After finishing their lunch, Hera and Xavier stayed in the company, remaining in the president’s office, completely undisturbed.

No one even suspected their presence, as the president was still in custody, and the office had been left unattended.

Hours passed, and as the sky darkened, they continued to work tirelessly.

Leo, Luke, and Dave were just as busy, contacting nurous people and running errands outside to support Hera’s efforts.

But despite the constant activity, Hera’s mind had shifted.

A realization had clicked into place, and she paused her communication with Sasha, trusting him to handle things on his end.

She no longer felt the need to micromanage; she had confidence in their progress and could now focus on her own tasks.

Hera continued reviewing the accounts, diving deep into the executive profiles, ticulously analyzing everyone from the secretaries to the departnt heads.

She took her ti, absorbing every detail, until the hours slipped away.

As night fell, she glanced up from the screen and toward the floor-to-ceiling window.

The city outside had transford, its lights sparkling and bustling, a stark contrast to the quiet inside.

She stood there for a mont, srized by the view.

The assistant, sensing the need for so privacy, had discreetly given them space. Without a word, Xavier moved behind Hera, resting his chin gently on her shoulder.

His arms wrapped around her waist, offering comfort and a sense of calm in the stillness of the evening.

"Are you tired?" Xavier asked softly, his voice carrying a hint of tenderness as he inhaled her familiar scent.

"No," Hera replied, her gaze fixed on the shimring cityscape before them.

A comfortable silence settled between them, broken only by the distant light of the bustling city.

Then Xavier’s calm, soothing voice sounded again. "The Sasha you spoke to earlier... was that the world’s number one hacker, Sasha?"

Hera didn’t answer imdiately, her expression unreadable as she continued to take in the view.

Xavier, however, couldn’t shake the realization that struck him earlier. While he knew of Sasha’s reputation and rembered how the hacker had once helped Rafael track down Minerva, he hadn’t connected Sasha to Hera until now.

The revelation unsettled him—not because Sasha had helped before, but because of the casual familiarity in their conversation.

If Sasha called Hera "sister," it ant their bond was far deeper than he’d ever imagined.

That closeness surprised him, leaving him to wonder how much he truly knew about Hera’s life beyond their shared monts.

"Uh-huh..." Hera replied simply, her tone nonchalant but deliberate.

She had made the decision to build a foundation of trust with these n—trust that would be crucial for their future together.

However, trust didn’t an laying every card on the table all at once.

Hera wasn’t about to keep everything a secret, but neither was she inclined to actively disclose all the details of her past or connections.

If they happened to uncover certain truths on their own, so be it.

In those monts, she’d address their questions with honesty and provide clarity. But until then, she preferred to keep so things to herself—at least for now.

"Are you close with him?" Xavier asked again, his voice laced with an undertone of jealousy.

His lips brushed against Hera’s neck, sending a shiver through her body.

The gentle touch sparked a tingle of electricity that shot through her veins, making her knees weaken and her breath hitch as her core reacted involuntarily to the closeness.

Hera cleared her throat, her voice barely above a whisper. "Yes."

Xavier’s eyes narrowed, his jealousy simring beneath the surface.

He could tolerate the other five, especially since they had already forged bonds and agreed to share Hera, but the idea of another man being in her life, soone who wasn’t part of their circle, made his stomach turn.

Even when Leo first joined their group, it had been t with resistance, as they had to adjust to the idea of sharing Hera.

It wasn’t easy, but over ti, they accepted him—albeit reluctantly.

But another man?

The thought of it made Xavier uneasy, and he wasn’t sure if they could ever truly accept soone else into their dynamic, no matter how close he might be to Hera.

"How close are you to him?" Xavier’s voice was low but insistent, his grip on Hera tightening as his hand found its way to her breast.

Hera’s breath hitched, a soft groan escaping her lips. She could feel the intensity of his mood shift, the jealousy radiating off him like heat.

"We’re very close, but..." Hera tried to explain, but before she could finish, Xavier abruptly pressed her against the glass window, his actions swift and forceful.

He lifted her skirt, and panic surged through her.

"Xavier, not here!" she gasped, her voice rising in desperation. "What if soone cos in?" Her heart raced as she struggled to reason with him, the tension between them suffocating.

But Xavier didn’t listen. Instead, he turned Hera to face him, his expression filled with unmistakable displeasure.

Dropping to his knees, he looked up at her with smoldering intensity before pressing his thumb against her clit, kneading it with deliberate precision.

His other hand gripped the hem of her skirt, keeping it lifted.

Hera’s breath hitched as she stared down at him, her pulse racing.

She clutched the fabric of her skirt tightly, torn between pushing him away and succumbing to the overwhelming sensation building inside her.

Her eyes darted nervously to the door and around the room, searching for any sign of a CCTV cara.

"Xavier!" she whispered, her voice trembling with both anxiety and urgency. She tried to reason with him, but her words faltered as her breathing grew shallow, the pleasure swelling in her core.

The illicit nature of the mont, coupled with the fear that soone might walk in, heightened every sensation, making her feel as though she were being teased by an electric current coursing through her body.

Xavier slid his middle finger inside her folds, causing Hera’s breath to hitch sharply. A soft moan escaped her lips, which she quickly tried to muffle by biting down on her lower lip.

"Xavier!" she gasped, her voice trembling with a mix of protest and surrender.

Despite herself, her hips instinctively rolled against his hand, silently urging him to continue. The mounting pleasure was quickly overwhelming her rationality.

Leaning in closer, Xavier extended his tongue, his gaze fixed on her flushed expression.

He montarily withdrew his finger, gripping her thigh to lift her left leg over his shoulder.

Without hesitation, he dipped his head and pressed his tongue against her clit, delivering a slow, deliberate lick that sent a jolt of pleasure through her body.

At the sa ti, his finger slid back inside her, his movents precise and teasing as he worked her body to its limits.

Xavier slipped a second finger inside her while his tongue continued its relentless assault on her clit, drawing louder, breathier moans from Hera.

Her body quivered as the intensity built, but just as she was teetering on the edge, Xavier abruptly stopped.

Hera’s chest rose and fell with heavy breaths, her frustration evident as she clutched the hem of her skirt, her body aching for more.
