Eric was in so much pain. But as soon as he exited the school, his pain subsided leaving behind a numb feeling.

While he was in a daze, his brother dragged him to the hospital and made the doctors do an extensive check again.

Only when the doctors gave him, the okay did Haolei let out a breath of relief.

On the way back Eric silently gazed out the window. In the silence, his mind wandered to what had happened today.

’what am I going to do if the n in black really ca for my life.’

His worried eyes peered at his brother. Poor Haolei’s had deep black circles around his eyes.

Eric’s heart clenched. ’My brother might be in danger too....’

’Should I leave... should I run away from everything...’

Eric closed his eyes tightly.

He could still rember the way the n shot his co-systems down. it was brutal. They all disappeared into nothing in just as a few milliseconds. He did not wish to be like that. he did not wish for his loved ones to see him like that as well.

’I have to think of a way to escape these n... but how...’ he bit his lips anxiously. He couldn’t co up with anything. Sighing, he leaned back, hitting his head on the seat rest. ’Okay let’s think of why this happened. This cyber-attack might not be random. Eric anxiously tapped on his thigh. He closed his eyes and thought about the mont he lost consciousness.

He hurriedly pulled the bag from the back seat and pulled out his physics book. He flipped through.

With trembling hands, Eric took it from him and gulped it down.

On the way, Haolei cast a small smile at him. "Right on your first day, you managed to pull a cute girl your way"

"Oh please. She was sticking to ... and you know . I’m not interested in girls. Only my Yuri is my significant other,"

Haolei raised his brows. "Sotis you act like a fanatic fan of that guy."

Eric did not notice this, he sat there with a small smile on his face

The car reached their ho in no ti but as Eric was about to open the car door Haolei stopped him.

Eric imdiately sat back down. he excitedly grabbed his hand. "Where is he? Is he close by? Can we go and visit him now... I miss him so much!~ Haolei co on tell ~ you must not keep it suspense for long~ I’m so excited."

Haolei finally held his hand and peered into his eyes. "its..."

Seeing his serious expression Eric cald down. "What is it? is there sothing wrong with him? is... is he okay? is Yuri okay!"
