Pafila, who was simultaneously overseeing the Divine Realm battlefield and the deploynt at Evil Scale Fortress, could rightly be described as a deity buried under a mountain of daily affairs.

After conducting the coronation for her self-appointed third disciple, her will swiftly departed from David’s body.

The ceremony looked ridiculously simple.

Yet, the gigantic dragons in attendance all cast envious glances.

A deity gracing a follower with a personal coronation is a privilege not even Popes and Pastoral Heads of so sects might enjoy.

But as soon as Pafila’s divine consciousness withdrew, David instinctively curled up, pulling his tail from Alicia’s grasp like a cat whose tail had been caught, and tucked it securely under his rump.

A dragon’s tail is such a peculiar appendage.

Since it is an extension of the spine, it’s densely packed with nerve clusters and exceedingly sensitive. Dragons often use their tails for social interactions, such as rubbing faces and swatting tails when eting, a greeting known as the fellowship of tail-swatting.

Yet, in tis of battle, it can instantly transform into a lethal weapon as threatening as their claws.

Alicia apparently hadn’t anticipated that David, a renowned Red Dragon, would display such a ’cute’ reaction. The forr Silver Dragon princess, having just been relieved of a heavy burden, found her smile becoming even more radiant, as if she had discovered sothing amusing.

David, now a seasoned father of three daughters, naturally didn’t feel embarrassed about his sensitive reaction. Instead, he narrowed his eyes and said aningfully to the Silver Dragon princess, "Choosing to worship my mother at a ti like this is hardly a wise decision."

Alicia, who controlled the entire information network of Dragon Court, of course, knew what David ant.

Pafila had beco involved in the Chromatic Dragon Queen’s war vortex against the War God Faction. Furthermore, the fact that David had captured the Moon Goddess’s Chosen was no secret.

This also ant that should any power decide to target Pafila, going after her few remaining disciples in the world would beco the most rapid and convenient thod.

Losing all active disciples would an Pafila’s fall from the divine altar.

Yet even so, Pafila showed no intention of expanding her circle of devotees.

In so ways, this Red Dragon mother, a deity of imnse power, was even more prideful than David.

And now, Alicia had willingly beco the third potential target.

This seed completely contrary to the Silver Dragon King’s principle of keeping Dragon Island independent and awaiting the Dragon God’s return.

The Silver Dragon princess, who appeared to have an answer ready, then replied, "Indeed, this decision was made on a whim. However, my father clearly instructed before his departure that all dragons belonging to Dragon Island have the freedom to choose their allegiance and faith. This naturally includes , does it not?"

David was imdiately taken aback. Could it be that this young Silver Dragon had decided...

"Thus," Alicia continued, "I plan to renounce the Brandle Vincent family legacy and lead a corps of tal Dragon rcenaries willing to support you, to assist in your conflict against The Slaying King Star and the Toriel Elves.

"In doing so, we preserve the tal Dragons’ potential for war preparedness. We also take into account the righteous cause of the Dragon Race in breaking free from The Slaying King Star’s shackles.

"At least in the near future, I can confront all criticisms with a clear conscience. I can face those who claim the tal Dragons are nothing but cowards, cowering overseas and sharing the spoils of the Chromatic Dragons’ battles, can’t I?"

With that, Alicia looked towards David, who seed utterly bewildered, and continued with a smile, "As long as you don’t find my actions too cunning, that’s all that matters, right?"

David, montarily speechless, smacked his lips. He looked a little troubled as he said, "Well then, welco Ms. Alicia, and your followers."

He couldn’t help but admire the broader vision and boldness of this father-daughter duo. For the sake of adhering to their moral convictions, one had proactively relinquished a throne, and the other, the rights to a family legacy—truly a free-spirited gesture.

Alicia, fully aware of the source of his trouble, promptly swung her tail to pat the Red Dragon’s shoulder. "Don’t look so glum. Even though two-thirds of the tal Dragons are about to leave, the defense forces of Elariya’s largest Dragon Nest and Dragon Island are more than capable of protecting Satilaesa and the others. They will ensure they grow up safely."

At this point, Alicia turned to look at a middle-aged Silver Dragon who bore a striking resemblance to her but was sporting a similarly troubled expression. "Brother Elder, once we leave, the safety of Dragon Island will depend completely on you old ones to hold the fort."

"I’m barely over three hundred years old, and you’re already calling an ’old thing.’ Isn’t that a bit presumptuous?" The Silver Dragon nad Elder sighed as he looked at David, the Red Dragon favored by both his father and sister, and said with a hint of jealousy, "My sister, Alicia, I entrust her to you."

David, failing to detect the deeper aning in the Silver Dragon’s words, likewise nodded. "Likewise, my sisters Tania and Satilaesa—I entrust them to you, Your Highness, and to everyone else on Dragon Island."

David and his group hadn’t even finished their farewells when Tania, who had initially agreed to behave, suddenly beca disgruntled.

With a kick of her legs, she flew towards her own Dragon Nest, complaining as she flew, "I don’t want to stay on Dragon Island anymore! It’s so boring here."

Full of frustration, she went to vent to her grandmother Serisilis.

Why is everyone so nice to that Silver Dragon Alicia!

Even though Mom didn’t accept my faith, she accepted Alicia’s.

Why!

This made Tania feel as if the love that should have been hers alone was being divided.

The injustice of it made her want to cry.

The already planned itinerary naturally would not change just because of Tania’s temper tantrum.

Even when night fell, Tania eventually crawled out of her nest. She joined Satilaesa and the others, sitting in a row at the cliff’s edge. They watched as her older brother David, her father, and a squad from the Dragon Court’s Claw of Justice departed from Dragon Island.

Suddenly, Svetlana, the green hatchling niece, asked, "Um, are we... about to get another mother?"

Octavia, who had been enjoying a roasted fish from Dragon Island, was slow to realize before getting angry. "What? When did this happen? Isn’t this their first eting? Are they really getting infatuated so quickly?"

If Lizrite, her mother, found out about this, it would definitely lead to a fight with her father.

"Hmph!" Only Satilaesa, who seed to have seen it all coming, arrogantly snorted but didn’t comnt.

"Wow! Why! Why does everyone find my despicable Scum Dragon brother so attractive!"

Who would’ve imagined that upon hearing these words, her aunt suddenly burst into tears and rushed into the Dragon Nest.

This left the three hatchling dragons, including Satilaesa, looking at each other in bewildernt.

They decided to chalk it up to their aunt’s jealousy of other dragon mothers being sensible and understanding.

Even so, Satilaesa still sighed and went to comfort her aunt.

After all, they were unfamiliar with Dragon Island, which was full of tal Dragons. In the future, while traveling, they would have to rely on this sowhat unreliable aunt to look out for them.
