Jake sucked on a piece of olive, watching the building in the distance keenly. He saw it tremble violently.

"they both are most likely smashed into smitten, hehe..."

Suddenly a small electric spark spread out like a spider web beside him.

Frowning, Jake peered up at Altren who was standing like a statue. "did he just emit his powers?"

His delicate crystal wine glass shattered in his grip.

Jake gritted his teeth whilst sprinkling a bit of sparkly powder close to Altren’s nose. "Why can’t you find sothing much more effective than that shitty potion. It cost a fucking fortune yet is losing effects already!"

Jake did not listen to any of this because his attention was caught by sothing else. He noticed two small figures rush out of the flaming building. And right after that, the whole building collapsed into a flaming hot ss.

"What the heck?" he shot up and ran to the glass windows. His glaring eyes spotted Gwyn amongst the two. "Fuck, those annoying little shits did not do their job well."

Jake simply picked up the wine bottle from the ice bath and gulped it down.

Jake just gasped theatrically. "The solution was so simple yet here I was going around in circles. Fuck this world. I never got any coins anyway." he walked up to Altren and scratched his pale cheeks. "Altren honey, why don’t you do a favor?" a red glint flashed form his eyes.

Zhu Kang felt the hair on the back of his neck stand up. he trembled slightly.

"Zhuzhu? What is it? Did that fucker hurt you?" Gwyn worriedly looked down at him.

"no, I felt a deep chill just now. Soone is watching us" He looked around. All he could see were high-rise buildings. "let’s get out of here."

Gwyn lifted him up in his arms again.

"Gwyn! I can walk just fine. you are embarrassing ," he whispered, punching his shoulders slightly.

"I don’t care. You just went through your rut just yesterday. And I know, young man, what happened in those closed doors. Just sit tight. Don’t strain your body," he whispered with a soft smile.

For a second, Kang did not know how to react to this. Then the realization ca. His brother was talking about his bedroom activities so calmly, as if he was talking about the weather. "Fuck! don’t talk about that shit in public." He whispered, pinching his own cheeks.

For he knew that he was already red as a peach.

Gwyn chuckled. "how was it, brother? Was it everything you hoped for? Did that guy satisfy you? I have heard rumors that dragons are insatiable in bed. Did you prove that true?"

Kang playfully pinched his back. "don’t talk shit." He worriedly glanced at the little child in his arms to see if he was awake. This kind of conversation is not sothing a child should hear.

Thankfully and regretfully Lia was still unconscious.

His pulse was slightly stronger than before.

"Aaron’s place. He knows a doctor."

Zhu Kang gently touched the child’s pale cheeks. He was unsure if a normal hospital can even help Lia right now. He had heard Aaron talk about a doctor he knew of. That person can definitely help Lia out.

"That guy’s place it is," Gwyn took off into the sky.

Kang’s heart jolted for a second. He tightly gripped onto his neck. "You are such a rough flier. Aaron’s ascent is always smoother."

Kang’s attention was suddenly caught by the blooming black clouds forming on top of their head. He frowned deeply.

It was sunny just monts ago and now it was cloudy?

A weird sense of fear crept into his heart.

It felt like an ancient beast was looming over the top of their head. It felt terrifying and nerve-wracking.

In the next second, a bright light filled the sky. A clashing sound of thunder filled his ear drums.

He knew ... he knew they were in fucking danger now.

"Gwyn! Gwyn, go down. land, you idiot!!"

Gwyn stumbled down in the middle of a busy road.

His shimming green eyes focused on the sky with a deep frown. "Altren? Is that you?"

Kang grasped his hand. "that’s not the actual him. this guy will fucking kill everyone. Let’s move." he dragged him away while still carrying Lia in his arms.

While running, he noticed a young man taking a video of all this with an astonished grin on his face.

Kang swiftly grabbed that.

"Sorry. Get it reimbursed from Hero Alta," he hurriedly typed Aaron’s familiar number.

"Look out!" Gwyn pulled him back by grabbing his shirt.

A huge lightning bolt hit the ground before them, breaking the concrete into smitten.

"oh mother....." eyes wide open, he peered up at the sky.

A man dressed In a blinding white, and blue suit flew overhead.

"shitttttt... run!" he pulled Gwyn and ran.

He had no idea where he was running but he had to stay away from the open roads. The lightning bolts were fucking strong. That one that hit the ground was just a teaser for what was about to co.

"I don’t want to be a human kfc!" he dragged Gwyn into a nearby high-rise building. "Brother you have to hide. Never appear in front of him. That guy is not the Altren we know of."

Gwyn cupped his face. "why are we running? We can fight."

"not with him! the zain’s are powerful, Gwyn. They are fucking ti bombs. Even Aaron is the sa. When they explode, they will take out the world. do you wish to fight that kind of powerful entity?" he looked up at him in disbelief.

Gwyn smiled at him. "That sounds like an interesting battle."

"Stop talking and start running!"

He pulled him to the elevator and hurriedly pressed the button. "Co on! Co on.. just co down,"

Kang anxiously glanced up at the dial which displayed the floor the elevator was in. It was moving down rapidly.

"What is the plan?" Gwyn grabbed his hand.

"We can go up to the top floor and by that ti I hope that Aaron had seen my ssage and will co to our aid,"

The elevator dinged.

Gwyn suddenly touched his back. "What have I told you about trusting heroes?" he whispered from behind.

Gwyn suddenly pushed him into the open elevator.

Gwyn just stood outside.

Kang ran to the door but by then the elevator started to move up.

He hurriedly pressed the open button!
