No sooner had the young man finished speaking than he swiftly pulled out a handgun from within his coat and fired several shots into Roosevelt’s chest.

"Damn, what have you done?" Looking at Roosevelt lying in a pool of blood, John finally ca to his senses and exclaid in shock.
"As you can see, Mr. John. With ticulous planning and your help, we have successfully assassinated Mr. Roosevelt," the intelligence operative nad Ike said with a smile.
"Fuck! What’s this got to do with ? We only agreed that I’d introduce you to Roosevelt," John said, panicked. He was indeed just an ordinary mber of the Democratic Party, with a small family business, but that didn’t an he could face down the law.
The Roosevelt family’s fortune was imasurably larger than his, and Roosevelt’s uncle had even been President of Arica. They weren’t even on the sa level.
"Do you think those police will believe you?" Ike asked with a smile, "They won’t care whether you’re innocent. Unable to placate the Roosevelt family’s anger, you’ll still end up as the scapegoat in the end."
"Damn it, what grudge did Roosevelt have against you? Assassinating a lawyer in New York, my God, this is indeed madness!" John said, nearly breaking down.
"If you want to bla anything, bla the fact that he was an obstruction to us," Ike said with a smile. "Now, my dear Mr. John, are you going to get in my way?"
Looking at the gun Ike was subtly raising, John swallowed and ultimately surrendered to his inner choice.
"So what do we do now? If the police find us, there’s no escaping," John said, a bit nervously.
Watching a murder unfold before his eyes had John, who usually found joy in squeezing his employees, extrely agitated.
His voice trembled slightly, revealing his obvious nervousness and panic.
