Denji grinned widely as he ran as quickly as possible, as if he was trying to beat the wind here. The corner of his eyes caught a movent from the middle, wanting to cut his route violently. Knowing this, he hit the accelerator, working his muscles to death to get the ball first.

’This is the ball from Hiroshi-senpai, and I will never get this kind of treatnt again in the future. I have to make the most of it now...’

Yeah, it wasn’t like Denji being dramatic here, but since he and his brother joined the team, they had never had any good chance like this. It wasn’t like they didn’t try, but with Kumiko putting them in the wing-back position, they had to take care of defense as well, couldn’t just roam freely on the front and camp there to wait for another supply to co.

It also helped that their defensive instinct seed to be superior, making Kumiko put them in that position permanently.

Not that they didn’t like it, though, since the twins clearly enjoyed being on the pitch, no matter what position they were in. But now, with him having a race against the opponent for a ball like this... All of the winger instinct in him suddenly scread inside his head.

’Just... Beat him!’

The opponent’s defender tried to cheat his way by sliding on the ground, wanting to clear the ball with his feet. However, in the last second before that could happen, Denji was able to reach the ball first, flicking it with his toe above that defender before starting to sprint again toward the opponent’s penalty box.

"OH! DENJI!"

"Co on! Take it easy!"

Take it easy was the sign that the team designed to tell that the opponent was still far from the ball holders. Knowing this, Denji even had ti to glance quickly, and at a figure flashing on the far post, a grin curled on his face before he took action.

’Well, let’s take over the show, Brother!’

Thud!

Before any opponent could close his room to cross, Denji had already made his move, whipping the ball with his outside foot using an exquisite Trivela technique. The trajectory was wild, as the ball moved like a rainbow in the air. It passed the two ho team defenders on the back, and Yuji couldn’t really reach it with his height.

However, once the ball descended, the figure on the far post suddenly rushed, taking the stance before launching a powerful half-volley straight to the ho team’s goal.

BAM!

The opponent’s goalkeeper didn’t even try here. He just stared with his jaw dropped as that person, Denki, sent a screar to the top bins. The net shook violently, and once the referee blew the whistle to confirm that the goal was valid, hell broke loose.

"HELL, YEAH!" Denki roared, rushing quickly to his brother, who had been waiting with open arms. "CO ON, DENJI! WE ROCK!" He laughed, hugging his brother, his assister with laughter in the air.

"Yeah! Co on, boys!" Hiroshi joined the celebration, jumping on those two with a huge grin on his face.

Right after that, all the Hakodate Nishi players ca to the twins, either praising them or slapping them on their backs. However, everyone was ecstatic, as the first goal that they had been waiting for finally arrived.

Still, this goal forced a beast to be awoken. Once the ho team was out of their dazed state after the goal that ca out of nowhere, their gaze sharpened, and while before, they were already serious, now, they started to treat this ga as a way to survive.

Their pace beca faster, and they moved so swiftly without any hesitation on their face, as if everything beca more natural than ever.Fujinaga and Usami, who had been fighting well in the middle, also got overwheld, starting to pant with heavy breath as they were forced to chase the wind left and right.

This also gave Abraham Nori more chances to get sothing on the front line. The boy received more passes after the goal, and he really bullied Jun on the back, beating the boy black and blue.

Poor Jun, his clumsy movent couldn’t keep up with Abraham Nori’s intensity, and once Makino tried to help, the Half-Japanese boy would use his superior physicality to get over him.

Abraham Nori might not be the best striker they had ever faced before, but in terms of attacking quality, he was definitely the most dangerous one here. It also helped that the team didn’t have any other attacking choice other than the boy, so with the ball coming at him more, his threat level increased by twofold, making it hard for the defenders to handle.

It was fortunate that Hakodate Nishi had Higo on the goal. Since Denki scored earlier, the ho team managed to send three shots on target, and yet, each one of them was repelled by the goalkeeper easily.

The first one ca from Abraham Nori, where the boy beat Jun and Makino together with his speed before launching a rocket from a difficult angle inside the penalty box. Fortunately, Higo’s reaction was still quick, able to deflect the ball in the air.

Then, the corner kick also turned into a dangerous chance. Without Kuroki as another high point to handle this situation, Jun failed to cover everything, leaving a hole on the far post for the opponent to sneak through. This ti, though, Higo managed to arrive in ti, blocking the header with his chest. Usami also reacted quickly, sending the ball far away from the penalty box.

As for the last attack, that was definitely the most dangerous one. Abraham Nori managed to beat the offside trap, and he even had a one-on-one situation against Higo. However, the Half-Japanese boy tried to be a smartass here, wanting to pass the ball to the player next to him. Higo caught everything in his clairvoyance ability, and it was easy for him to catch the ball and stop the attack.

Still, overall, everything was quite dangerous for the team, and the only saving grace here was when they all heard the referee blow the whistle.

"Damn, the first half is finally over... Just kill

now...’
