"She took leave, saying she needed to report back to school for the start of the term! Didn’t she tell you, Sister Tong?" Lazy Cat answered while driving.
Ji Niandong shook her head, thinking this girl was getting more and more unreliable!
Zhou Yiqing asked, "Is the Lingling you’re talking about Shen Congling?"
"You know her?" Ji Niandong was sowhat surprised.
Zhou Yiqing laughed, "Didn’t they say before that she attacked Lin Ji Yang? Shen Congjun’s sister! But no one knew she was your assistant!"
"If they knew, they’d think I ordered her to harm Lin Ji Yang!" Ji Niandong shook his head. "But Lin Ji Yang is nothing good either. You saw it at the ’Choked Love’ wrap party!"
Zhou Yiqing nodded, "But you seem to have no contact with Shen Congjun, yet you’re quite nice to his sister!"
"I focus on matters, not people. He is he, his sister is his sister!" Ji Niandong was a bit annoyed. "Don’t ntion him!"
"I heard he was with Linda. Is that why you dislike him?" Zhou Yiqing continued to ask.
"What does who he’s with have to do with ? If it were just because of that, I wouldn’t be so petty. If he really was with Linda, I’d openly say congratulations! But, wasn’t this a known thing already?" Ji Niandong was sowhat surprised. At the ti, they managed to keep it well hidden from her.
Zhou Yiqing chuckled, "He betrayed Linda and jumped to Yi Tai, and now Linda is a laughingstock at Banana Entertainnt. Such things co out easily!"
It makes her seem foolish for not noticing back then!
Ji Niandong’s face didn’t look too good, "Alright, Qingqing, we’ve finally gathered, can we talk about sothing happy? He left in the lurch back then; there’s nothing to say between us, so don’t ntion him around in the future. Whether he lives or dies, it’s none of my concern!"
Seeing her like this, Zhou Yiqing didn’t pursue further and quickly said, "Alright, alright, let’s talk about sothing happy. Didn’t you say we haven’t been in touch for a while, how about we go shopping in the mall later? When you beco wildly popular, you’ll realize shopping is a luxury, so, for now, appreciate it!"
Ji Niandong finally relaxed, "Sure, I haven’t been shopping in ages!"
Girls more or less like shopping, and she really hadn’t been shopping for a long ti. The last ti was just wandering around alone in the mall because she was waiting for Lu Beichen.
And in that expensive mall, she didn’t even dare enter the shops, only peeking at the clothes in the windows, the prices making her sigh.

"No! Let’s go to XXX mall! There’s fewer people there and restaurants for when we’re tired," Zhou Yiqing suggested.
