So, that night when Lu Beiyao was drunk, my sister brought him back, then discovered the pendant and threw it away?
She knew full well this was my most treasured item, why couldn’t she just listen to my explanation, why throw it away without a word?

Her voice trembled, as Lu Beiyao heard her ask, he glanced up at her, "Seeing no response from these days, you couldn’t wait anymore, is that it?"
"I just wanted to ask if you were sincere," I tightly clutched the bag in my hands, my stare unwaveringly locked onto his face.
It seed, if Lu Beiyao were to utter a ’no’, it would utterly destroy her.
Lu Beiyao coughed lightly, turning his face away, calming himself these few days made him realize that perhaps it wasn’t as simple as it seed, but her endlessly calling him cousin made him unable to let it go.

Her hopeful eyes looked at him, she’s always been wrongly accused without explaining, yet at this mont, she summoned her courage to say so much, desperately hoping Lu Beiyao could believe her!

Lu Beiyao slowly stood up, "Are you expecting to believe all this is just a coincidence? Li Siru, didn’t you deliberately set this up, even ssaging to co find you, just for to witness you and your dear cousin together?"
