Chapter 2867 Ritual!
While Minos was on the move, Qhava was in his territory, finishing recovering from her injuries from the previous fight.
Although she had had to fight two opponents of the sa level as her, two relatively more powerful figures because they had been at level 128 longer than her, she had managed to escape. By seriously wounding one of them in that battle, she had forced an enemy to flee and then had to fight only a single opponent.
Qhava could not eliminate that other opponent, however. After a long fight, which cost her damage that she was still trying to recover from, she only crippled her enemy to the point that he could no longer strengthen himself. But the opponent was still alive and, after a recovery, should still be able to fight at level 128. Qhava had crippled such an opponent, but only to the point of blocking future prospects for such a Devil. Because of these results, she was very satisfied and was now finishing recovering so that she could return to her bloody quest against Minos.
He had eluded her for months, but the day was slowly approaching when she would hunt him down until she tore his head off!
'A few months must have passed for that damn worm,' she thought of the figure of Minos, who most terrified her nightmares during her recovery.
Minos' actions that day had been bad and good at the sa ti. It had put Qhava in danger and given Minos more chance to escape from her. But it had also given her the chance to show Hell that she was one of the favorites for the most important position in the dinsion.
Now there was only one level 128 Devil left she hadn't fought, the only one she wasn't sure she would beat like she did those other two. One way or another, all of Hell currently knew of her strength, of how she was in the top two of the dinsion, being one of the two creatures that had the best chance of reaching the Throne of Hell!
The only thing she wanted to do before continuing with her power crusade in Hell was to deal with Minos. She feared he would beco sothing even she would find difficult to deal with before too long.
But as she thought about him that day, she suddenly changed her expression where she was lying. As she got up from the bathtub bubbling with black liquid in what seed to be a crypt, Qhava's eyes widened as she looked in the direction of where she had just felt a familiar aura.
Her pupils contracted and her aura intensified, causing her to stop feeling pain for a mont and clench her fists tightly, pressing her teeth together.
"Minos!" she shouted for her entire palace to hear, a shout not uncommon for her people to hear, but a few grades more hateful on this day.
"The bastard has returned to Hell! I have to move!' She walked out of her special tub, but as soon as she stepped outside, she felt a weakness she hadn't yet gotten used to. "Master!" Shouted a black, unnatural-looking, insect-shaped figure, coming to her rescue. "Don't move! If you leave now, your injuries will take longer to heal!"
"The damned Minos has returned! I have to hunt him down!" she said as she looked at. the foolish subordinate trying to stop her.
But that creature insisted, "If you go now, I'm afraid you'll open the door for your enemies to act against you, master."
Qhava knew, aware that this creature was the best healer in the entire dinsion.
While its master made a hideous expression, looking as if it would explode at any mont, that creature said, "Master, if Minos is back in Hell, don't worry. Those other two know about him and they won't stand idly by."
The thod for one of those two to get stronger was precisely by hunting new territory, which would be easy if he eliminated Abby!
The other level 128 Devil couldn't take advantage of such a chance, since he was crippled. But one of his disciples could!
Qhava relaxed at the thought of how her two rivals could do the job for her while she finished her regeneration.
"How much longer will I take in this tub?" She asked.
"Just one more month. One month and you can hunt whoever you want, master," said the creature with great confidence in its voice.
Simultaneously with this, the two level 128 Devils who had faced Qhava earlier were already moving after sensing Minos and Abby's auras re-entering Hell.
From where they were, they set off, disregarding their not yet fully healed wounds, while carrying their chief disciples and underlings with them.
And even in the condition they were in, they were crossing the big Hell at such speed that they would only need a few tens of minutes to reach the place where Abby's aura was coming from.
So both sides flew through the infernal sky, carrying similar thoughts with them, both thinking of the consequence of this rash act: revenge!
Neither of them had thought that they would go through the previous situation with Qhava and the growing disrespect towards them from Hell's forces. Thirsty for Qhava's blood, they were willing to do anything to beco more powerful, or at least influential!
After almost two hours after re-entering Hell, Minos and his won were slowing down their movent. Sensing that he was close to the place where everything would happen, Minos was already paying attention to his surroundings while he had the powers of his infernal crown active.
Abby, Gloria and Ruth were tense, each of them in their diabolical forms, with their crowns active and powers ready to spring into action. The months they had had to build up their strength had hardly helped, so their strength was still the sa as when they had t Qhava. Even so, they wouldn't go down without a fight if they lost the ti that Minos said would be the limit for this mission.
"I'm afraid you'll have to endure a few monts of my absence. But I will do my best to return before the enemies reach our position."
As he said his words, the infernal garb took over his body, while a chariot of darkness with diabolical dogs ford, the signal he had been waiting for appeared.
Abby, Gloria and Ruth looked at the call of the summoning ritual, sothing that each of them had already answered on their journeys-an obligation of Devils, sothing they had to answer in order to fulfill their duties to the dinsion.
Minos saw the space in front of him distorting and soon made his macabre animals
lead him to salvation for his group.
'I really hope you're all that, boy!'
