172 Opening

As he spoke, he glanced at Yue Jiaojiao and remained silent for a mont.

Yue Jiaojiao subconsciously lowered her head to look at the clothes she was wearing. She paused for a mont before continuing, “Zhao Zhan, what are the two rooms next door?”

She had to tell Li Miao when she returned to town about the house. Who knew what people would think if they were to go out and see her in this state?

“The two rooms next door are bedrooms,” Zhao Zhan held Yue Jiaojiao’s hand and walked to the right after they left the room. “The two rooms are the sa size, but there’s no furniture inside yet.”

Compared to her bedroom, these two small bedrooms were much more simple. It was an empty room with simple flooring.

After enjoying the breeze in the courtyard for a while, Yue Jiaojiao touched her face and felt that the heat was no longer there. She went to Li Miao’s courtyard next door to let her know that she was going to return to town with Zhao Zhan.

The shop opened the next day.

Most of the soybeans had been used for planting, and the remaining amount at ho could only last two or three months.

After much thought, Zhao Zhan discarded the tofu bun and switched to another bun with a different filling. The shop made tofu pudding and soy milk.

Yue Jiaojiao saw that he was having a hard ti rolling the noodles. She recalled the techniques of modern ran and told him everything she knew. “I don’t know if it’ll work. Give it a try. If it works, we can sell fine noodles in the future. We can cook it at the back, and it’ll be a unique business. As for the toppings, I think you can make a few that are different from the others.”

Yue Jiaojiao was a little embarrassed when she spoke.

A bowl of sweet and sour noodles would be extrely appetizing.

She only briefly described what was in it to Zhao Zhan, then explained the taste. Zhao Zhan made it a few tis according to what he was told, and the first bowl he succeeded in was made into Yue Jiaojiao’s dinner.

In addition to the sweet and sour noodles, he also prepared plain noodles, braised at noodles, and fried sauce noodles.

The vegetarian noodles were specially added to the nu in consideration of so custors’ preferences.

“Quality is more important than quantity, these would be more than enough.”

Zhao Zhan thought about it and agreed. “This will be enough for Fang Tianliu and Xiangjun to be busy with. Xiangjun said that Xiaoliang’s mother will cook the noodles. Apparently, she is very familiar with the kitchen.”

“Xiangjun can make the call, I believe in her judgnt.”

“I’m only going to sell these things until noon,” Zhao Zhan continued.

“After that, I’ll add a large pot of marinade and replace the buns with mantou. In addition, I’ll add two large servings of stir-fried vegetables.

“Because there are many stalls in the area, many workers in town will go to West Street and buy food at noon. Two stead buns and two vegetarian dishes in our shop will only cost three copper coins, and the braised at will be two copper coins a piece. Two people can buy one piece and share it.”

Wasn’t this the modern version of fast food?

Although the amount of food could not be as much as the entire plate in the inn, most of them would be willing to pay one copper coin more to add to the taste of the food.

Everything was set.

The restaurant was set in stone.

Zhao Zhan got up before daybreak and started to get busy. When it was ti, Fang Tianliu drove the cart to the shop. Because it was the first day, Yue Jiaojiao got up early and followed Zhao Zhan to West Street.

Now, the shop had changed a lot both inside and outside, and it looked clean. Every nook and cranny was pristine.

After a while, a woman walked into the shop and imdiately bowed to the ground. She said with an embarrassed expression, “Thank you for hiring . I heard from my son that your generosity has brought

here.”

Yue Jiaojiao couldn’t stand this and hurriedly walked over to help her up.
