Primordial mory had destroyed his fourth treasure-universe before he admitted that he was going crazy with frustration. On his throne of treasures, he looked upon all of Reality and wondered how everything had changed in such a short ti despite their influence.
The changes being instituted by a being not at the level of a Primordial were ridiculous, and this was even when his body and soul had been shattered, his mory unraveled, and his Fate was fading.
He looked down into the fifth treasure-universe of his Great Labyrinth, where a Labyrinth Specter road in the shape of a massive white dragon who now had a halo of golden light around him, suggesting that in a short while, the dragon would soon beco the lord of this treasure-universe.
Primordial mory knew that this dragon’s na was Vraegar, and it was a piece set down inside his domain. For a long ti, Primordial mory had believed that this dragon had an important role to play because Rowan had sacrificed a lot of power to allow Vraegar to reach this point.
Surely, this dragon must have a grand role to play; he would beco the hidden knife in Primordial’s mory back, and use the influence gained here to propel Rowan’s might across the Primordial domains.
However, none of this had happened. This child had found a way to subvert the omniscience of multiple Primordials, and this was not possible... unless he had help.
"Who is your benefactor, Rowan? Who is keeping a poisonous snake like you so close to their heart?"
The space beside Primordial mory rippled, and Old Man Seed walked through it. "It does not matter who is the hidden hand behind him. We must prevent the subversion of Light’s Authority because I know this child. You give him an inch, and he takes a thousand miles from you. In the near future, we will all suffer this fate if he is not stopped here and now."
Old Man Seed’s appearance remained the sa, except for his eyes, which were filled with green flas. But that was the only surface manifestation; all around him was the power of Life.
Life was not a being; it was a corrupting process. It colonized the void, turning blackness into warmth and silence into heartbeats.
It infected the immortals, making their perfect form ache, sweat, bleed... die. From life ca death.
It corrupted Reality, forcing it to swell with tumors that would beco seeds, eggs, and wombs.
Eosah was perfect, but for Life to proliferate, it brought death and decay.
Primordial mory glanced at the new arrival before he sneered,
"Life, if there were anyone who should not interfere in this matter, then it would be you. Everything that happens benefits your purpose in the end. It sickens that the Grim Reaper, Death itself, wears this cloak of deceit. This shattered creation and the birth of the abomination Rowan, was it not by your design?"
Primordial Life grinned, his mouth widening like a crocodile’s, and it was filled with blackened fangs, filled with the corruption of life and death, which intertwined to create a toxic compound that had devoured multiple Realities.
"Do you have a choice, mory, than to accept my help? You are right. I can step back and watch this entire debacle fall into ruin, but I will not. This child interests greatly, and I will help to bring back balance. I only ask for his Soul Origin; the rest of him is sothing that I do not need. What do you say, mory? You and I desire different things, and you can have your treasures."
Primordial mory shook his head in rejection. "Life, I will make no bargain with you until I know the full nature of this abomination. His mastery over Fate and Destiny is unmatched. Every road in front of him was laid by our hand—every single road—and yet, he finds a way to create a new path where there is none! Tell the truth, or you will beco my target alongside that thing!"
"If that is your only query, then the answer to it is sothing I know of." Primordial Life smiled, "His dinsional flesh, I suspect, is able to access a portion of the Proto-dinsions."
The throne of Primordial mory cracked before it shattered as a powerful shockwave erupted from his body that shook the entirety of the Great Labyrinth.
"The Proto-dinsions do not exist. We have searched for countless Eras on multiple Realities. That place is a fever dream of the mad fool, and I am surprised you are speaking these words to , Life."
"Oh, then tell , mory. You say with your own words that all the paths have been laid out, and yet he creates a new one. You are a Pri; there is no road that your Authority does not cover. How is he able to sneak under your presence, multiple tis? Not once, not ten tis, or do you need to repeat the list of your failures?"
Primordial mory went still, almost appearing like a statue. His consciousness peered through the river of ti from the mont Rowan was born to the countless encounters he had in the past.
It was difficult; there were countless barriers blocking him from seeing the entirety of Rowan’s life, but he was no longer skimming the surface as he usually did. mory no longer cared who he offended, and he dug deeper into their domains, disregarding the backlash that shattered his incarnation.
He rapidly replaced all the destroyed incarnations as he pushed deeper than he had ever done. Slowly, a pattern began to erge, and he discovered that this pattern could be easily dismissed if closer attention was not paid to it.
In fact, it was not a pattern, just seemingly random pieces of coincidences that had no aningful connection, but always seed to inevitably lead to Rowan’s victory. It was almost as if he could see the future.
Primordial mory gasped and his eyes flew open, "Who else knows of this conjecture of the Proto-dinsion, and what originally led you to this conclusion?"
Primordial Life dug into his head and retrieved a mory. It was of Seed eting Rowan for the first ti and noticing that even as a third-dinsional being, Rowan was in possession of a Will.
"There are thods to rge a Will to a third-dinsional mortal, it can be done by stitching the structure of the higher dinsion to a lower order being, and placing the weight of the higher dinsion, further across ti, but Rowan’s dinsion was flawless, and had no trace of any higher dinsional pairing. Of course, this Throne of mine was quite foolish and stubborn, and I only recently learnt of this information, and this is the reason why my plans have changed."
Multiple bodies of Primordial mory appeared from the void in their billions. They began rging with each other, and in a short ti, only one body of Primordial mory remained, but the fluctuation of power arising from his body was now incredibly weak, rather than strong.
Primordial Life stroked his chin, "Hmm, mory, you chose to place twenty percent of your Incarnation in one body. Did that child frighten you to this extent?"
"This is not for him, but for you, Life. If we are going to be creating an alliance, a new agreent should be made, and only now can I be sure you are not going to tamper with my Authority. Also, we would need to invite another Pri to this agreent."
"mory, you are willing to weaken your price for your safety?"
Primordial mory shrugged, "If we are protecting the Authority of Light, then he would surely give out more of his dominions over to us. I see no reason why so of those could not be given to a third party. I would rather not take this step, but I am working together with you, and that makes afraid."
Primordial Life shook his head in exasperation, "mory, you have beco used to hiding your fangs for so long, you forget that I was there when you gained them. Others may fall for your tricks, but not . There is a reason I ca for you instead of any other Pri, but if this is what would cause you to work with , I see no reason not to allow it. Who do you intend to call?"
Primordial mory frowned before he straightened, a gesture from him tearing a road directly to heaven,
"The decision has not yet been made. Let us go to heaven and prepare. I will make my choice if I find out how much Light is willing to pay. You forget to add that without my presence, you could never reach heaven, so temper your accusations with wisdom, Life, or I shall not be kind with my next series of actions."
Primordial Life smiled as he motioned towards heaven, "After you, mory. Open the path for ."
