Lory was paused for a second soon after her eyes widened with excitent, "Immortal fla? Your Qi, we can use your Qi!"

Lory kind of expected that answer from Jay, "Clift, help him!" she pointed at Clift who rolled his eyes in annoyance then Lory continued.

Fred thought for a mont, then took a deep breath, and turned to Fargo. "This might work..."

"How much ti do you think we have left?" Lory agreed with Fargo but at the sa ti, she couldn’t wait to try this out because, from the body monitoring system, she could see Lucas’ condition was at its worst.
"Well, we need to talk with the team—" Fred was startled by the sudden loud sound of the engine and the flashing red lights.
"What happened?" Lory stared at the monitor that was making a loud noise then on another monitor a red notice flashed on all Lucas’s vital body parts.
"Luc!" Fred ran towards where Lucas was sleeping.
"His heartbeat is unstable!" Jay said in a panic.
"The creature’s roots are starting to attack Luc’s heart, we have to stop it!" Fargo shouted.
Soon, the dical team rushed in and started taking action to save Lucas, Lory saw their faces change from panic, and tension then turned into resignation as if they were at their wits’ end.
"Why aren’t they doing anything?" Jay shouted in panic at the dical team who looked confused to take action.
"We...we have to do sothing...sothing..." Clift muttered incoherently.
Lory bit her lip then pulled Zhao Li Xin’s arm, "Li Xin, do it now!"
Zhao Li Xin saw the distress in her eyes and her heart ached, "Lory this is too dangerous, your brother could die!"
"But, he’s going to die now if we don’t do sothing! We have to do sothing, anything!" Lory shouted while gripping Zhao Li Xin’s shirt tightly.
"Please help him...Li Xin" Lory’s voice cracked.
As if soone dug out his heart and torn it apart right before his eyes, Zhao Li Xin couldn’t bear to see him fall into despair like this. Lory patted Lory’s back and whispered softly, "I saved him, you don’t have to worry, I will save him."
Zhao Li Xin headed toward the group of dical teams who were still trying to help Lucas and pushed those who were blocking his way toward Lucas’ sleeping pod.

