Shi Jian deliberately made a show of his location, but before Ning Chuan and the others arrived, he was t by an old acquaintance: the Witch.
At this mont, the Witch had also taken that step, with a wisp of Immortal Qi swirling around her body. After finding Shi Jian, she secretly made a move, wanting to test his strength. As a result, she was captured in one round.
Shi Jian clasped her hands behind her back, restraining her.
"I'm not playing anymore! Even with Immortal Qi, I'm no match for you!" The Witch originally thought she had shortened the distance between them. Now, her entire face couldn't hold up.
Shi Jian released her. "What are you doing here?"
The Witch rubbed her reddened wrists. "Originally, I heard so people were uniting to deal with you. I was afraid you couldn't handle it, so I ca to form an alliance."
"But now it seems there's no need for that."
Shi Jian chuckled. "Can I interpret that as you worrying about ?" He looked directly at her and gently pulled her hand. The Witch almost fell into his arms.
"I'm very happy you ca, but I'm very unhappy that you doubted my strength."
The Witch was montarily lost in thought, then let out a cold snort and headbutted towards his face. A wisp of Immortal Qi swirled around her body.
Shi Jian's own Immortal Qi appeared, a green fla burning within his skin, blocking her headbutt. It was as if she was burying her head in his chest, acting spoiled. He tightened his grip on her waist.
Seeing that headbutting was useless, the Witch bared her teeth and bit his neck. A row of teeth marks imdiately appeared.
"Are you a dog? Can I interpret this as you declaring war on ?" Shi Jian said, not one to suffer losses. He imdiately lowered his head and bit her flawless, delicate face, leaving a row of teeth marks.
"You bit , I bit you, now we're even," he said smugly.
The Witch was so angry her lungs were about to explode. She stomped on his foot, grinding down hard. This ti, she used a supre divine ability, her delicate foot shining with light, heavier than a mountain.
The bones in Shi Jian's foot creaked, almost breaking.
"Can't play, huh," he muttered, quickly circulating the Azure Emperor Wood Emperor Art to recover.
The Witch kicked him again, sending him flying. He fell to the ground exaggeratedly. "You bit first and you're still in the right? Your saliva is still on my neck!"
The Witch's complexion imdiately turned rosy. "Bastard!" she gritted out.
After seeing that he had angered her, Shi Jian's expression turned serious. Now was not the ti for such dalliances. "Who are the people uniting to deal with ?" he asked.
Seeing his serious expression, the Witch beca even more furious. She stepped forward and kicked him hard again. This ti, Shi Jian mobilized runes for defense.
"Hmph," the Witch snorted, then spoke. "For the past half month, the entire Immortal Ancient has been restless. Heaven, Underworld, and the Divine Temple have all made big moves. And their target is you."
"The outside world is spreading rumors that you possess a complete immortal body, the legendary sword, and Immortal Gold. They clearly intend to incite people to deal with you."
Shi Jian smiled. "Let clarify, these are not rumors. I really do have these things. And I spread the news myself."
"You really do? And you spread it yourself? Are you crazy?" The Witch was dumbfounded. She couldn't help but kick him again, her eyes full of envy and jealousy. All those supre treasures ended up in his hands.
With a shift in thought, she understood his plan. "You want to deliberately lure them over and then wipe them all out?"
Shi Jian smiled without speaking.
The Witch frowned, worried. "Aren't you afraid of things getting out of hand? Among those who have united, there are not a few experts."
"They are just a bunch of weaklings," Shi Jian responded unceremoniously.
The frowning Witch instantly gritted her teeth again. Weaklings? That includes !
She really wanted to abandon this guy, but still reminded him, "I don't know how strong you are, but quite a few people have taken that step recently. For so reason, there has been no strangeness descending. Even you, facing a large group of people who have cultivated Immortal Qi, probably wouldn't be a match, would you?"
"Haha, why don't you guess why the strange and ominous have disappeared?" Shi Jian laughed.
"It's related to you?" the Witch asked, surprised by his smug expression.
"Naturally," he said, waving his sleeve as a light screen appeared. "When I cultivated Immortal Qi, I encountered a strange attack. In a fit of rage, I directly killed my way into the source of the strangeness. Otherwise, where do you think I got this Daluo Sword Embryo?"
The light screen showed scenes of him slaughtering nurous dark creatures that had cultivated one or two wisps of Immortal Qi. She had no idea the dormancy of the strangeness was because he had slaughtered all those dark beings.
The Witch showed a look of utter despair. How was she supposed to play now? She had specifically co to show off her Immortal Qi, only to find that he slaughtered people who had it like dogs. It really was infuriating to compare oneself to others.
"Sigh…" She was deeply struck, looking dispirited.
Shi Jian waved a hand in front of her. No reaction. He clapped. Still no reaction. He reached out and patted her butt. Still nothing.
"Ti stop? Interesting." He hadn't expected his showing off would strike her this hard.
"Alright, you help find their traces, and I'll go kill them. I'll share so spoils of war with you then," Shi Jian decided to let her have so scraps.
Upon hearing the words "spoils of war," the Witch instantly revived. "Really?"
"Really."
Her eyes darted around. "Dark Divine Child, Heavenly Kingdom Hunter, Jun Dao, Fallen Divine Child, Immortal Palace Successor, Ning Chuan… There are quite a few who want to deal with you. Most are ancient freaks with a lot of good things on them."
"The Fallen Divine Child's weapon is forged from Seven-Colored Immortal Gold," she said, growing more and more excited. Even if she could only get scraps from Shi Jian, it would be enough to make her mouth water.
"Since they've already arrived, let's go out for a walk," Shi Jian said, licking his lips.
The Witch returned to her usual cheerful self, actively sticking close to him. "You promised to share."
Shi Jian nodded. "Don't worry, I'm always cruel to enemies and generous to my own people."
My own people? A blush flashed across the Witch's face.
Before she could speak, he continued, "I'll share a portion with you, and later, I'll treat you to a specialty from my hotown—Douzhi."
"What Douzhi?"
"The Douzhi that flows out of Old Beijing Chicken Rolls."
…
Shi Jian's current situation could be considered being an enemy to the whole world. Seeing that the fish had taken the bait, he decided to start reeling in his net. He took the initiative to attack.
In a city of a minor thousand world, he suddenly appeared, unleashing a punch that directly blew up the territory of the Dark Divine Palace. Brilliant sword light blood, and the people of the Divine Temple were all slain.
One minor thousand world after another, the followers of Heaven and other forces were slaughtered. Shi Jian, holding the Daluo Sword Embryo, swaggered through various worlds, unleashing a massacre. Piles of powerful cultivators fell. The entire Immortal Ancient was shaken.
"The Sin Blood Great Fiend is too brutal, a bloody slaughterer! We should all rise up and attack him!" Finally, the strongest successor of the Divine Temple in this era erged, calling upon all sides to eradicate Shi Jian.
