Zhou Mingyu finally breathed a sigh of relief, leading her daughter away.

Once everyone dispersed, Mr. Li said to Li Ruhui, "Lu Beiyao has been at the Li Family for so many days, not a word about the marriage with ngru. Whenever we talk, he deflects, but now he’s actively speaking up for us on his own initiative."
"What do you an, father?" Li Ruhui asked.
