Lilly’s cheeks turned red, she bit her lip, thinking that Lory was laughing at her useless power. Lilly felt so stupid for daring to show off her power in front of these amazingly Gifted people. What was she thinking?!
Tears welled up in her eyes when suddenly Lory spoke in an amazed tone, "That’s a very useful Gift, don’t you think?" Lory turned to Jay and Clift excitedly.
Jay was also surprised, he nodded in agreent, "Yes, especially at tis like this where it’s hard to distinguish between friend and foe, anyway, it’s rare for soone to have this kind of ability, this is great." Jay sizes Lilly up and down with interest in his eyes.
"If only one of my mbers had this kind of power, my job would be much easier..." Clift suddenly had the urge to recruit Lilly, of course, he wouldn’t ask to use soone like Lilly to do any combat mission, but her power would be very useful for interrogations.

Lory could already guess what Jay and Clift were thinking, "Okay, calm down guys, you gonna scare her especially you Clift!" Lory gave Clift a warning look.
Clift cleared his throat, "Excuse , Miss Hamilton, when I see a good seedling I can’t help myself." he honestly said.

"She used charms so, understandably, Lily’s powers beca dull. It’s no wonder she didn’t notice it. Happen to many of us!" Lory kindly spoke up for Lilly and then winked at her.
"Not to you, apparently?" Garrof muttered to himself but Lilly could hear him clearly.
Lilly’s excitent deflated once again and Lory could see it, Lory didn’t know what happened to Lilly that caused her to doubt her own powers.
"It’s okay Lilly, every power has its limitations, that’s why we have to learn to use it effectively" Lory comforted her.
"But - but... even if Lilly’s power seems great, that doesn’t an she could help us, right? I an she is timid, a pushover and you all could see she had no confidence at all so —" Ethan wanted to say more but he was startled by Lilly’s deadly glare.
Hugo rolled his eyes and sighed "Now I understand why you never had a girlfriend..." disappointnt flashed in Hugo’s eyes.
Lilly then sneers, "Even if he gets one he would get dumped right away, just like now!"
Ethan didn’t know what he had done wrong, ’I just trying to look after my sister!’
Lory massaged her forehead tiredly, then she realized sothing was missing, what was it? Oh, my sexy - scary husband had not made a sound all this ti! Where is he?
Lory’s eyes swept across the room and found Zhao Li Xin, then found him in the corner of the room, sitting alone like an ostracized student, the only difference was that he looked too relaxed.
"Li Xin co here dear," Lory beckoned him to get close
Lory was curious about Zhao Li Xin’s opinion because when it ca to making long-term plans, Zhao Li Xin was an expert. Otherwise, how could he single-handedly destroy the economy of the Jiang Wei Kingdom? The whole kingdom was almost ruined if he didn’t have second thoughts later on, after eting Lory.
However, according to Mong Ki Jiang, the Jiang Wei Kingdom was not the only one to fall victim to Zhao Li Xin ticulous sches, In fact, Zhao Li Xin had orchestrated the destruction of several large sects and big clan, and most people were unaware of it. Zhao Li Xin only changed his thod when it involved Lory.
"What do you think the enemy would do?" Lory eyes glint with anticipation as she spoke to Zhao Li Xin.
Zhao Li Xin pondered for a mont, based on what he found in the Death Knell labyrinth, Zhao Li Xin had so hypothesize about the enemy’s plans.
However, he didn’t think Hugo, Ethan and the others were ready to hear it because what he found might be on the sa scale of threat as Lazarus, but since Lory asked him, he was compelled to give his opinion but he wouldn’t divulge everything he knew.
Everyone looks at Zhao Li Xin with anticipation, they are curious about what kind of opinion of the man who managed to beco Princess Lorient’s husband.
As he got closer everyone subconsciously took a deep breath as if a stone pressed to their chest, except Jay and Clift who were quite curious about Zhao Li Xin’s opinion.
"Well ..." Zhao Li Xin gave space between his words.
Zhao Li Xin has so doubts because he doesn’t know what kind of creature Zalchana is which ans creating a lot of unknown variables.
Unlike Lazarus, he knows what kind of creature he is, how strong he is and what motivates him but when it cos to Zalchana everything is shrouded in mystery and that’s the biggest problem, because you can’t make a plan to deal with sothing you don’t know.
"Of course their priority is to find you," Zhao Li Xin pointed at Ethan and all eyes simultaneously turned to Ethan.
"They needed to perfect the MADD device if they want to continue their plan and your cooperation was essential to their mission, but because they failed to persuaded you, now they will target your family. They will try to get close to your family. However, we must also take into account that the Hamilton family has beco wary after what happened to their grandchildren. Lory knows what Zhao Li Xin ans is Ron Augburn, "Do you think they will use Charms or sothing again?"
Lilly heard that appreciative he felt traumatized by Charms and the like that made him like a woman who was in love.
Zhao Li Xin chuckled as he stroked Lory’s head lovingly. "No, I told you that man was an idiot, that’s why he needs a magic tool to seduce won. No, you don’t need that! What you need is the right man at the right ti to create an opportunity..."
The youngsters don’t understand what Zhao Li Xin ans but the older who have more experience understand.
"What is that an?" Lilly who is the subject of the conversation feels uneasy.
Jay’s opinion about Zhao Li Xin improved quite a bit, he then explained, "It’s not difficult, they can send a guy who fits your ideal guy criteria and then put him in a certain situation to catch your attention. Zhao Li Xin then added "Getting your family is like killing two birds with one stone, therefore you can be sure that sooner or later, soone will approach your family. Maybe he will disguise himself as your daughter’s ’new friend or benefactor’ or sothing like that. The enemy will appear harmless, quiet, though smart enough to catch your attention, but he will be able to make you lower your guard down. If they manage to pull through everything will be easy from there. I wouldn’t even be surprised if in a short ti he will be engaged to your granddaughter, if they succeed they will be able to use the entire Hamilton family to control your grandson at the sa ti they can continue their failed plan to take over your company. You’ll see...one stone, two birds" Zhao Li Xin smirked making everyone shiver to their spine, especially the Hamilton family.
Zhao Li Xin continued, "So after knowing what the enemy plan, is up to you whether you fight or flee?" Zhao Li Xin stated the fact indifferently.
Hugo and Ethan’s expressions changed as what Zhao Li Xin said made sense as that was what almost happened to Lilly if Lory didn’t reveal Ron’s trick.
anwhile, Lilly’s face paled as she imagined her future crumbling before her eyes, and worse, her family’s lifelong hard work would be ruined because of her, if that happened, how could she live with herself?
’What a cruel plan’
Lory understands this is not an easy decision and she doesn’t want to press Lilly, "Okay, take your ti to talk about this with your parents and whatever your decision is I will support you" Lory reassured her.
Lilly also understands this is a big decision so she needs to talk about this with her parents. On the other hand, Hugo and Ethan appreciate Lory’s consideration for Lilly and feel even more indebted to Lory.
"Leave this problem to , we will discuss this as a family and after we make our choice, I will contact you imdiately, Your Highness," Hugo as the head of family speak for Lilly.
"Alright, then I’ll leave the matter of finding Samuel Albrecht to Garrof and Lloyd, then I’ll send a Noxcra agent to escort Ethan to N.I.M.S. in a few days" Lory gave the order but before ending the discussion she rembered there was still one remaining problem.
"Owen, Daniel, Lydia, you’re all still on the run, right? Especially you Lydia, they sent Draxtarn to look for you so what’s your plan, do you want to go to Harland or go with Garrof and Lloyd?"
"Um..." only now did Lydia, Owen, and Daniel realize that they were still being hunted by the enemy.
Daniel and Owen would actually feel more at ease if they followed Garrof and Lloyd but they realized that they would only burden Lloyd and Garrof if they followed them.