The dical team was naturally angry at Zhao Li Xin, the strange man ca out of nowhere and disturbed their work, didn’t he know how critical the situation was? But their complaints imdiately halted when they heard a loud shout strikes their ears.
"Let him through, don’t anyone dare disturb him!"
They all turned to the source of the voice simultaneously, and soon after they were all dumb-stricken, so of them dropped their dical equipnt and their jaws dropped.
Lory didn’t notice or care about their reactions, she looked at Fargo and the others "This is the only way..."
Fredhardt clenched his fists, he looked at Lucas who looked lifeless, he had to admit there was no other way.
"Everyone move away!" Fargo shouted, snapping everyone out of their shock, they all imdiately took a step back from Lucas’ sleeping pod.
Zhao Li Xin stood beside Lucas and then looked over his shoulder "Further..." he warned them.
Lory knew very well how dangerous the Immortal Fla was so she shouted in urgency to everyone in the room including Fargo and the others "All of you, get behind !"
Once they were gathered behind her, Lory then raised Lucient’s shield around them. It was at that mont that anyone who might have still had doubts in their hearts was convinced that this woman was the true Princess Lorient, turn out she was not dead and now she has returned!
Zhao Li Xin focused his mind, he couldn’t afford to make any mistakes now, control is the key in this process. He took a long, deep breath and exhaled slowly, All of a sudden the temperature around them increased drastically as if soone had turned on the heater and set it to maximum temperature.
Everyone could see from the thermostat the room temperature was rapidly increasing to forty-five degrees Celsius and it kept rising.
"This is like Fire gifted, right?" even behind the Lucient’s shield he still could feel the heat.
"Everyone who wears fire-resistant charms or water and Ice-type gift better activate it. cause it’s going to be hot in here" Lory warns them.
Suddenly purple flas erged from both of his palms and swirled around the room like a whirlwind, the fla licked everything in sight and the fla got bigger and bigger.
In their eyes, it was like the awakening of a powerful fire-gifted people which ant that their power was uncontrollable, right now.
If it weren’t for Lory’s protective shield, they were sure that their fate would be the sa as all the equipnt in the room.
"Will Luc be okay?" Jay was worried that the fire would burn Lucas too.
"Don’t worry, he can control everything," Lory assured them, "Just look at that sleeping pod, it’s not damaged, right?"
Lory was right, the fire only burned the equipnt around it but Lucas’ bed was completely untouched by the fire.
Fargo had witnessed unimaginable powers including the power of Lucas’ seven God’s swords, nevertheless, he found his heart palpitated in the face of Zhao Li Xin’s fla.
People say Gifted powers are manifestations of their owner’s heart, whose true purpose is to protect their owner but Zhao Li Xin’s firepower didn’t feel like that.
There was sothing about this power that was so cruel and violent that it felt like it only existed for total annihilation, be it for everything around it or the owner himself, it didn’t matter.
"Lory, where did you find this guy?" Fargo stared incredulously at the purplish flas that filled the room.
Lory crossed her arms in front of her chest then chuckled rembering how they t "You believe , one day I accidentally found him then he found , and because we liked each other company so why not stay together"
"Wasn’t that like how you t Girsha?" Fargo sigh.
Fredhardt suddenly cuts in, "Lory, what did I say about not picking up strange things!"
"It’s not strange things, look how cute he is, isn’t he adorable!" Lory points at the man that engulf by wildfire.
Jay squints his eyes "Nope, I can’t see it"
"Forget it, she also said Girsha is cute" Fargo massaged his forehead.
"They are cute!" Lory insisted but everyone was silent.
"Anyway, Do you think this will work?" Clift stared at Lucas intently.
A pair of purple eyes glead as Lory stared at the man who did everything he could to protect her only remaining blood family, "Honestly, I’m not sure, but Li Xin has never let down before."
Lory had trusted Zhao Li Xin since they first t, and he had never made Lory doubt her decisions, not even once.
"Then, let’s hope he won’t let you down now, because Luc’s life depends on it." Fredhardt’s face beca tight from anxiety as for now he could only put his trust in Lory’s judgnt.
Lory may look calm on the outside, but if you look closely, her folded hands are gripping her arms very tightly.
Sweat dripped down his temples as he concentrated on controlling the strength of the immortal Fla, Zhao Li Xin slowly moved his palms in a circular motion, and the next thing happened the wildfire around him was sucked between his hands, it accumulated and turned into a blazing fireball.
Zhao Li Xin couldn’t lose his focus, he had to reduce his strength so that it wouldn’t hurt Lucas too much but enough to kill the creature inside him, it was a tireso process but he couldn’t fail for Lory’s sake.
Not long after the blazing fireball gradually cald down and beca smaller and smaller, before disappearing, he pressed his palms on Lucas’ stomach.
As if struck by a hot current, all of his blood vessels were filled with a strong heat which then little by little burned the roots that had previously wrapped around Lucas’ organs.
Unfortunately, as Lory and Zhao Li Xin predicted, the fire also damaged Lucas’ internal organs, because of the extre pain, Lucas’ body was shaking violently even though he was unconscious.
"Luc is hurting!" Jay was about to break out of her shield, but Lory shouted.
"WAIT, don’t disturb them!" Lory was also afraid, but this was the most crucial stage and no one could disturb Zhao Li Xin and Lucas and Zhao Li Xin or both of them would get hurt.
"Lory, but Luc—" Jay panicked.
"Trust , Jay!" Lory’s voice hints with conviction.
Lory’s words cald him down, he clenched his fists and decided to wait a little longer.
Zhao Li Xin pulled his hands away from Lucas’ body and shouted, "Lory, NOW!"
