Room 33; this is the last room with 35 portals to be seen in the golden hallway.
This was also the room that Ji Yuan had found himself into.
He was a little startled by his own recklessness because this was unlike his cautious self. But sohow, he knew that the portal that he had picked was the correct one.
This was sothing that he could not explain.
And also, he was also curious to know what happened next; it was because the finale battle between the True Devil God and the Great Beyond Goddess were actually in the last room.
Just as he was walking to the middle of the golden hallway to inspect the do's canvas imagery above, Old Reverend Beiyuan had suddenly burst into the sa golden hallway.
Old Reverend Beiyuan began to curse loudly at Ji Yuan, "My disciple Ji Yuan! You're too reckless! What if you are wrong?"
Ji Yuan muttered weakly almost incoherently, "I'd like to know why I have entered the portal without a thought too…"
His mutterings were soon interrupted by Grand Holy Saintess Qi Yuexing, Yun Chi, Bai Qianfeng, Shui Xisi and the Lovely Empress Lu Jiangsu; they had all entered the sa golden hallway in a brilliant flash of light.
Yun Chi had a look of relief in her golden eyes as she displayed a forceful smile, "I know that this little rascal won't die so easily."
As she said that, she was patting her belly to comfort her daughter; this was a big risk that she was taking in following Ji Yuan.
But sohow, none of the maidens had wanted to wait to see if the portal to Room 33 was safe or not.
And so did Grand Holy Saintess Qi Yuexing.
Grand Holy Saintess Qi Yuexing displayed a mixture of relief and perplexation, "Weird. How did this Ji Yuan manage to decipher the clues so fast?"
Ji Yuan had heard her and he answered weakly, "They are in their finale battle and I have heard them speaking to each other. So, I have concluded that being the only one that survives may be the hint."
Grand Holy Saintess Qi Yuexing and Old Reverend Beiyuan frowned at the sa ti, "You can't hear them talking. It is only a canvas imagery."
They had answered exactly the sa thing.
Shui Xisi offered a suggestion, "Ji Yuan, maybe you're having a delusion earlier. Maybe it is ti for you to take a short break first or this may be bad for you."
Bai Qianfeng was concerned as well, "My lord. You should take a rest first. I can be your pillow if you can't sleep."
Ji Yuan had a sleeping issue and he could not sleep without using Bai Qianfeng as his pillow.
The Lovely Empress nodded, "I can sing you a lullaby to make you sleep faster."
Ji Yuan said bitterly, "I am perfectly alright and I don't need any breaks. Why don't all of you cultivate while I check the do's canvas imagery."
But no one moved and they were all staring at Ji Yuan.

"Why are you all looking at like this?"
Yun Chi smiled, "Maybe you can find the next portal in the next instant so it is better that we don't waste our cultivation strength unnecessary."
The Lovely Empress Lu Jiangsu smiled, "That's right. Why don't you go ahead first while we watch you?"
Old Reverend Beiyuan was stroking his beard and said, "I just don't get it. It seems that my disciple Ji Yuan is seeing things that we don't. Why is that so?"
Shui Xisi offered a helpful suggestion, "Maybe he is really a genius of all the geniuses?"
Old Reverend Beiyuan shifted his golden eyes to stare at her and Shui Xisi quickly backed off behind Bai Qianfeng.
But not before Shui Xisi muttered out a weak protest first, "He looks anie."
Grand Holy Saintess Qi Yuexing said quietly to Ji Yuan, "Why don't you continue? We will just be looking at the canvas imagery too and won't be disturbing you."
Ji Yuan nodded quietly and he saw that in this canvas imagery, there was only the Great Beyond Goddess floating in the heavens.
In the eyes of everyone else, that was what they could only see.
But for Ji Yuan, he was seeing sothing else.
The Great Beyond Goddess was fluttering in the heavens and he could see that she was bitter and was even trembling as she wept, with her tears sparking like the stars as it dropped from the heavens.
Ji Yuan was trembling and his heart felt as though it was bleeding just from looking at her grieving tears.
Sohow, he had wanted to reach out to comfort her but he could not.
The grieving Great Beyond Goddess was still holding the demonic sword of the True Devil God or the Boundless Sovereign Demon God as he was called.
She was trembling and her hot tears were still weeping down from her misty golden eyes...
Ji Yuan felt a heart ache from his heart as he watched her helplessness and it was like he was a non-existent person...
The Great Beyond Goddess scread tearfully, "So this is all your plans? You have planned for to be a True Goddess so that you can borrow my hand to kill you? I don't want your plans. I don't want you to do anything for ..."
Finally, she took a sorrowful look at the demonic sword as she said with dripping hot tears that seed to lt the heavens, "One day, your master will return. Therefore, I shall put you here in this place, in the center of universe. He is the True Devil God and no matter how long that it would take him, he would surely return one day to claim you back."
Then she said slowly and with great sorrow, "I'll promise you to safeguard the Six Divine Realms and be a True Goddess…"
All of a sudden, she had raised both her fingers into a mystic gesture as she cried out to the heavens, "O Great Heavens, I shall give you a portion of my soul. This soul is the emotion aspect of my soul. May the remnant of my soul one day united with the soul of the True Devil God and they may one day enjoy a bliss that we are unable to experience…"
As she said that, the strong winds of the heavens began to lift up her veil.
And for the very first ti, Ji Yuan could see a bigger portion of the face of the Great Beyond Goddess with his sharp eyes.
But he was soon shocked; it was because he had suddenly caught a glimpse of Jiajia from behind the fluttering veil.
Just as he wanted to strain his golden eyes to see if he was mistaken, the fluttering veil had settled and he could no longer catch any glimpse.
He had only less than a blink of an eye to check!
The Great Beyond Goddess muttered sorrowful as she wept aloud, "This may be the end but this is also a new beginning."
Suddenly a dazed Ji Yuan was returned to reality and he was staggering back.
Bai Qianfeng saw him staggering back and she quickly caught hold of him, "My lord, are you alright?"
Yun Chi, the Lovely Empress Lu Jiangsu and Shui Xisi began to follow after her as they grouped around Ji Yuan.
Ji Yuan smiled weakly as he enjoyed the comfort of Bai Qianfeng's embrace, "Qianfeng, I'm alright…"
Then he said to the approaching Grand Holy Saintess Qi Yuexing and Old Reverend Beiyuan, "We should take the 1st portal again. This is the end but it is also a new beginning…"