"Now tis are different, Princess. Currently, all job fields lack quality human resources and society is in dire need of jobs, so to benefit both parties, academies like this are built, but rich people and several other important professions still need universities," Jay explained.
Lory nodded then shifted her attention back to Lydia, Owen, and Dan "So what do you think? We can hide your identity and hide you in the academy so that we can not only guarantee your safety and you can learn too" Lory handed over choices for the three of them.
"Can I learn how to use my healing power as well?" Lydia asked.
"Yes, of course, in the Academy, there is a dical practitioner departnt and one of the departnts teaches about healing powers, you are not only trained to use your Gift but also learn other skills to deal with patients outside of using your powers also how to protect yourself" Clift gave a long explanation to entice Lydia to move to Harland after all healing abilities were in great demand, it wouldn’t hurt to have one more.
Lydia’s eyes flared with excitent, she never learned about anything outside her power thus the idea of gaining more skills incited her interest in learning.
"Then I will go to Harland!" Lydia said without hesitation.
" too!" Owen raised his hand.
"I want to be stronger!" Dan said.
Lory saw the eagerness in their eyes and a broad smile grew on her face "Okay, then we wrapped this discussion for today" Lory clapped her hands to end the discussion.
"Noxcra will contact all of you, and if you need a weapon or such you can contact Bellerophon" Jay looks at Hadius.
"Let’s the ga begin!" Garrof bumps his fists together excitedly.
"Take it easy," Lloyd reminded his overly excited friend.
"Ethan, your parents will co tomorrow, so you better get ready. Just to warn you, your mother is upset." Hugo said bluntly.
Ethan scratched his head in frustration knowing the storm approached him.
At the sa ti, Jay turned to Lory, "Ready to go ho?"
Lory took a deep breath and then nodded firmly "I’m ready!"
