Aeynid Erik could rember the mont that Andar beca a
fourth-dinsional immortal, and how she had remained in place for a single year to allow the implication of what sothing like this could an to sink into her consciousness.
Andar had beco a fourth-dinsional Magus at one hundred thousand years of age!
Aeynid knew that there might have been other mages in the past who might have achieved such a feat; the problem was that she could not find any ntion of any mage who could have done such a thing. Did that not make her son unique in all of the Magus World? Even placed against the backdrop of the entirety of reality, where would Andar stand?
She had watched him blaze through the ranks as a Mage and then he beca an Archmage even before she could blink her eyes, surpassing her took decades, and when he beca a fourth-dinsional immortal, Aeynid shock was only equal to her ambitions.
She was well aware of her son's great talent, and even as a mortal, his talent had been so great it could not be easily expressed and she had sent him away to a small universe to live a life that was free of all the politics and cruelty of the Magus World, however, she knew that if Andar was ever to awaken his talent, he would be a great Magus, what she did not expect was how great he would beco.
The mont Andar fully entered the Supre World, Aeynid began to cultivate their relationship, she knew that distance and ti had dulled the edges of their bond, yet she was determined that she would get close to her son, and advise him on his path forward while protecting him for as long as she was able to.
Andar's blazing cultivation speed left any plans she had for protection behind, and soon, she could no longer even see his shadows; it was a good thing that she had not delayed in cultivating their bond because when Andar beca a fourth-dinsional immortal, the first person he ca to find was her.
Aeynid imdiately pledged her loyalty to him and began to sweep the Erik Magus family to follow the banner of her son, and she was able to draw a sizable portion to his side, but there were many among her family, so of them fourth-dinsional mages that refused to follow the lead of Andar.
She ca forward to her son and told him that for his reach to encompass the entire family, he needed to be a Tower Master, which was a title that any powerful fourth-dinsional mage could pursue. There was no Tower Master in the Erik family, and if he beca one, then even the old ancestors of their family would follow his lead.
Andar had rejected her, saying he needed a higher oath forward and did not want to be tied down governing universes in the lower realms despite the benefits that all Tower Masters enjoyed such as access to the Primordial Aether of that universe.
This news had been devastating to her, Andar was too young to understand the sheer resources needed to climb the dinsional ladder, and his talents would only take him so far, yet, she was wise enough not to antagonize her son over this matter, he was still young and she expected that if he did not see as much progress as he usually enjoyed then he would take up her offer and fight for the chance to beco a Tower Master, before then she would do well to be preparing his road.
Andar's quick ascension also propelled Aeynid to take her cultivation more seriously, she was a great genius with a Heavenly Fate ditation Art, and her talents had dazzled the hearts of many, and she slowly began breaking barriers over her progress, quickly rising from a one-star Archmage to a three-star Archmage, and the possibility that she might beco a fourth dinsional immortal began to arise in her heart as new ambitions started to rise.
Two hundred thousand years later Andar beca a fifth-dinsional immortal. If the previous news was like a bomb blast in the middle of a vast desert, this news was like an earthquake that collapsed an entire continent. Crossing the dinsional ladder was a feat few immortals among multitudes were able to accomplish, barely a fraction of the population of immortals would reach this level, and at this point, to reach the fifth-dinsional state was another greater challenge that few fourth-dinsional immortals could ever grasp.
This requires an understanding of space and reality to such a great extent that your Will would command power over space itself, and reality would beco your plaything.
The Erik Magus family was ancient, but the greatest among their rank was a sixth-dinsional mage who had long perished in a war many eras ago, now there were only three fourth-dinsional mages in this family, and Andar beca a fifth-dinsional mage in such a short ti beca the De-facto head of the family without question.
He did not need to compel or fight over the title, he simply reached a level that the majority of mages would never attain in all their lives, and he solved this
issue.
If Aeynid had any ambition to stand beside Andar before, then those had been tossed aside; she knew that she was no longer standing before a re mage; this was a legend in the making, one that would not only shake the Magus realm but all of Reality alongside it.
From that mont forth, she found her purpose in life, she was to be the herald of her son, the greatest Magus who had ever lived, and no one in existence would convince her that this was not the case, not even Endirius himself.
The goal of every mage with a great enough talent was to reach the Supre Tower at the center of the realm, and Aeynid believed that if there was any mage who was suited for this opportunity, it was Andar.
It was a great surprise to her when a call ca from Endirius, the Supre Mage, that for the first ti in the Magus history, there would be a bestownt of a Supre Title to Andar, The Endless Throne.
She announced this title with great happiness to her son, not knowing the chill that had suffused Andar's spine.
