moving for a long ti.
“You can co back in the afternoon. He’ll move more when it’s…”
Li Xiangjun looked up and was caught off guard by Fang Tianliu’s gaze.
“Your hands are too cold. If you leave clothes like this, you’ll catch a cold.” Fang Tianliu tried to cover up by pulling his jacket tightly, but his hands were very careful as he helped her to buckle up.
“Is your dress tied in a dead knot?”
Fang Tianliu avoided her gaze and lifted the hem of Li Xiangjun’s jacket to find the dead knot to untie it.
His heart was beating extrely fast, flustered and chaotic, and his hands were shaking. He could not untie the dead knot for the longest ti.
“Do you have a knife in the room? Why don’t we just cut it off and replace it with a new one?”
Li Xiangjun shook her head slightly. “No… Every dress was tailor made.”
Fang Tianliu knelt on the ground with one knee.
“What are you…”
“If I don’t do this, how else will I be able to take it off?” Fang Tianliu interrupted her and stared at the dead knot. His hands worked hard for a long ti. “Alright, it’s open now.”
He quickly let go, as if to avoid suspicion.
“Help
tie it again. I’m pregnant, so it’s not easy for
to use my hands. Otherwise, I’ll have to trouble you again if there’s another dead knot.”
Her eyes were huge, and after she lost weight, her eyes seed even bigger on her thin face.
Fang Tianliu swiftly helped her to get ready, then stood up and quickly retreated far away. “Ho and wash up.”
Li Xiangjun went to the cubicle and looked at the bronze mirror hanging on the wall. A smile slowly appeared on her face. Then, she lowered her head and washed up seriously, hiding the slyness in her eyes.
She just wanted to find out what Fang Tianliu was thinking.
If he really had no feelings for her, then she would not let him raise this child.
Fang Tianliu sat on the chair and looked into the room from ti to ti.
Did it take that long to wash up in the morning?
Did sothing happen…
Fang Tianliu got up and kicked the chair with the tip of his foot.
“Ah-!”
“What’s wrong?”
Fang Tianliu quickly rushed into the room and carefully examined her. “What happened?”
“I just slipped and was a little scared.”
“You’re pregnant, so you can’t be as reckless as before. You must be careful.”
Fang Tianliu looked at the water under Li Xiangjun’s feet and stretched out an arm, pretending to be cold. “Hold on, I’ll bring you out.”

The mont he finished speaking, he saw Li Xiangjun’s expression. All he saw was helplessness. “Why are you doing this? I know that you hate , but I’m not forcing you to be here.”
“You…” Fang Tianliu thought for a long ti and didn’t know how to reply, but looking at her appearance, he could only hold back his harsh words. “How did you beco a soft and weak woman?”
