Chapter 2873 Solving Mission II
Forfex's three relatives reluctantly accepted Minos' offer. They didn't want to receive anything from Forfex, even if he had sohow beco powerful and regretted his choices. But in front of soone as strong as a Celestial, they didn't want to cause friction with refusals.
Cutting off the tip of one of his fingers, the level 99 young man let a drop of his blood fall, enabling Minos to see through his lineage and identify the connection between this Grandmaster and Forfex.
Yeah, they really are brothers. There's no doubt about it.
"Since you're Forfex's brother, I'll leave the resources I'm here to deliver to you. Take good care of them and use them wisely. You can get very far with it, but if you're not careful, you'll bring ruin to your people far worse than you think Forfex has done you in the past."
The three locals watched that seemingly simple item fall into the hands of the level 99 boy.
Minos didn't leave imdiately, giving these people the chance to check what Forfex had left for them while he himself looked for the trace of where his old friend had left his research.
"That..." The level 99 Grandmaster opened his mouth in astonishnt, not believing that what he was seeing was real.
The two elders approached him to see what it was, while Minos found his way to the underground part of the estate.
"What's that?" The old woman asked in surprise. "Forfex left that? How?"
Abby saw that Minos was looking into the future and answered instead. "Forfex is a powerful man now. This is part of the wealth he built up."
"How is that possible? How did he overco his diocre talent?" The old man asked, speaking loudly, but also very moved.
"That's sothing you'll have to et him to find out," Ruth murmured, unwilling to reveal sothing that had a direct connection with what they wanted and the fate of the family.
Gloria said, "We don't know much about him either, or how to help you find him. Minos last saw him several years ago and has no clue where he might have gone."
The three of them felt their hearts flutter, still angry at Forfex's escape, feeling moved by such a bounty.
While they thought chaotically, Minos moved so of their belongings into that small, humble property.
"Senior?"
Minos replied, "Forfex passed through here before he left your planet for good. He left sothing for underground."
"He did? How? When?" The old woman hadn't left the place for a long ti and was naturally surprised.
"I don't know that. But he left sothing here. I feel a strong barrier below where we are. He manipulated the space, crossing the rocky part of the ground below them until he reached the barrier generated by Forfex's formation.
'I finally got you. A smile broke out on Minos' face. He passed through the defenses raised by Forfex and retrieved a box containing so scrolls and Spiritual essences. Opening the box in front of Forfex's three relatives, each of them was too confused to understand anything at this point in the encounter with Minos. Inside the box were the three thods promised by Forfex's soul fragnt.
"So? Did you get them?" Abby asked.
"Yes, they're the ones. Now we can leave," he said as he stored all the items inside the box in his spatial ring. "We can go ahead with our plans!"
"We're leaving the planet? Where are we going to do that?" Ruth felt her heart beat faster in anticipation.
"Let's leave this city and go ahead with our attempts in a safe place not so far from here. There's no ti to waste now. Either we succeed, or we'll have to deal with one of those two." He looked at them suggestively, making them see in their minds the figures of the two level 128 Devils.
Being caught by one of them would be terrible for them!
"Let's go then. We still have to check which thod is the right one." Abby led the way out of the house, with Ruth and Gloria following, with Minos going last.
"Good luck to you. Try to hide the truth about these resources and today or you'll have the problems I warned you about. My group and I have sothing to do."
Before leaving these people for good, Minos looked back and smiled. "If you see Forfex again, give him my regards. One day I'll find him and we'll drink together."
Minos disappeared while still being watched by Forfex's three relatives, each of them lost in their thoughts about everything they had seen and heard because of this quick
encounter.
Minos, on the other hand, was soon out of town with his wives. Sensing a raging storm fast approaching them, he saw an interesting place for them to prepare for the most decisive mont of their recent journey.
Once they discovered Forfex's thod was correct and did what they were supposed to, they would have the chance to escape Hell's violent clutches!
Not only that, by escaping Hell, the won of Minos would have a thod of entering the Upper Realm without relying solely on their husband!
"Have you guessed what the right thod is?" Abby asked while they had already entered the underground of an area not far from the previous city. There, Minos had just signaled for the group to stop, looking at the surroundings of white crystals that sparkled, even far from the light of the sky.
"I've already eliminated one of the two thods. But I'll need a few more monts to co up with our answer," he said, no longer seeing his surroundings, while the irises of his eyes glowed a golden color capable of illuminating entire cities. The three avoided Minos' blinding gaze, nervous and worried about what would happen to their powers. Unfortunately, they would have to give up part of their current strength if they wanted to go ahead with Minos' escape strategy!
A minute later, Minos' eyes returned to normal, and he said in a grave tone. "I've found it. Get ready to start!"
The right parchnt floated out of Minos' hands, and under his powers, it burst into flas, which split into four before entering the foreheads of each of them, carrying all the information they needed.
The four of them understood Forfex's thod, before, without another word, Minos took the initiative to sit in the lotus position and start this dangerous movent!
