An Adept Ruler.
Doro was constantly pondering a question.
During the confrontation with Charlette, Charlette said, "because you haven’t made any choice."
Everything Adeline did in Butuo City seed to be proving "she has already matured."
He was contemplating.
If he had made a choice back then, what kind of choice would be the right one? What kind of existence did he want to beco? What kind of existence should he beco, and after making a choice, how should he bear his responsibilities?
He was betrayed.
But deep inside, he was still defending those "great ones."
What the Wise King and Charlette did was undoubtedly cruel to him, but perhaps beneficial to humanity. After all, the prostitute who fell in love with the Alchemist he saw in Butuo City indeed lived a better life under the Wise King’s governance... yet that couldn’t truly save, but perhaps... humanity indeed beca slightly happier.
He had witnessed such scenes.
So until now, he had not inquired about anything regarding the Wise King.
Nor had he taken any action against the Wise King.
He knew that the leaders of these races, those who hold kingship, possessed profound wisdom, and perhaps the Demon King’s intentions that he could not fathom, they could foresee; perhaps those far-reaching futures that he could not discern, they could know.
He bore no malice towards these people.
Though, as he said, during "revenge," it indeed feels great.
But he would not actively seek out revenge on these people.
However, for the first ti, he felt a murderous intent towards such a person.
The Elf Queen—he had once t the Elf Queen.
That Queen was very much like Mohe.
She liked to speak in a noble tone, with the rhetoric of the ancients, always using "You" to address him when he was still very young, always making people feel profound... but not uncomfortable.
Yet such an existence.
She killed a large number of Snow Elves.
To analyze Mohe’s liver, nurous Snow Elves were killed.
Ah... for the brighter future of the Elf race.
"Ha-ha! Ha-ha-ha! Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!!!!"
Doro suddenly laughed up to the sky.
This laughter penetrated the walls of the Ice and Snow Kingdom, reaching into Ah Xion’s ears, making her rember—she had heard such laughter, it was the laughter of the Demon King, the "three-part laugh" that only flows when Mohe is excited.
At this mont, however, it was emitted in Doro’s voice.
"Doro!" the Elf shouted Doro’s na.
"Elf! You needn’t say more! The promise I once made to you, I failed to fulfill. My cowardice, my ignorance, my sorrow, caused you to lose your life! This is the responsibility I must bear, I must be accountable for your death!"
The Undead—not a truly existing life.
Though the Elf still maintained the appearance of the living at this mont, Doro clearly knew that the Elf was actually "fixed." Her power would never grow, if no one sustains her state, she would quickly decay in a short ti, becoming an Evil Spirit, becoming twisted and ugly.
Even if soone maintains the Elf’s state, this would not last long—after all, death had already descended on this girl.
Why did I only discover this now?
Mohe’s hints had always been so obvious... She didn’t tell him out of anger, she just thought he wouldn’t be able to accept it.
He had to think, to discover himself, to get the result, the conclusion... it would...
A terrifying power spread out from the Ice and Snow Kingdom.
"Retreat! Everyone, fall back!"
Thunder Emperor gave such an order, but it was aningless, the frightening aura almost instantly swept over the entire camp, making everyone feel as if they were being watched by the most terrifying beast in the world, all light was being swallowed by this monster, so almost instantly lost consciousness, and the rest were trembling, unable to summon the courage to pick up a sword.
Even in Thunder Emperor’s heart, a sense of fear rose.
"This is... the Hero..."
Of course, he had t A·Gedora, even in the past, they had friendly exchanges, but that A·Gedora was completely different.
Now this aura—he truly was the Demon King reborn!
Fortunately...
This pressure didn’t last long.
For the sky was pierced.
A·Gedora, like a fla-encased teor, with a long tail fla, disappeared into the sky.
"Soone, bring the map! Which direction is it?"
Comparing with the map, the Thunder Emperor knew.
"The Hero found out—during the exchange, I sensed sothing was off, so I didn’t dare to continue fighting. But if he didn’t kill us directly to vent his anger..." Thunder Emperor issued a command, "Notify the entire army! If you don’t want to die! Even if you must crawl! Crawl backward for ! The further the better!"
The army of the Human Central Empire began to retreat in an unprecedentedly disgraceful manner, no one would question the Thunder Emperor’s words, the aura just now undoubtedly inford everyone, staying here ant "death."
In fact, even continuing the battle with this force had beco unrealistic; after all, they had lost all will to fight, wanting to restore it—might require a long process.
