“I’m sorry. I only just saw your calls. It’s not what you think. Don’t trust the picture,” she hurriedly explained.
Hearing her rush to explain, Ye Junqing was even angrier. He almost spat out, “Seems like you haven’t learned your lesson after writing that apology last ti. Write it a hundred tis and only then call !”
Having said that, Ye Junqing abruptly ended the call.

So was he blaming her for not trusting him, or for making him a cuckold?
After hanging up the phone, Ye Junqing called Xia Ye Zhao and simply said, “Your sister, Xia Yanyan, has submitted a marriage application in my na. Please tell her, if she dreams of marrying , she should stop daydreaming!”
Xia Ye Zhao was shocked: “What? Yanyan filled out a marriage application with your na on it? What is she up to?”
Xia Yanyan knew that Ye Junqing disliked her, she knew that Ye Junqing already had an official partner, but she dared to put Ye Junqing’s na on the marriage application. Ye Junqing was her brother-in-law!
Ye Xingguang, who was standing nearby, nearly got struck by lightning at hearing Xia Ye Zhao’s words!
Even though she suspected that Xia Yanyan wouldn’t let things go, hearing those words still left her stunned. What could she do now?

Ye Xingguang, standing nearby, felt her mind in turmoil, thinking about Xia Yanyan’s privileged position.
Last ti, she had attempted to ask the President for favours, but he could not help her. In order to stop being selected, they had to get married. But it was too late to apply for a marriage license now, right?
Even if it was late, she had a Plan B!
As long as she could hold on until next month, she could make a Plan B pill. By the ti she took a Plan B pill, she could go back to before Xia Yanyan submitted the application and register for marriage with Big Tumor. That way, all of Xia Yanyan’s scheming would be for naught.
What she was worried about was not Xia Yanyan, but whether Big Tumor would marry her!

After being hung up on, Xia Ye Zhao scrolled through his contact list and quickly called Xia Yanyan.
After several attempts, the call finally went through. Yawns and annoyed complaints flowed from the other end: “Brother, what do you want at this ungodly hour, you’re ruining my beauty sleep.”
Containing his anger, Xia Ye Zhao asked, “Did you really put Ye Junqing’s na on your marriage application?”

“Yanyan, do you know what you are up to? You should know clearly Ye Junqing’s attitude toward you. He doesn’t love you, so withdraw the marriage application imdiately.”
