At the ti, he thought Tania was just blowing smoke with her dragon tales.

With such power, even the Godchosen probably wouldn't have had ti for their god to descend before turning to ashes, right?

A gust of wind brushed against his face, making his wings rustle loudly.

It wasn't until much later that a huge, short-lived BOOM finally arrived, fashionably late.

It's a pity he wasn't witnessing it firsthand; otherwise, his Soul of Jealousy might have been blazing by now.

As David was contemplating whether to shalessly go back and beg his mother to give him another live 'mushroom planting' performance, he suddenly heard the Dragon Mother's voice in his ear:

"David Uthos, lend your divinity."

If it had been anyone else, even if his father Attilicia had said these words to him, he'd probably have slapped them with a paw across the face on the spot.

Even if he really could lend it, it'd probably be like borrowing money among dragons—agreeing on a repaynt ti and interest, then drawing up a contract.

But when it was the Dragon Mother, Pafila, David agreed without a second thought:

"Okay." Even though he had no idea how to lend out his divinity.

But as soon as he agreed, Protection of Tiamat in his claw flashed.

The ever-present, indescribable 'burden' on him suddenly lightened, giving him a sense of relief.

...

The completely disfigured coast of Skanis on the Old Continent, as the sea began to rush back in.

Albert felt as if his body, once robust enough to hack through brambles and slay lesser dragons, had thoroughly fallen apart.

The omnipresent, invisible Dragon Might pressed him firmly into the charred sea mud.

His four 'old friends,' whether dead or alive, lay on the beach, their dragon-slaying artifacts broken and lted.

The collapse of a volcano before his eyes was nothing compared to the double blow to his spirit and confidence at this mont.

He also finally understood that the legend of mortals was completely different from that of dragons.

And the legend of dragons was once again on a different dinsion when compared to the legend of this Crimson Calamity before him.

How could there be such an unreasonable creature in the world? The descent of the gods would probably look like this.

"Lady of Strategy! Lady of Strategy!"

Damn! Red Knight, how can you be so unreliable? How can you not be reachable at a ti like this?

"My god Tempas! Please descend upon ! I, Albert, have found the perpetrator!"

In the records, this Red Dragon was rely a legend, but the terrifying power it displayed now was no less than that of a Demigod!

It seed like the War God had long held a grudge against this creature that had stolen his divinity. Almost as soon as Albert called out, Tempas descended instantly, and did so into the bodies of all five Godchosen.

"Father! Don't go!"

But the Red Knight's warning was too late. Perhaps, even if he had heard the Red Knight's plea imdiately, an enraged Tempas would never miss such an opportunity, even if it ant a direct collision with the Chromatic Dragon Queen Tiamat herself.

The five freshly possessed Godchosen had just taken flight when they saw the legendary Red Dragon. It hovered over the collapsing volcano, setting mountains ablaze, boiling the seas, and whipping up a furious hurricane. The Godchosen stared intently at this foe. However, their eyes widened in shock and rage only after they spotted a small Dragonkin standing on the Red Dragon's shoulder, also looking at them with a vicious smile:

"Tiamat!!!"

He had never expected that, having co down in a descended form, this Chromatic Dragon Queen was actually there in an incarnated form, waiting all along.

Five Chromatic Dragon-like forms extended from behind Pafila. They simultaneously clamped their jaws onto Tempas's five 'descended forms' and yanked them back violently. This action pulled out five streams of shadowy, intertwined soul-essences. These essences then used the divinity of the Hall of Valor (provided by David) as a hook, and the myriad connections between the War God's worshipers and the Hall of Valor as lines, to directly link to the War God Tempas's Divine Realm.

"You've plotted against !!!" Tempas had just roared.

The next mont, Tiamat in the Pantheon directly used these five lines of divinity to drag Tempas's nearing Divine Realm straight down to the lower plane.

At the sa ti, she urged her own Divine Realm to crash into it!
