There are largely two types of enlightennt.
Conscious enlightennt and unconscious enlightennt.
Conscious enlightennt, as the na suggests, is an enlightennt that occurs while one is conscious. Naturally, it has the advantage of being aware of the entire process of enlightennt and even being able to obtain clues about the next stage.
On the other hand, unconscious enlightennt is an enlightennt that occurs in an unconscious state, and it has both clear advantages and disadvantages.
The advantage is that because it occurs in an unconscious state, one can obtain an enlightennt that leaps over several stages beyond one's perception.
The disadvantage is that it can also be a aningless enlightennt. One has realized sothing, but because it occurred in an unconscious state, there is not much difference between before and after the enlightennt.
