She drew a woman holding a child as they played on a grass patch. The baby in the sketch was very young, as though the child was learning how to walk. The woman wore a white dress and smiled blissfully.
She put her sketchbook aside and rubbed at her stomach awkwardly. However, she was not smiling as blissfully as the woman in the sketch.
