Baibai cannot tell you.

You’ll understand everything later,” Little White Tiger said apologetically, gazing at Situ Xin.

After considering for a mont, Situ Xin realized that since Baibai couldn’t reveal anything, she wasn’t the type to be unreasonable, and so she dropped the subject.

“Alright, since you can’t say, I won’t ask,” Situ Xin paused, then added, “Baibai, I’ve been in this space for a long ti.

I should go back now.

Do you know how to get out of this cave?”

Situ Xin figured that Little White Tiger, having been here for such a long ti, would know the way out.

“Yes, Baibai knows.

Master, now you only need to think about leaving,” said Little White Tiger with a look of ‘Praise , please!’ on its face as it looked at Situ Xin.

Amused by the tiger’s overly expressive face, Situ Xin couldn’t help but find it funny.

“Baibai is amazing,” she said, and at her words, Little White Tiger’s eyes squinted in delight, a feeling of happiness in its heart that was transmitted to Situ Xin because of the contract they had signed.

Doing as Little White Tiger suggested, Situ Xin focused her thoughts and kept thinking, “I want to go out, I want to go out.” When she opened her eyes again, she found herself already at the mouth of the cave, with Little White Tiger lying comfortably in her arms.

After stepping out of the cave, Situ Xin rembered to ask another question.

“Baibai, is there anything strange about this mountain?”

Strange?

No, this is Immortal Mountain, how could there be anything strange?” Little White Tiger didn’t understand why Situ Xin was asking this.

“Nothing strange?

Then why couldn’t I use any mana after I arrived at this mountain?

It felt like my cultivation level was being suppressed,” Situ Xin explained what had happened to her to Little White Tiger.

“Oh, that.

That’s because previously, Master, you didn’t form a contract with , and your cultivation level was too low, that’s why it was suppressed by .

Master, try now, your cultivation level should be fine, right?” Little White Tiger explained with a sudden realization.

After hearing Little White Tiger’s explanation, Situ Xin checked her cultivation level and, indeed, it had recovered.

“Phew, thank goodness, no need to exhaust myself using Qinggong to climb the mountain anymore,” Situ Xin breathed a sigh of relief.

Although her physical strength was quite good, and she could recover quickly from any exhaustion in a place with abundant Spiritual Energy, she wouldn’t pass up a more efficient and faster option.

Looking at the trees next to the cave, Situ Xin thought about the Ginseng Fruit she had eaten earlier and felt as if everything she had consud had already been expended.

With a thought, two Ginseng Fruits appeared in her hand.

“Baibai, do you want one?” she asked, offering one of the Ginseng Fruits to Little White Tiger.

Without any hesitation, Little White Tiger stretched out its paw and took the Ginseng Fruit from Situ Xin’s hand, stuffing it into its mouth in one go.

Situ Xin was stunned by Little White Tiger’s skill of swallowing fruits whole.

Then, swayed by Little White Tiger’s pitiful gaze, she handed over the other Ginseng Fruit she was holding.

Watching Little White Tiger eat so joyfully lifted Situ Xin’s spirits.

However, she did not realize how she was unconsciously doting on the Little White Tiger.

After Little White Tiger had eaten five Ginseng Fruits, Situ Xin said, “Baibai, that’s it, the last one.

If you want more, you can pick them yourself tomorrow.

I’m going back now.” Saying this, Situ Xin used her thoughts to pick several more Ginseng Fruits, planning to give one to each of her family mbers.

“Baibai, I’m going out now.

Stay put in the space nicely, and I will co back to keep you company tomorrow evening,” Situ Xin said to Little White Tiger after reaching the bottom of the mountain.

“Master, don’t leave Baibai alone in the ‘Phoenix Nest’, you know, ti passes much faster here than outside.

By the ti you co in tomorrow evening, a lot of ti will have elapsed,” Little White Tiger said, giving Situ Xin a pitiful look with its tiger eyes: “Master, Baibai doesn’t want to be apart from you anymore.”

This made Situ Xin’s heart ache.

The hand that was about to set Little White Tiger down paused.

“But you are a tiger, how would I explain this to my family if I brought you out?” Situ Xin said, finding herself in a dilemma.

Although Baibai’s current appearance hardly resembled a tiger and was more akin to a pet kept at ho, the symbol of a tiger, a prominent “king” character, was clearly visible on its forehead.

“Well, if Master really finds it difficult, then Baibai will listen to Master and stay in the ‘Phoenix Nest’.

But Master, you must co in early to accompany Baibai,” Baibai, trying not to be a burden, said with eyes full of reluctance, which made Situ Xin’s heart feel especially heavy.

If Baibai had been difficult, she might have been able to leave it behind, but she teleported out of the space in an instant.

Yet Baibai’s current pitiful appearance made Situ Xin feel as if she would be the criminal if she left Baibai in the space.

After pondering for a mont, Situ Xin said, “Alright, I’ll take you out, but once outside, you have to behave well, okay?

No causing trouble.” Looking at Baibai, who seed as small as a pet cat, Situ Xin suddenly thought of sothing.

“Baibai, have you always been this size?” She assud that Baibai was definitely not in its infancy stage; it didn’t look much different from a newborn tiger.

“Not really, I deliberately keep myself this small.” As soon as it said this, Baibai jumped out of Situ Xin’s arms and in a swoosh, a large adult tiger appeared before her, its body much larger than the tigers she had seen in zoos outside.

Staring dumbfounded at the now enlarged Baibai, Situ Xin was speechless for a mont.

“Master, what’s wrong?

I’m Baibai,” Baibai’s voice reached her ears.

“Baibai?

Is this your true form?” Situ Xin ca to her senses, walked over, and touched Baibai’s fur, thinking, “Baibai’s fur is so soft, it would be so comfortable to lie on in winter.”

“Yes, this is my true form.

But I like the feeling of being held by Master, so I often keep my size small,” Baibai replied, then shrank back down to the size of a pet cat and leapt back into Situ Xin’s arms.
