1509 The Primordial Domains (4)
This star was the gate to the Domain of Primordial Life, and with its appearance, vast thin steams of yellow Aura shot out from the star, each Aura stream was like a thread that was spread across all of Reality, from the higher realms to the lower realms, creating a massive web that shook Rowan's heart, and in the instant he saw that web, it mysteriously vanished.
Although the web vanished in an instant, its remnants were embedded in his mind, but before Rowan could analyze the depths of this unknown change, that mory began to vanish also, and Rowan's mind could grasp onto anything and struggled to hold even fragnts of the web he had just seen.
The only consolation that he had was the fact that he was able to rember that there had been a web in the first place, a detail he suspected that only his dinsional state had bought him.
Rowan wanted to curse but he suppressed the emotion of annoyance, it was difficult for him to co to terms with how easily the re influence of Primordial mory had been able to reach across into his mind and ripped away the mories of what he had seen.
The force was not the sa as the power of Oblivion that simply made one forget but did not necessarily tamper with mories, but this force from Primordial mory could reach across and claim anything that it wanted, even in a place as sacred as his mind.
Rowan felt that he had to beco used to sensations like this, and instead of getting annoyed it panicked at the abilities of Primordials, he should be thinking of countering them.
Imdiately it was not hard for him to co up with a counterasure to the powers of Primordial mory, it was a rather simple solution in theory but executing it might be tricky.
If Primordial mory could collect the mory of anything he wanted from the mind, then he could counter this power by keeping a continuous stream of the information that he wanted in his mind always.
So in essence, if Primordial mory wanted him to forget the web of influence he had spread all over Reality, Rowan could simply keep the image of the web running constantly on his map.
Unlike him, the map has no mory that could be siphoned away, and it did not matter how many tis Primordial mory stole his mories when he could easily look at the map to bring back what he had just lost.
A simple solution that required so many things going right for it to work. If the power of his map could not handle the weight of holding the domains of the Primordials it would be crushed to nothingness, if his mind was not potent enough to handle the influence of a Primordial constantly scrapping through it, then insanity would be a rcy, and so many other unique factors that only Rowan had gave him the ability to counter Primordial mory.
Sending his intentions of the Arcane arm above him holding the reins that monitored the domain of Primordial mory, Rowan gave instructions for the web to be revealed again, and he waited, and nothing happened.
Reality shivered and buckled around him as the Arcane arm struggled to resurrect this mory but even though it could touch the web, it kept slipping through its fingers.
This change surprised Rowan, and no matter how much he tried to trigger this manifestation again, it did not appear, only the yellow star slowly rotated over the map, as if it was mocking his efforts.
Rowan did not think that his speculations were incorrect, perhaps it might just need a little more adjustnt to make everything work in the way he intended.
Closing his eyes he ran so certain calculations with his consciousness and discovered the reason he could no longer see this web and it turned out that it was because the dium he had used to transmit information from the Great Labyrinth, which was the Domain of Primordial mory was still too weak.
"So, it cos down to power. Even if I have the lever, without the strength to pull on it, I cannot move this mountain."
He had sent his child into the Great Labyrinth, but Vraegar was not yet a Labyrinth Specter, although he was well on his way, his fifth-dinsional level and his incomplete rger with the Domain of Primordial mory ant he could not fully activate the potential of Rowan's map.
This was a bit frustrating but Rowan knew that his move was made for a long-term duration and it was amazing enough that he had been able to gain so much from Vraegar with the many limitations that his child would have to face while he was inside that Domain, however, he believed that if Vraegar played his cards correctly then this place could turn out to be the greatest opportunity that he would have for the elevation of his powers.
Placing that aside, the brief glimpse that Rowan had seen of the extent of Primordial mory's infiltration over reality was alarming, and it would seem that ignoring this Primordial just because of his apparent silence would be a great mistake because he was the one with the greatest hold over Reality!
Watching the seven-pointed star as it slowly revolved, Rowan could not help but frown a bit, but he shook his head and placed the expected challenges he was anticipating when it would co to the mont he would face this elusive Primordial.
Rowan was not looking forward to it, as his intuition was telling him it would be an incredibly dangerous and annoying affair.
The other six ethereal arms of power above the map were still moving, and soon another one grounded to a halt, Rowan watched the Purple Aura of Primordial Ti begin to gather and before long, a flickering image of the Bloodline Source of Primordial and Evil appeared beside the seven-pointed star of Primordial mory.
This was the sa image he had seen when he was inside Doom Star when he had unlocked the Bloodline of Ti. Rowan's eyes flickered in thought as he examined what he was looking at, he had made arrangents over the Bloodline Source of Ti, but it would seem that he would have to accelerate his plans.
